INSTRUCTION
FIGURE 1
FIGURE 1 ASSEMBLY FOR FRONT STABILIZER
Secure the rear stabilizer (B) to the main frame(A) using two screws (Nl ),
spring washers (N2), and washers (N3).
HOW TO KEEP THE MACHINE STABLE
After completing Figure l, if the floor/equipment is not even, turn the
adjustable end cap to the desired level in order to balance the frame.
FIGURE 2 ASSEMBLY FOR REAR STABILIZER
Secure the front stabilizer (C) to the main frame(A) using two screws (N4),
spring washers (N2), and washers(N3).
FIGURE 3 ASSEMBLY FOR CENTRAL SUPPORT TUBE
Step l. Connect the sensor wires (A33) and (A34) to the wires (A4) and (A36).
Step2. Secure the central support tube to the main frame (A) by using 8 screws (N6).
Step3. Release the screw(N 11) from the support tube(D) first, then
assemble the water bottle holder(Ml) on the support tube(D) and secure it by
screw(Nl 1 ).
Then put the water bottle(M2) into the bottle holder(M 1 ).
Step4. Loosen the preset nuts (12) and washers (11) from the front handlebar(!) first.
Step5. Equip the front handlebar (I) to the support tube (D), and fasten
with 2 washers (11) and 2 nuts (12).
NOTE: Make sure the wires are connected together properly. And be careful
not to pinch the wire while assembling.
FIGURE 4 ASSEMBLY FOR SADDLE TlJBE & LEFT SIDE HANDLEBAR
Step 1 . Secure saddle tube (P) with sliding tracking (AlO) by4screws (N13).
Step2. Connect the sensor wire (J 1-1) with the wire (a3).
Step3. Secure the left side handlebar (J 1) with the saddle tube (P) by 2 screws (N8) 2 spring washers (N2) and 2 washers (N3).
NOTE: Push and store excess wire into the side handlebar (J 1) by using the end cap under the handlebar.
FIGURE 5 ASSEMBLY FOR STOP BAR & RIGHT SIDE HANDLEBAR
Step 1.The same assembly way as Figure 4 to equip the right side handlebar (J2).
Step2. Slide the braking handlebar (E)under the saddle tube and use a stopping screw (N 10) to fix it.
Step3. Secure the seat pad (G) onto sliding tracking (P) with 4 screws (N8), installed from underneath the saddle tube.

Step l. Assembly the backrest (H) onto the back pad support tube (P) and secure it tightly by screw (N7) and washer (N 14).

Step l. Locate console (F), and connect sensor wires(A33, A34) to the wires from the console.
Step2.Gently push all of the wires into the console tube.
Slide the console onto the console tube.
Step3. Use 2 preinstalled screws (N 12) to secure the console.
Note:
- Screws (N 12) are preinstalled on the back side of the console. Remove before sliding onto the console tube.
- The console angle can be adjusted according to the user’s demand to have the best view.
FIGURE 8 ASSEMBLY OF RIGHT & LEFT PEDAL
Install the strap on each pedal.
Step 1. Thread the right pedal (L-R) into the right crank of the main
frame (A).
Secure it by turning it clockwise to tighten it.
Note: Right pedal (L-R) is marked with an “R”.
Step 2. Thread the left pedal (L-L) into the left crank of the main frame
(A).
Secure it by turning it counterclockwise to tighten.
Note: Left Pedal (L-L) is marked with an “L”.
FIGURE 9 HOW TO USE THE BRAKING HANDLEBAR TO FIND A PROPER SEAT POSITION
Push the seat slide adjustment handle forward, then slide the seat up and
down until the desired position is found. When the desired position is found,
pull the adjustment handle back into the upward position.
FIGURE 10 HOW TO ADJUST BACKERS!
Adjust the height of the mesh backrest up & down to find the proper height
with loosen & tight the knob.
FIGURE 11 HOW TO MOVE THE MACHINE
The front stabilizer has built-in transport wheels. Stand in front of the
machine and lift it up until the weight of the machine is transferred to the
transport wheels. You can now easily move the machine to a new location.
FIGURE 12 HOW TO USE THE ADAPTOR
Position the Machine on consideration for convenience, using the
adaptor(S), there is one adaptor hole located at the rear of the machine.
FUNCTION BUTTONS
- START/STOP To start or stop training
- RECOVERY To test the heart rate recovery status
- + (PLUS) To select training mode or adjust function value up
- – (MINUS) To select training mode or adjust function value down
- RESET In stop mode, press the button back to the main menu
- QUICK KEY To quickly select preferred settled programs (12 programs)
- MODE To start a workout.
- USB Only use your phone or tablet to charge (please with the individual’s USB charging cable).
POWER ON
- Connect the power supply to the monitor or press the RESET button for 3 seconds,the LCD will display all segments with a long beep sound for 1 second and display 78.0 below (FIGURE 1 & 2).
- User may turn the +/- joggle wheel to select User 0~4 and press MODE for confirmation (FIGURE 3~4).
And then preset user information for SEX, AGE, and HEIGHT WEIGHT, pressing +/- to adjust the value (FRGURE5~8).

