Q1:Why can’t we connect?
A: ① Please confirm again whether the car exit device supports the
Carplay function and whether it is compatible with an Apple phone. Both are
indispensable.
② If the connection fails, the iPhone will enter the settings page, open the
Bluetooth list, delete the Bluetooth connection records of the car or other
devices, and try again
Q2: Calls rejected or forwarded to voicemail / no play sound / microphone
not working /music playback interrupted or paused /voice functioning
abnormally…
A: ① Please check your iphones Bluetooth to see if it is connected to
another bluetooth device, such as apple watch, earphone… If so , please
disconnect other auto-connected Bluetooth devices or turn of the Bluetooth
directly.
②When on a call , check that your Audio output option is Carplay.
Q3:When use the wireless carplay adapter whether iphone can use other
internet wifi?
A: When enjoying the wireless carplay adapter function, the iphone’s
WiFi will be occupied by the adapter.So you cannot use other internet at the
same time. You only can use your iphone SIM card internet.
Q4:Sometimes won’t connect, car screen freezes in Carplay interface.
A: Regarding this connection frozen issue, you can try to optimize the
connection by resetting both the ihone and the car once:
①Unplug the wireless carplay adapter from USB port first;
②Reset your car unit audio system;
③ Select the Carplay mode as preference in the vehicle setting i your calhas
relevant
settings;
④ Forget all the Bluetooth devices in your iPhone settings & car unit.(please
also check
forget the WiFi device ‘Carplay Box-XXXX’ );
⑤ Restart your car engine, plug the adapter and pair ‘Carplay Box-XXXX’ device
again. Wireless carplay will resume normal connection. Sometime several times
fail carplay connections will change car audio system & iPhone preference,
causes data transmission errors. And each time restarting your iPhone & car
unit can optimize the CarPlay connection.

Q5:Unable to automatically reconnect.
A: ①Please make sure that the Bluetooth and WiFi functions of your iphone turned on and the Bluetooth is not occupied when you get in the car.
②The wireless carplay Adapter will automatically recon nect to your iPhone
when you use it again.
③Clear the pairing record , restart the iphone and repair the adapter.
Q6:What is the WiFi password for the Wireless Carplay Adapter?
A: We need to connect the bluetooth , not Wi-Fi. After Bluetooth matching is successful,
WiFi will automatically connect. So no need Wi-Fi password. Make sure your Wi- Fi is turned on and unoccupied when pairing.
