To protect against risk of fire, electrical shock, or injury, do not put the machine in water or other liquid.

This machine is not intended for use by children or persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are closely supervised and instructed concerning the use of the machine by a person responsible for their safety. Close supervision is necessary when any machine is used by or near children/ babies. Children/babies should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the machine.

Turn the appliance OFF, then unplug from the outlet when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts and before cleaning. To unplug, grasp the plug and pull from the outlet. Never pull from the power cord.

Do not operate any machine with a damaged cord or plug or after the machine malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Contact the manufacturer at their customer service telephone number for information on examination, repair, or adjustment.

Household and indoor use only. Do not use outdoors.

Do not let the cord hang over the edge of tables or counters.

Do not place the machine on or near a hot gas or electric burner, heat-generating appliances, uneven surfaces, non-waterproof surfaces, or edges.

Do not use the machine for other than its intended use.

Any maintenance servicing should be performed by an authorized service representative.
The machine has no user serviceable parts. -
Check that the voltage rating of the machine matches that of your electrical system. Any connection error will void the warranty. Avoid using other devices in the same power socket to avoid overheating of the circuit. If you need to connect multiple power plugs, please confirm that the total power does not exceed the rated power of the power plug.

Do not immerse or splash the machine, the power cord, or the plug in water or in any other liquid.

If the power cord or the plug is damaged, do not use the machine. To avoid any risk, these must be replaced by an approved service center.

This machine shall not be used by children or babies. Keep the machine and its cord out of the reach of children and babies.

There is a potential for injury from misuse. Please handle with care.

Do not attempt to repair or make any modifications to the machine without authorization.

Do not insert or remove the power cord with wet hands—only use dry hands.

Make sure the power plug is fully inserted into the socket before operating the machine.

Do not use the machine if the Glass Carafe, Water Chamber, and Filter Basket are not properly assembled.

Do not make any modifications by using other parts not included in the package.

If the machine operates abnormally, stop use immediately and pull out the power cord.

Stop use if the motor becomes abnormally hot, has a damaged power cord, or the body is deformed or damaged.

Do not pour hot water into the Water Chamber. Only use cold or room temperature drinking water under 104°F (40°C).

Use the Cleaning Brush to remove the coffee grounds on the mesh screens of the Filter Basket.
-
Do not remove the Glass Carafe or open the Water Chamber as your cold brew is being released.
-
Do not open the Chamber Lid of the Water Chamber during the brewing process to avoid malfunction.

Do not use an external timer. This machine cannot be connected to an external timer or independent remote controller to operate under a control system.

Do not pour liquids (such as milk, juice, or hot water) other than cold water into the Water Chamber.
-
Do not place the parts into any heat source or a microwave.
-
Do not make cold brew when the Water Chamber is empty.
-
Do not wrap the power cord around the Main Body.
-
When not in use, place the fully-dried machine in a cool, dry place and prevent it from getting wet.
-
Do not attempt to defeat the interlock.
-
The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or injury.

This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
Disposal / Recycling:
At the end of its service life, this product may not be disposed of in the
normal household waste, but rather must be disposed of at a collection point
for recycling electrical and electronic devices. The materials are recyclable
according to their labelling. Please ask the municipal administration where
the appropriate disposal facility is located.

Covers the top of the WATER CHAMBER.

Fill to the desired fill line with water.
4 FILTER BASKET
Fill with your choice of coffee or tea.
5 FILTER CAP
Twist the cap onto the FILTER BASKET to
fully secure it.
6 FILTER CAP VACUUM STEM
Keep the stem clean for optimal operation.
7 CHAMBER BASE
Seat the WATER CHAMBER in here.
8 QUICK BREW BUTTONS
Pick your desired strength—
Light, Medium, Strong, or Extra| 9 RELEASE LEVER
Move to the unlocked position to
release your freshly brewed coffee or tea.
Move to the locked position to stop the
flow of liquids and prevent leaks.
10 GLASS CARAFE
Pour and store your cold brew in this
clean carafe. Holds up to 40 oz / 1.1 L.
11 CARAFE FILTER
Remove even more particles with this
second filter and enjoy a smooth texture.
12 CARAFE FILTER CAP
Cap on top of the CARAFE FILTER.
13 CARAFE BASE
Place the GLASS CARAFE here.

