Manta5 XE-1 Fit Mini Tiller
This tutorial shows how to fit the mini tiller onto the front tiller assembly of the XE-1.
TOOLS REQUIRED

WORK INSTRUCTION – REMOVE STEERING FORK ASSEMBLY WITH BEARINGS

Push-fit the Mini Tiller Bush to the Mini Tiller Strut if it is not fitted.

Place the M5 Nylock nut into the hex pocket of the Front Tiller Pivot.
INFORMATION:
Ensure that the Mini Tiller Strut is centred in relation to the Mini Tiller Bush. -
Align the Mini Tiller Assembly with the Front Tiller Pivot so that the holes align.

Fit the M5 x stainless steel screw through the bush to engage with the M5 Nylock nut.
INFORMATION:
It may be necessary to apply pressure to the captive Nylock nut when fastening the screw to prevent it from being dislodged as the screw if inserted. -
Fasten the M5 screw attaching the Mini Tiller Assembly to the Front Tiller Pivot to a torque value of 3 Nm with a M4 Hex Key
