Thank you for purchasing a SIGURO appliance. We are grateful for your trust
and are pleased to introduce the device to you on the following pages and
introduce you to all its functions and uses.

SAFETY INFORMATION
Please read this manual carefully before use and keep it for future reference.
- This appliance may be used by children 8 years of age and older and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, provided they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe manner and understand the potential hazards. Children must not play with the device. Cleaning and user maintenance must not be performed by children without supervision.
- The digital kitchen scale is intended for household use only.
- Have all repairs carried out by a specialized service! Do not disassemble the scale or remove any components.
- The scale is intended for weighing food or liquids.
- The scale must be placed on a flat, hard, and stable surface (otherwise the weighing would be inaccurate).
- Do not subject the scale to shocks, and vibrations or drop it on the floor.
- Handle the scale carefully to avoid damage.
- Pets must not be weighed on the scale.
- Do not immerse the scale in water.
- If the power cord, plug, or any other part of the product malfunctions, or if any part of the product has been dropped or otherwise damaged, repair may only be performed by a qualified electrician. Improper repairs can put users at risk of injury.

USING THE SCALE
Battery charging
- Charge the scale fully before using it for the first time and after a long period of non-operation.
- Connect the power connector to the input on the top side of the scale. The remaining battery capacity indicator on the display flashes and the scale starts charging.
- It takes approximately 90 minutes to fully charge.
Basic weighing
- Place the scale on an even, firm and stable surface.
- Before switching on the scale, place a kitchen bowl on the weighing area if necessary (not included in the package).
- Touch the ZERO/1 button to turn on the weighing mode.
- Wait until the LCD display shows all the information.
- Place the object to be weighed on the scale (or in the bowl) and the LCD display will show the determined weight of the object.
Switching modes using the UNIT button
- Place the container on the weighing area.
- Press the ZERO/1 button to reset the weight of the container, the display will show „0“.
- Press the UNIT button to switch between the individual measuring modes. The following modes are available:
for weight measuring (units are g)
for water volume measurement (units are ml)
for milk volume measurement (units are ml)
Topping up weight and tare function
These functions are used to measure the weight of the additional batches
gradually added to the previous ones, which remain on the scale. Place the
first batch on the scale and the weight will appear on the display. Before
adding another batch to the scale, touch the button ZERO/1, the value on the
display will reset (to „0“). You can perform this operation repeatedly.
- Each time you press ZERO/1 the LCD display will show „ —– “ or „0g“. „ —– “ means unstable, please, wait a moment. While the „0g“ is displayed an icon „O“ or „T“ lights up in the left bottom corner (depending on the weight), indicating that the topping-up function is active. Max. capacity does not change.
- If the total sum of the weights of all batches on the scale is less than 200 g, the topping-up function will be used automatically. The scale resets after each pressing of the button.
- If the total sum of the weights of all batches on the scale is higher than 200 g, the TARE function will be used automatically. The first time you press the button in this mode, you will see the total weight/volume of all items. Only after the second press will the scale reset, after which you can continue weighing.
Switching weighing units
You can switch between measuring units (metric, i.e. g/ml, and imperial i.e.
lb: oz, floss) by pressing and holding the UNIT button. When the scale is on,
press and hold the button. The LCD display shows the units which you just
used.
Turning off the scale
You can turn off the scale using either the button ZERO/1 or the scale turns
off automatically after 2 minutes.
Error messages on the display
Overload. If you load the scale more than the permissible limit, this error message will appear on the display. Reduce the load to prevent damage to the scale.
Low battery warning. Charge the battery according to the instructions above.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Use a damp cloth to clean the scale and make sure that no water gets inside the scale. DO NOT use chemical/abrasive cleaning agents.
- Do not immerse the scale in the water!
- All plastic parts must be cleaned immediately when in contact with greasy substances, spices, vinegar or flavorings. Avoid splashing sour citrus juice on the scale!
- Always keep the scale in a horizontal position.
Storage
- Store the scale in a safe, dry place.