MODE

MANUAL MODE
- Press and hold the Reset button for 3 seconds, choosing User and setting or, press Reset only.
- Select MANUAL mode by+/- buttons, and press the Mode button for (FIGURE 8)
- Set the load level and press the Mode button for confirmation(FIGURE 9)
- Pre-set the value of TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES, and target (FIGURE 10~13)
- Press the Start button to start trai You may press+/- to adjust the load level. (FIGURE 14)
- Press the Stop button to pause the Press the Reset button to go back to chosen mode; or press and hold the Reset button for 3 seconds to go back to the main menu. (FIGURE 15)
PROGRAM MODE
- Press and hold the Reset button for 3 seconds, and select User and set the data; or only press Reset to the main menu.
- Select PROGRAM mode by+/- buttons, and press the Mode button to (FIGURE 16) Preee +/- button to select program 1~program 12(FIGURE 17); or press quick keys “P1″~”P12” for quick selection.(FIGURE 18)
- You may adjust the load level by+/- button, and pressing Mode button to (FIGURE 19)
- Set up TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES, and target (FIGURE 20 ~ 23)
- Press Start button to start You may adjust load level by+/- buttons.
- Press Stop to pause training. Press the Reset button back to main menu, or hold it for 3 seconds to standby mode
FITNESS MODE
- Press and hold Reset button for 3 seconds, selecting User and set up the data; or, press Reset to back to main menu.
- Select FITNESS mode by+/- buttons, and press Mode button to (FIGURE 24~25)
- Press Start to start trai You may adjust load level by+/- buttons.
- After 12 minutes, the display will automatically show the workout
- Press Stop to pause trai Press Reset button back to main menu, or hold it for 3 seconds to standby mode.
WATT MODE
- Press and hold Reset button for 3 seconds, selecting User and set up the data; or, press Reset to back to main
- Select WATT mode by+/- buttons, and press Mode button to (FIGURE 26)
- Set up your target value of watt but+/- button, and press Mode button to (FIGURE 27)
- Set up TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES, and target PULSE (FIGURE 28~31)
- Press Start button to start You may adjust watt by +/- buttons.
- Press Stop to pause Press Reset button back to main menu, or hold it for 3 seconds to standby mode.
USER MODE

Press and hold Reset button for 3 seconds, selecting User and set up the data; or, press Reset to back to main

Select USER mode by+/- buttons, and press Mode button to (FIGURE 32)

Set up each column of load level by+/- Press Mode button to switch to next column.(FIGURE 33)
When done, press and hold Mode button for 3 seconds to confirm. -
Set up TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES, and target (FIGURE 34~37)

Press Start button to start You may adjust load level by+/- buttons.

Press Stop to pause Press Reset button back to main menu, or hold it for 3 seconds to standby mode.
HRC
- Press and hold the Reset button for 3 seconds, selecting User and set up the data; or, press Reset to back to main menu.
- Select HRC mode by+/- buttons, and press the Mode button to (FIGURE 38)
- Select different heart rates from 55% / 75% / 90% or Target by+/- (FIGURE 39~42) The geart rate value will be different depending on the setting of age.
- If choosing Target, you may set up your target heart rate by pressing+/-
- Set up TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES, and target PULSE (FIGURE 43~45)
- Press the Start button to start training The load level will adjust according to your current heart rate.
- Press Stop to pause training. Press Reset button back to main menu, or hold it for 3 seconds to standby
RECOVERY
After exercising for a period of time, keep holding on handgrips and press the “RECOVERY” button. All function displays will stop except “TIME” starts counting down from 00:60 to 00:00. Screen will display your heart rate recovery status with the F1, F2……..to F6. F1 is the best, F6 is the worst. User may keep exercising to improve their heart rate recovery status. (Press the RECOVERY button again to return the main display.)
NOTE:
If the heart rate is undetected or shown intermittently, the display will show
out “Er”(error). (FIGURE 48)
