OmiBrite 12 Pack 6 Inch Ultra-Thin LED Recessed Ceiling Light with
Junction Box
IMPORTANT :
All electrical connections must be in accordance with local and National
Electric Code (N.E.C.) standards. For your safety. all work should be done by
a qualified electrician. Please review instructions carefully before
proceeding.
WARNING :
- Make sure certain power is OFF from the electrical panel before starting installation or attempting any maintenance.
- Risk of fire or electric shock, Do not alter, relocate or remove wiring.
- Do not make or alter any open holes in an enclosure of wiring or electrical components.
TOOLS REQUIRED:
Saw. Measuring Tape, Electrical Wiring (use type and gauge suitable for application to connect the fixture). omibrite-service@toolant.com
INSTALLATION
- Turn off circuit breaker that provides power to the light switch for the recessed lights.
- Cut a hole in the ceiling in the desired location using the template provided
- Open the junction box and remove the appropriate knockout(s) on the side plate.
- Run electrical wire from the power source (switch) through the mounting hole.
- Use NMD90 Romex or BX cable.
- Use NMD90 Romex or BX cable.
- Connect the supply wires to the junction box wires using the wire nuts provided.
- Tuck the connected wires inside the junction box and close the cover.
- Connect the junction box to the slim down light
- Tighten the connector by hand.
- The salt of mole/female need to be aligned before inserted.
- insert junction box through the hole on the ceiling.
- New construction applications: Hardwire box shall be secured to studs. joists.or similar fixed structural units.
- Remodel applications: Do not require the hardwire box to be firmly secured after the mounting plates,studs, joists, or structural units hove been concealed.
- Push up the spring clips on both sides to insert the luminaire in the opening on the ceiling
- Turn on circuit breaker and test the light.
