3. ABOUT THIS INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

This manual only describes how to install of this Fysic FX3960 wireless alarm button and the functioning of it. For the functions of the FX3960 desk phone as well as general instructions such as maintenance, warnings and tips, etc., please refer to the separate user manual of the FX3960 desk phone.

4. INTENDED USE

This wireless alarm button can only be used in combination with the Fysic FX3960 fixed telephone. With this wireless alarm button, you can choose 2 numbers that are in the FX3960 landline telephone as direct memory number M1 and M2 are programmed. This wireless alarm button has no tone detection and no automatic repeat function. Choosing one of the 2 numbers and disconnection serves completely under the control of the user.

5 OVERVIEWS

5.1 INTRODUCTION: The Fysic FX3960 is a wireless alarm button that you can wear with the supplied clip on your belt or with the supplied neck cord around your neck. With this alarm button you can call the stored under M1 and M2 dial memory numbers and have a completely hands-free conversation. You can also accept incoming calls with this pendant.

6 INSTALLATION

6.1 ATTACH NECK CORD:

1. get the thin cord through the opening of the alarm button and make a loop of this cord 2. remove the thick part from the cord through the loop 3. pull out the thick part of the cord all the way through the loop and put it on something

6.2 CHARGING:
  1. connect the supplied power adapter with connection DC-6V on the back of the charger and put the adapter in a 230V Wall outlet

7 LOG IN TO FX3960 BASIC

7.1 INTRODUCTION:

8 OPERATION

9 GENERAL

9.1 TIPS AND NOTES:

9.2 STATUS INDICATOR LIGHT:

  • yellow: the emergency button is not on the phone yet reported; see section
    7.1 and report the alarm button on your FX3960 base

  • flashes red/green alternately: the alarm button is in the registration process

  • flashes green: the alarm button is idle and in range of base

  • solid green: the alarm button is in the charger and the batteries are full

  • flashes red: battery is running low, set the alarm button to the charger to charge the battery • solid red: the alarm button is in the charger and the batteries are being charged
