INTRODUCTION

The wall cabinet has an adjustable shelf to accommodate items of different sizes. The cabinet has two full-length door handles for easy access.

SAFETY

WARNING! Read and understand all instructions before using this tool. The operator must follow basic precautions to reduce the risk of personal injury and/or damage to the equipment.

Keep this manual for safety warnings, precautions, operating or inspection and maintenance instructions.

WORK AREA

  1. Operate in a safe work environment. Keep your work area clean, well-lit and free of distractions. Place lights so you are not working in a shadow.
  2. Keep anyone not wearing the appropriate safety equipment away from the work area.

PERSONAL SAFETY

WARNING! Wear personal protective equipment approved by the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) or American National Standards Institute (ANSI).

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT

  1. Always wear impact safety goggles that provide front and side protection for the eyes. Eye protection equipment should comply with CSA Z94.3-07 or ANSI Z87.1 standards based on the type of work performed.
  2. Wear gloves that provide protection based on the work materials or to reduce the effects of tool vibration.
  3. Wear protective clothing designed for the work environment and tool.
  4. Non-skid footwear is recommended to maintain footing and balance in the work environment.

PERSONAL PRECAUTIONS
Control the tool, personal movement and the work environment to avoid personal injury or damage to tool.

  1. Do not operate any tool when tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medications.

  3. Do not exceed the shelf or cabinet weight capacity.

  4. Make sure the wall is strong enough to support the weight of the fully loaded cabinet.

UNPACKING

WARNING! Do not operate the tool if any part is missing. Replace the missing part before operating. Failure to do so could result in a malfunction and personal injury.

Remove the parts and accessories from the packaging and inspect for damage.
Make sure that all items in the parts list are included.

ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION

Numbered references in parenthesis (#1) refer to the included Parts List.

Do not fully tighten the screws until assembly is complete to avoid misaligned panels or components.

  1. Install the left side panel (#3) and right-side panel (#4) onto the front panel (#2) with M4 x 10 screws (#1) (Fig. 1).

  2. Attach the back panel (#5) to the side panel with M4 x 10 screws (#1) (Fig. 2)

  3. Attach the top and bottom panels (#6) with M4 x 10 screws (Fig. 3.)

    4. Install 4 hook supports (#7) inside the cabinet to support the shelf. The angled tab slides into the slots along the inside edges of the side panels. Make sure each support is at the same height (Fig. 4).

  4. Place the shelf (#8) on the supports. You may need to angle the shelf to have it pass through the front opening (Fig. 5).

  5. Push down on each shelf corner to confirm the shelf is fully supported. If the shelf wobbles or tilts, a support may be in the wrong slot (Fig. 6).

  6. Tighten all the screws in the cabinet.

  7. Move the cabinet to the chosen location in the room. Make sure the wall is capable of supporting the weight of the fully loaded cabinet.

  8. How you attach the cabinet to the wall depends on the wall’s material.

Wood :
a. Hold the open cabinet against the wall.
b. Drive one screw into the wall through a hole in the back panel. Do not tighten fully yet.
c. Check the cabinet is level. Use a small bubble level to check the level from side-to-side.
d. Drive the second screw into the wood wall once the cabinet is level.
e. Fully tighten both screws.
Drywall or concrete:
f. Hold the open cabinet against the wall.
g. Check the cabinet is level. Use a small bubble level to check the level from side-to-side.
h. Mark the wall through each hole in the back panel.
i. Place the cabinet aside and drill a hole on the marks, using the appropriate drill bit.
j. Insert a plastic anchor into each drill hole when you are mounting on drywall. Insert concrete anchors (not included) when mounting on concrete.
k. Hold the cabinet against the wall and align the holes with the anchors.
l. Screw the cabinet to the wall using the includes screws for drywall or concrete bolts (not included) for a concrete wall.