USING THE COLD BREW MACHINE
TIPS & TRICKS BEFORE YOU BEGIN:
- Use cold or room temperature drinking water under 104°F (40°C) for best results.
- Use 1 scoop of coffee or tea per serving of water. For example, use 5 scoops if your water has been filled up to fill line for 5 servings.
- Duration: Light 10 mins | Medium 15 mins | Strong 20 mins | Extra 45 mins
- You can stop a cycle at any time by pressing and holding down the button.
STEP 1:
Plug in the power cord to an electrical outlet.
Before you begin, make sure the RELEASE LEVER is in the locked position
otherwise the WATER CHAMBER will not properly slide into place in the next
step.
STEP 2:
Press the button located on the side of the CHAMBER LID to lift it up. Fill
the WATER CHAMBER with water to the desired fill line and seat the WATER
CHAMBER in the CHAMBER BASE securely. STEP 3:
Use the MEASURING SCOOP to pour your coffee grounds or tea into the FILTER
BASKET. Then twist on the FILTER CAP clockwise and tighten to the locked
position.
STEP 4:
Place the assembled FILTER BASKET into the WATER CHAMBER by inserting the
VACUUM STEM into the port on top of the MAIN BODY.
Push the FILTER BASKET all the way down.
Then close the CHAMBER LID.
STEP 5:
Select your desired strength and let the Vacuum Extraction Brewing begin.
NOTE: The first time you press a button, the machine will power on and the
lights surrounding the buttons will blink. A second press will start the
operation of the machine.
STEP 6:
Once finished, move the RELEASE LEVER to the unlocked position to release your
freshly-made cold brew, which filters into the GLASS CARAFE.
CLEANING
Always switch off and unplug the Shine Cold Brew Machine before disassembling or cleaning.

Use a damp cloth or sponge to clean and wipe down the MAIN BODY after use if necessary.
Never submerge or use running water over the MAIN BODY. -
Wash and rinse the parts shown below with soap and running water. Use the CLEANING BRUSH to thoroughly brush the mesh areas on the FILTER BASKET and CARAFE FILTER.
Then thoroughly dry all parts with a cloth before putting them away for storage.

TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM | POSSIBLE CAUSE / SOLUTION |
---|---|
The machine will not turn on or is not fully operating. | The power plug may be |
loose. Replug the power cord into the electrical outlet to reset the machine.
The coffee or tea is
overflowing.| The WATER CHAMBER contains too much water. Only fill up to the
fill lines printed on the WATER CHAMBER. Do not exceed the 5 serving line.
The Vacuum Extraction is not working properly.| • The silicone VACUUM VALVE
(located below the hinge of the CHAMBER LID) is clogged. Thoroughly clean the
valve with a cotton swab, removing debris and deposits from inside the hole
and the surrounding area.
• The WATER CHAMBER is not filled with the minimum amount of water required.
Fill to the printed fill lines (3, 4, or 5) on the WATER CHAMBER.
Coffee or tea particles are spilling out from the FILTER BASKET.| • The FILTER
BASKET is not properly assembled. Make sure to twist on the FILTER CAP all the
way and tighten to the locked position—the embossed vertical line on the
FILTER CAP should align with the small line on the edge of the FILTER BASKET.
• The FILTER CAP SEAL is loose. Make sure the silicone seal is properly seated
in the FILTER CAP all the way along the edge.
• Too much coffee grounds or tea leaves have been loaded. The maximum amount
that can be poured into the FILTER BASKET is 8 scoops.
The coffee or tea cannot be released.| • The RELEASE LEVER is still in the
locked position. Move the RELEASE LEVER to the unlocked position .
• The drip port at the base of the WATER CHAMBER is clogged or blocked. Use
the CLEANING BRUSH to clean and unclog the drip port.
The WATER CHAMBER is stuck in place or cannot be removed.| The RELEASE LEVER
is in the unlocked position. Simply move the RELEASE LEVER to the locked
position to remove the WATER
CHAMBER from the CHAMBER BASE.
