SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Remove torsion spring brackets from mounting frame and retain the screws. (see Figure 1).
  2. Insert yoke assembly through ceiling opening (see Figure 2).
  3. Attach yoke assembly to mounting frame by inserting feet into raised bracket slots (see Figure 3). Feet will slide into place. Secure with retained torsion spring bracket screws (optional).
  4. Pull the EVO light engine down into the ceiling opening (see Figure 4) and remove torsion spring yoke bracket from the EVO light engine (see Figure 5). Re-install top center screw to top of light engine, (do not screw all the way down, leave a small space).
  5. Attach reflector to light engine (see separate instruction sheet, CJ5201007).
  6. Carefully reach through the aperture and pull tab of constant force spring down through the aperture (see Figure 6). Always wear cut proof gloves while handling constant force spring.
  7. Connect constant force spring to the top center screw of the light engine through the key hole on the tab of the constant force spring and tighten screw just enough to allow the reflector to rotate for adjustment (see Figure 7).
  8. Do not release reflector, slowly allow spring to fully retract reflector into ceiling opening (see Figure 8) making sure that wallwash component (if present) is properly oriented with respect to the wall to be illuminated (see Figure 9).
