How to connect with the transmitter and receiver kit for laptop?

Attention;

Before connect please make sure the steps as below;

1. Please prepare the adapters both for transmitter and receiver.
2. Please make sure turn on the power button on receiver’s side, The indicator light is always on.
3. Connect the receiver first, and then connect the transmitter to the computer after the boot screen appears.
4. After connect the transmitter and receiver, you don’t need do anything, just wait about 10 seconds to connect automatically.

How to repairing?

If you can’t connect successfully, Please do it as below;

1. Unplug the transmitter

2. Insert the thimble into the “RESET” position at the bottom of the receiver for 6 seconds, and the interface prompts to enter the pairing mode.

3. Plug in again the transmitter.

4. Press and hold the transmitter button for about 8 seconds, the
   indicator light flashes quickly until it goes out, release the button,
   and wait for the transmitter to pair with the receiver.
   When pairing, the transmitter must be powered with 5V2A

5. When you see the screen shows “Pairing” just kindly wait for 20s to be connected between the transmitter and receiver.

How to connect with your iOS phone / pad?

iOS system: (When connecting your phone and tablet, you don’t need to use a transmitter.)

1. Connect the receiver with your TV. please use the power adapter to charge for the receiver, please do not charge by the usb port. make sure turn on the power button on the receiver side.
2. Find the “settings” on your phone home page
3. Click the “WLAN”
4. Connect the wifi of the receiver”RX-XXXXXXXX”
5. Enter the password: “12345678”
6. On the TV screen will show you phone connected.
7. Go back to the home page of the phone and open the safari browser.
8. Enter the IP address: 192.168.203.1 to enter the background and connect to your home WIFI. In the background you can set the resolution, language, etc.
9. Go back to your phone’s home page. Swipe the top of the screen and find “Screen Mirroring”.

How to connect Android phone tablet and receiver ?

Android system: (When connecting your phone and tablet, you don’t need to use a transmitter.)

1. Please connect the power adapter for the receiver. please do not charge by the usb port.
2. Turn on the power button on the receiver side.
3. Take out the phone/pad and find the “settings”.
4. Click on all shares, and then click on the smart view,
5. After that click on the multiple screens, and then click on mirroring.
6. Search “RX-XXXXXXXX” device what the name displayed on the TV screen and connect it.

Attention:

Different brands of mobile phones/pads have different setting paths:

1. Huawei: Drop-down menu → Multi-screen
2. Xiaomi: Set up → Connect and share → Cast
3. Samsung: Drop-down menu → Smart View etc.

Attention:

1. Please use the 5V/2A power adapters both for the transmitter and receiver. (We offer two adapters)

2. Please turn on the power button at the receiver’s side. (Which has the antenna one is receiver)

3. Please don’t charge directly by the usb port for transmitter and receiver. ( Because the USB port power supply is insufficient, the probability of making the product can not be used properly)

4. Please don’t set sleep black screen while using the laptop. When the computer screen is turned off, the product automatically disconnects. Turn on the computer again and the product connects automatically.

5. Our included Micro HDMI adaptors and mini-HDMI adaptors will give
   you a wider range of usage scenarios.

6. The product supports 4 transmitters docking with 1 receiver, if
   necessary, please contact us to purchase.

7. The following HDMI interface protocols are not supported: HDMI Type B, HDMI ARC, HDMI MHL, HDMI CEC

8. The following connection methods are not supported: TV to TV, HDMI IN to HDMI IN, HDMI OUT to HDMI OUT

9. When the computer’s power is low, there may be a freeze phenomenon when the screen is projected, and the transmitter needs to be powered by a 5V/2A power supply.
