INTRODUCTION
This dependable and high-precision bracket is ideal for use with electric drills. It features a clamping angle of 0 to 90″, is made with durable powder Coated steel, aluminum and cast iron and includes 3 adapter sleeves.

to be used with this tool.
WORK AREA
- Operate in a safe work environment. Keep your work area clean, well-lit and free of distractions. Place lights so you are not working in a shadow.
- Keep anyone not wearing the appropriate safety equipment away from the work area.
- Store unused tools properly in a safe and dry location to prevent rust or damage. Lock tools away and keep out of the reach of children.

- Wear protective clothing designed for the work environment and tool.

UNPACKING

- Remove the parts and accessories from the packaging and inspect for damage.

ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
Numbered references in parenthesis (#) refer to the included Parts List.
Letter references in parenthesis (A refer to the included contents.
- Place the base (C) on a level, smooth floor capable of supporting the bracket and the electric drill (not included).
- Place the column (A) as deeply as possible on the base and tighten the 2 hex bolts (#19) on the side of the base using the M8 hex key (E.
- Note that there 4 holes on the base for mounting to a work bench.
- Insert the electric drill into the clamp (#25). Use the bush (0) with the thickness that best accommodates the neck of the drill and then tighten the lock bolt (#8) using the appropriate hex key .
- Screw the handle (B) to the feed shaft (#21) and tighten .
- Check that the slide head (#6) is operating Smoothly.
- If not, add some grease on the sliding slot and/or adjust the screws (#14) on the slide supporter (#11).
OPERATION
- the workpiece size and then tighten the head lock bolts (#9) using the appropriate hex key .
- Adjust the height of the head in accordance with Adjust the height of the point clamp #2) to control the path of the drill.
- Note that this bracket has a maximum travel of 2-3/8 in.
- Adjust the head by loosening the screws (#24) between the column and the head. Once in the desired position, tighten again.
- Note that this bracket has a maximum angle of 90.
- Complete a test operation on a sample Workpiece.
- If results are not as desired, adjust until appropriate.
- If results are as desired, continue with Operation.
CARE & MAINTENANCE

Maintain with care. A bracket and tool in good condition is efficient, easier to control and will have fewer problems.

Inspect the bracket and tool and all associated components periodically.
Repair or replace damaged or worn components. Only use identical replacement parts when servicing. -
Follow instructions for lubricating and changing accessories.

Only use tools and accessories intended for use with this bracket.

Keep tool and bracket clean, dry and free from oil/grease at all times.

Maintain all labels and name plates. These carry important information.

If unreadable or missing. contact Princess Auto Ltd. for replacements.
WARNING! Only qualified service personnel should repair the tool. An improperly repaired tool may present a hazard to the user and/or others.
LUBRICATION
Inspect and lubricate the tool when required. Only use light oil to lubricate
the tool. Other lubricants may not be suitable and could damage the tool or
cause a malfunction during use.
When not in use for an extended period, apply a thin coat of lubricant to the
steel parts to avoid rust. Remove the lubricant before using the tool again.
NOTICE! NEVER use a penetrating oil to lubricate the tool. Penetrating
oil may act as a solvent that can break down the grease and cause the tool to
seize up.
DISPOSAL
Recycle a tool damaged beyond repair at the appropriate facility.
Contact your local municipality for a list of disposal facilities or by-laws
for electronic devices, batteries, oil or other toxic liquids.
IMPORTANT! DO NOT pollute the environment by allowing uncontrolled
discharge of waste oil.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Visit a Princess Auto Ltd. location for a solution if the tool does not function properly or parts are missing. If unable to do so, have a qualified technician service the tool
