A Main frame

NOTE: Due to safety reasons, there are at least two people requested to lift up the main frame and assembly.
Step 1. Lift up the main frame and remove the Styrofoam. Raise the main frame on stable stage

Step 1 . Remove the two pre – mou nted screws (D3) from paper tube (Zl ).
Note

  1. Please keep the screws (D3) as they will be needed when assemble the central support tube.
  2. Z1 are not used again.

  1. Step 1 . Mount the rear stabilizer (B) on the bracket of main frame (A) with screw (A54) .
  2. Step 2. After this step assembly, you can place the machine on the floor instead of stable stage.

NOTE : Adjust the levelers (B2) o n the bottom of rear stab ii izer to maintain the machine stable.

  1. Step 1. Set up the plastic cover (A53) into console supporting tube (D), and then push it to the top side. (As arrow shown)
  2. Step 2. Connect the sensor wire (D29) with wire (D28).
  3. Step 3. Set up the plastic cover (A53) into console
  4. STEP 4. Assemble support tube (D) with the main frame (A) by bolts (D3).
  5. Step 5.Set up the console supporting tube (D) to the main frame (A), and fasten them with 8pcs of screws (D3). And then push down the plastic cover (A.53).

Note : There are 8pcs screws of D3 requested while assemble the central support tube. The 6pcs from the blister card and 2pcs are pre-mountedfrom the support tube.

  1. Stpe l. Remove the two screws (D 17) from the back of console (D 16).
  2. Stpe 2. Remove the screws (Dl 7) from the back of console supporting tube (D).
  3. Step 3. Connect console wires (029) and heiart rate wires (030) to the console. Heart rate wires can be interchangeable.
  4. Step 4. Mount the console (Dl 6) onto console supporting tube(D) and firstly fix the screws (D 17) at front side, then fix the rear side.

NOTED : please be noted to just fix the screw only, not tight them completely until all 3pcs screws are fixed.

  1. Step l. Mount the right side handlebar connecting tube (02) onto shaft of main frame with spacer ring (Fl 0) and then screw (F9) as VIEW B.
  2. Step 2. The same step to assembly left side.

NOTE :There are R & L stickers on handlebar connecting tube and shaft for direction different and also positioning. 0

FIGURE 7 – HOW TO TRANSPORT THE MACHINE
When the machine need to be transported to a different locatin, please lift up the both side connecting tubes until the front transportation wheels are touching the ground. You can move it to the desired location. After move, gently set the macine down at its new location. If needed, adjust the levelers on the bottom of rear supporting tubes to make machine steady.
WARNING: Never attempt to lift the machine by yourself, ask for additional help if needed and never attempt to lift the machine if you have any medical issues.

Attach the power cord jacket into the power socket on the main frame before plugging the power cord plug into the wall outlet.

BUTTON FUNCTIONS

+(UP)| To make upward adjustment to each function data or increase training resistance.
---|---
–     (DOWN)| To make downward adjustment to each function data or decrease training resistance.
MODE| To confirm all settinQs.
START/ STOP| To start or stop workout.

Press the START/ STOP under standby mode, it can be a quick start key to the Manual Program.

RESET| To reset current setting and have the monitor switch to initial training mode for selection. Press the RESET button for 2 seconds under standby mode for a Total Reset.
RECOVERY| To active RECOVERY function.

DISPLAY FUNCTIONS

TIME| Time will count up from 00:00 to maximum 99:59 with each increment is 1

minute.

COUNT| Accumulates total count from O up  to  9999.
SPM| Display the strokes per minute with range from O to  9999.
ELEV. CLIMBED| Accumulates total elevation from 0.00 up to 99.99 KM or ML. The user may preset target elevation data by pressing + 1 {UP/DOWN)

Button.      Each incensement is 0.5KM or ML.

C.R.| Display the time needed to 500 meters according to current speed.
C/MIN M| Display the elevation climbed per minute.
CALORIES| Accumulates calories consumption during training from O to maximum 999 calories. Each unit for increase or decrease is 10 KCL.

