INTRODUCTION
This wheelbarrow has a max. capacity of 440 lb and flat-free, polyurethane wheel to help you easily transport loads around the yard, farm or worksite. It features a steel tray and a hardwood handle.

- Operate in a safe work environment. Keep your work area clean, well-lit and free of distractions. Place lights so you are not working in a shadow.
- Keep anyone not wearing the appropriate safety equipment away from the work area.
- Store tools properly in a safe and dry location. Keep tools out of the reach of children.
PERSONAL SAFETY

UNPACKING

Remove the parts and accessories from the packaging and inspect for damage.
Make sure that all items in the Identification Key are included.

ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
Letter references in parenthesis (A) refer to the included Identification Key.
- Push the 8*125 mm bolts (K) and 8 x 85 mm bolts (L) through the retainer clip and through the riser (B) (Fig. 1).
- Repeat step 1 for the other riser.
- Turn the tray (D) over.
- Place the handles (A) over the bolts and lower them onto the risers (Fig. 2).
- Make sure the holes in the leg () are facing the back of the tray (Fig. 3).
- Place the leg over the bolts and loosely attach to the handle with lock washers (0) and nuts (P) (Fig. 3).

Repeat step 5 for the other leg.
a. Do not fully tighten at this time. -
Place the leg brace (H) across the leg (Fig. 4).
a. Do not fully tighten at this time. -
Use 2 of the 8 x 50 mm bolts (Q) and 2 of the lock washers and nuts to attach the wheel guard (C) to the front of the handles (Fig. 5).
a. Bolt should point to the inside of the handles. Use a 1/2 in. wrench or socket to fully tighten the wheel guard.
b. Leave the rest of the bolts loosely fastened. -
Attach the axle bracket (E) to the bottom of the handle using 8 x 75 mm bolts pushed through t hole closest to the tray (Fig. 6).

Push the second bolt through the hole in the bottom tray brace (1) and then through the hanc (using the hole closest to the wheel guard) and finally through the axle bracket (Fig. 6). 12. Attach loosely with lock fasteners and nuts (Fig. 6).
a. Do not fully tighten at this time. -
Slide the axle (F) through the wheel (G) and then into the attach bracket (Fig. 7).

Slide the second axle bracket over the other end of the axle (Fig. 7).

Loosely attach the second axle bracket and second tray brace to the handle.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
- Maintain the tool with care. A tool in good condition is efficient, easier to control and will have fewer problems.
- Inspect the tool components periodically. Repair or replace damaged or worn components. Only use identical replacement parts when servicing.
- Only use accessories intended for use with this tool.
- Maintain the tool’s labels and name plates. These carry important information. If unreadable or missing, contact Princess Auto Ltd. for replacements.
WARNING! Only qualified service personnel should repair the tool. An improperly repaired tool may present a hazard to the user and/or others.

Recycle a tool damaged beyond repair at the appropriate facility.
