SAFETY INFORMATION

Please read this manual carefully before use and keep it for future reference.

  1. This appliance must not use children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.

  2. This appliance is intended for use by children 8 years of age and older and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, provided they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe manner and understand the potential hazards.

  3. Children must not play with the device.

  4. Cleaning and user maintenance must not be performed by children unless they are aged of 8 years and above and supervised.

  5. If the supply cord is damaged, it should be replaced by the manufacturer, its service personnel or by a similarly qualified person to avoid a hazardous situation.

  6. Use only the accessories that are provided with this appliance or that are recommended by the manufacturer to be used with this appliance. Using other accessories may lead to injury or damage to the appliance.

  7. There is a risk of injury when used incorrectly.

  8. Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply if it is left unattended and before assembly, disassembly, or cleaning.

  9. Clean the surfaces that come into a contact with food according to the instruction in this manual.

  10. Turn the appliance off and disconnect it from the power supply before changing the accessory or accessible parts that move when used.

  11. Before connecting the power cord plug to the power socket, ensure the voltage stated on the rating label of the appliance corresponds to the voltage in our power socket.

  12. Only connect the appliance to a properly grounded outlet. We recommend connecting the appliance to a separate electrical circuit. Do not use an extension cord

  13. Always ensure the appliance is correctly assembled before connecting to the power supply.

  14. Place the appliance on a flat, dry, and stable surface. Do not place the appliance near fire or other source of heat.

  15. Do not allow the power cord to hang over the edge of a board or table.
    Do not let the power cord to touch the electric or gas plate or the hot surface.

  16. This appliance is intended for mixing, kneading, and whisking food as it is described in this manual. Do not use it for other purposes than those it is intended for.

  17. This appliance is intended only for household use and indoor. Do not use it outdoor or for commercial purposes.

  18. Do not touch the appliance, power cord, or plug by wet hands.

  19. Keep fingers, hands, or hair out of the movable parts. If you need to check the processing status during use, turn the appliance off, disconnect the plug from the power socket and wait until the movable parts stop.

  20. Under no circumstances lift the appliance´s arm or take out the bowl from the appliance while in operation.

  21. Do not damage or force the controls.

  22. Do not move or tilt the appliance while in operation.

  23. Do not use this appliance with a program, timer, remote control system or any other component that switches the appliance on automatically.

  24. Clean the appliance´s bowl after each use.

  25. Disconnect the appliance from the power socket by pulling the power cod plug, not by the cable.

  26. Only have the appliance repaired and adjusted by an authorized service centre. Never repair the appliance yourselves. There are no parts that a use can repair.

USE

Before first use
  1. Remove the appliance and its accessories from the packaging. Before disposal the packaging, ensure you have taken all parts. Check whether the appliance or any accessory is not damaged.
  2. Wash the bowl, protection cover, knead hook, beater, and whisk in a warm soapy water, rinse and wipe dry.
  3. Wipe the outer mixer surface with a soft and slight moistened cloth. Wipe dry
Assembly and disassembly the stand mixer

Warning:
Always ensure the rotary knob is set to “0” and the power cord plug is disconnected from the power supply before assembling or disassembling.

  1. Place the stand mixer on a dry, flat, and stable surface at a sufficient distance from the power socket.
  2. Press the lock and lift the arm.
  3. Attach the protection cover to the lower part of the arm.
  4. Insert the bowl into the space in the stand mixer base so that the protrusions on the bowl are aligned with the holes in the base. Turn the bowl clockwise to fix it in the base. Make sure the bowl does not move and it is not crooked in the base.
  5. Attach the attachment (knead hook, beater, or whisk) to the shaft. It is important the protrusion on the shaft fits into the opening in the attachment. Then turn the attachment right to fix it.
  6. Press the lock and carefully lower the arm.
  7. To dissemble the stand mixer, proceed in the opposite way.
Operating the stand mixer
  1. Press the lock and lift the arm.
  2. Put ingredients into the bowl. Do not overfill the bowl. The total maximum weight of processed ingredients is 1kg.
  3. Press the lock and carefully lower the arm.
  4. Connect the power cord plug to the power socket.
  5. Turn the rotary knob to set the desired speed from 1 to 10 where “1” is the lowest speed and “10” is the highest speed. We recommend processing the ingredients first at low speed and increase it if needed.
  6. You can add other ingredients through the opening in the protection cover.
  7. If you need to check the processing status of the ingredients, or the ingredients stick on the attachment, or you need to wipe the inner walls of the bowl, turn the rotary knob to “0” position. Wait until the attachment stops moving completely and then disconnect the power cord plug from the power socket. Press the lock and lift the arm. Check the ingredients, wipe the ingredients from the attachment and walls. Then press the lock and lower the arm. Connect the plug to the power socket and continue in operation.
  8. If you need to use the PULSE function (kneading at maximum power), turn the rotary knob to PULSE position and keep the knob in this position for the necessary  length of time. Once released, it automatically turns back to “0” position and PULSE function is off.
  9. Once the ingredients have been processed, turn the rotary knob to “0” position. Wait until the attachment stops moving completely and then disconnect the power cord plug from the power socket. Press the lock and lift the arm. Remove the bowl from the stand mixer and using a wooden spoon or spatula take out the ingredients from the bowl.

Note:
Adjust the speed and processing time according to the amount of ingredients. Use the knead hook only for 0.9kg of ingredients.
If you process the ingredients for heavy and sticky dough, use the stand mixer for maximum 6 minutes and then let it cool down for 10 minutes.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Before cleaning or any maintenance, always switch off the appliance, unplug the power cord from the outlet and allow it to cool down completely.

Warning:
Never immerse the appliance, the power cord, or the plug of the power cord in water or any other liquid.

Do not use plastic or metal scrapers, harsh cleaners, chemicals, petrol, solvents, or other similar substances to clean any parts of the appliance. The surface finish could be seriously damaged.

Outer surface of the stand mixer

Wipe the outer mixer surface with a soft and slight moistened cloth. Wipe dry.

Bowl and attachments

Clean the bowl and attachments after each use. Wash the bowl, protection cover, knead hook, beater, and whisk in a warm soapy water, rinse and wipe dry.

Warning:
No part of the stand mixer is dishwasher safe.

Storage

Before storing, make sure that the appliance and its accessories are cool and clean. Store the appliance and its accessories in a dry and well-ventilated place out of the reach of children or pets.
Do not place any objects on the appliance.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Problem Cause Solution
The stand mixer does not work. The plug is not correctly inserted in the
power socket. Check the plug connection and ensure it is correctly inserted.
The lock is not in its position. Check the lock. Press it and lift the arm

and then lower.

If the problem is not listed in the table above or the problem cannot be solved, turn off the appliance, disconnect the power cord plug from the power outlet, and contact an authorized service centre.
