SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

  1. After unpacking, make sure that the appliance is intact with no signs of damage caused by transport. If in doubt, do not use the appliance and contact your local sales representative.
  2. Before connecting the appliance, make sure that its rated power corresponds to that of power supply. The plate is located on the bottom of the appliance.
  3. Do not use the appliance for any purpose other than the intended household use. Disconnect from the power supply when not in use.
  4. Do not use the appliance outdoors.
  5. If you observe that there is a crack on the heating plate, the power supply should be switched off immediately.
  6. The appliance is designed only for heating and cooking food and must not be used without the appropriate cooking equipment in place.
  7. Do not immerse the appliance in any kind of liquid.
  8. All utensils, regardless of their size, must not protrude from the surface of the hotplate or be placed in narrow places.
  9. Do not touch the surface of the hot plate when the appliance is in use and gelling warm. The temperature of all surfaces may be high when the appliance is in operation.
  10. Do not allow the cord to get in touch with any hot surface of the hot plate.
  11. Do not leave the appliance unattended when in use, especially when heating up oil.
  12. Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used near children.
  13. Before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance, disconnect the appliance from the mains by removing the plug.
  14. The device must cool down completely before storing it.
  15. If the cord is damaged and needs replacement, it must be replaced by the an authorized service agent or similarly qualified technician in order to avoid hazard.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Operation

  1. Before using your hotplate for the first time, set the temperature to the highest setting (position 5) for 3 to 5 minutes to protect the coating. This should be done without any cooking utensils placed on the hotplate.
  2. Switch on the appliance. You can check whether the appliance is in operation using the indicator light.
  3. Turn the dial to the required position to achieve the desired temperature.
  4. The indicator light located on the front of the appliance will turn off when the cooker reaches the selected temperature and the heating and stopping process will take place periodically so that the temperature is maintained.
  5. When the appliance is not in use, be sure to turn the dial to the MIN position and unplug the appliance.
  6. Advice on the use of cooking utensils:
    a) For best results, the utensil should have a thick base (bottom) with as smooth a surface as possible.
    b) The diameter of the base should be smaller than the diameter of the hotplate.
    c) Do not use utensils with a convex, concave or uneven bottom.

MAINTENANCE

  1. Disconnect the plug from the socket.
  2. Clean the appliance with a soft cloth, do not use abrasive (cleaning) materials.

In order to avoid damages on transportation, the appliance has to be delivered in solid packaging. WARRANTY

The warranty is valid from the date of purchase of the product. Proof of the warranty right is the purchase document of the appliance (retail receipt or invoice). Under no circumstances shall the company cover the relevant cost of spare parts and respective required working hours unless a copy of the purchase document is presented. In case the repair has to be done by our service department the cost of transportation (to and from) is en rely borne by the sender (client). The electrical appliances must be sent for repair to the company or to an authorized workshop in the appropriate way and means of transport.

WARRANTY EXEMPTIONS AND RESTRICTIONS:

  1. Spare parts that wear out naturally as a consequence of being used (brushes, cables, switches, chargers, chokes etc.).
  2. Electrical appliances damaged as a result of non-compliance with the instructors of the manufacturer.
  3. Electrical appliances poorly maintained.