{This data is a rough guide for comparison of different exercise sessions

which can not be used in medical treatment.)

PULSE| User may set up target pulse from O – 30 to 230
WATTS| Display current workout watts. Display range 0~999.

POWER ON

  1. Connect power supply to the monitor or press the RESET button for 2 seconds, the LCD will display all segments with a long- beep sound for 2 seconds (FIGURE l ).
  2. User may press +/ (UP/DOWN) to select User 0~4 and press MODE for confirmation (FIGURE 2).

And then preset user information for SEX, AGE, HEIGHT and WEIGHT. (FIGURE 3~6)

OPERATION PROCEDURE

Program selections are MANUAL    PROGRAM    WATT  USER PROGRAM     H.R.C. (FIGURE 7~11)

QUICK START IN MANUAL

  1. . Press MODEinto MANUAL program (FIGURE 12).
  2. Press START/STOP to start exercising (FIGURE 13). The resistance level is adjustable during exercising.
  3. User can press START/ STOP to stop exercising
MANUAL MODE
  1. After selecting MANUAL mode, press MODE to enter (FIGURE 12). User can press+!­ (UP/DOWN) to increase or decrease Load level (from l to 16) and press MODE to confirm.
  2. User may preset Target exercise data of TIME/ELEV. CLIMBED/CALORIES/PULSE, and press START/STOP to start (FIGURE 13) User can press RESET to return to the MANUAL setting
  3. Level is adjustable during training

PROGRAM MODE

  1. After selecting PROGRAM mode, press MODE to enter (FIGURE 14). User can press+!­ (UP/DOWN) to select Program Pl ~ Pl 2 (PROGRAM PROFILE), then press MODE to

PROGRAM PROFILE

WATT MODE

  1. After selecting WATT mode, press MODE to enter (FIGURE 16).
  2. The preset watt value 0 is flashing on screen, press +1 (UP/DOWN) to set target value from l Oto 350(FIGURE 17). Also, preset target exercise data of TIME/ELEV. CLIMBED/CALORIES/PULSE, and press START button to start training. (FIGURE 18)

USER PROGRAM

  1. After enter USER PROGRAM mode (FIGURE 19), user may press+!- (UP/DOWN} to adjust the resistance level (FIGURE 20) to create his/ herown
  2. User may hold on pressing MODE button for 2 seconds to quit profile setting, then enter to exercise data setting.
  3. User may preset Target exercise data of TIME/ELEV. CLIMBED/CALORIES/PULSE, and press START/STOP to start (FIGURE 21)
  4. Level is adjustable during training
HEART RATE CONTROL
  1. After enter HEART RATE CONTROL mode (FIGURE 22), the screen will show heart rate percentage 55%, 75%, 90% and TARGET (FIGURE 23~26). User may select heart rate percentage by pressing UP or DOWN for training.
  2. User may preset Target exercise data of TIME/ELEV. CLIMBED/CALORIES, and press START/STOP to start exercise (FIGURE 27).
  3. If there is no HR input for 6 seconds, LCD will display” ” for reminder until HR signal input. (FIGURE 28)

RECOVERY

After exercising for a period of time, keep holding on handgrips and press “RECOVERY” button. All function display will stop except “TIME” starts counting down from 00:60 to 00:00 (FIGURE 29). When the console detect pulse signal, LCD will display “RECOVERY”; While no pulse input, LCD will remind with displaying ” ?” (FIGURE 30) Screen will display your heart rate recovery status with the Fl, F2….to F6 (FIGURE 31). Fl is the best, F6 is the worst. User may keep exercising to improve the heart rate recovery status. (Press the RECOVERY button again to return the main display.)

NOTE:

  1. When user stop pedaling for 4 minutes, computer will enter into power save mode, all setting and exercise data will be stored until user start exercise
  2. When computer act abnormal, please plug out the adaptor and plug in
