Air filter cleaning (after 600 hours of operation)

Dust collects on the filter and restricts airflow. Restricted airflow reduces the efficiency of the appliance and can damage the appliance if it becomes blocked. The air filter requires regular cleaning. The air filter can be easily removed for this purpose. Do not operate the unit without an air filter, otherwise the evaporator may be damaged.
Once the appliance has been in operation for more than 600 hours, the indicator light will come on to indicate that the air filter needs to be cleaned. After cleaning, the counter must be reset, otherwise the appliance cannot be started. To reset the counter, press and hold the SLEEP/RESET button.

Filter cleaning procedure:

Remove the filter cover and remove the filter.
Use the vacuum cleaner to gently vacuum the dust on the surface. If the filter is very dirty, wash it with water and a mild detergent and then dry it thoroughly.
Put the filter back in place.
