Thank you for purchasing a SIGURO appliance. We are grateful for your trust and we are pleased to introduce to you the appliance on the following pages and acquaint you with all its functions and uses.
We believe in a fair and responsible company and therefore we only work with suppliers who meet our strict criteria for protecting the interests of employees, preventing their abuse and provide fair working conditions.
If you need help with extensive maintenance or repair of the product, which requires intervention in its internal parts, our authorized service is available at the email address [email protected], or the operators at the seller’s info line. We have unified these contact points for your convenience in solving any problems with the products and the above contacts can be used in the event of any complaints or post-warranty service.

SAFETY INFORMATION

Please read this manual carefully before use and keep it for future reference.

  1. This appliance may be used by children 8 years of age and older and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, provided they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe manner and understand the potential hazards. Children must not play with the device. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be done by children unless they are 8 years old and under supervision. Children under the age of 8 must be kept out of the reach of the appliance and adapter.

  2. Care should be taken when using the appliance as it produces water vapour.

  3. Before replacing accessories or accessible parts, before assembly and disassembly, before cleaning or maintenance, switch off the appliance and disconnect the adapter from the mains.

  4. Use only the adapter supplied with the appliance for power supply.

  5. The appliance must be supplied only with a safe low voltage corresponding to the appliance marking.

  6. If the adapter of this appliance is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service technician or similarly qualified person to prevent a dangerous situation.

  7. Never use the appliance if it has a damaged adapter, if it is
    not working properly, has fallen to the ground and become damaged. In such cases, take the appliance to a professional service centre to check its safety and proper functioning.

  8. When filling or cleaning, disconnect the appliance from the mains by removing the adaptor from the socket.

  9. The appliance is intended for use only in households and for similar purposes (shops, offices and similar workplaces, hotels, motels and other residential environments, bed and breakfast establishments). It is not intended for commercial use.

  10. Never use the appliance or catch the adapter with wet hands or feet!

  11. Never immerse the appliance in water (even partially).

  12. It is not permitted to modify the surface of the appliance in any way (e.g. with self-adhesive wallpaper, foil, etc.)! Do not place any objects on the appliance.

  13. Never throw or insert objects into the holes. Do not place your hands, face or body on or near the steam outlet when the appliance is in operation. Do not cover the steam outlet or place anything on top of it when the appliance is in operation.

  14. Always place the appliance on a solid, level surface at least 2 meters away from furniture, water-absorbing surfaces and electrical equipment. Place a waterproof pad under the device. Never place the appliance on a surface that could be damaged by water or moisture (e.g. wood, bamboo, painted surfaces, etc.).

  15. Do not allow the water vapour to exit directly towards the wall or water-absorbing surfaces. Moisture can cause damage, especially to wallpapers.

  16. Never tilt the appliance or attempt to empty it during operation.

  17. Excessive humidity in the room can cause water to condense on windows, furniture, walls, and generally cooler objects. If that happens, turn the appliance off.

  18. When the appliance is running, do not touch any part of the body with the water (fragrance solution) or any parts in the water (fragrance solution).

  19. Do not use the appliance in a high humidity environment, such as in a bathroom.

  20. Never place the power cord of the adapter on hot surfaces or let it hang over the edge of a table or countertop. If the cord is knocked over or pulled, e.g. by children, the appliance can be knocked over or pulled down, resulting in serious injury!

  21. The adapter power lead must not be damaged by sharp or hot objects, open flames, immersion in water or bending over sharp edges.

USE

Before first use

  • Take the diffuser out of the box and remove any adhesive film, stickers or paper.
  • The amount and density of mist may vary depending on water type, humidity, temperature and air current, which should not be considered as a fault.
  • Use a suitable measuring cup to fill the water into the water tank. Never attempt to fill water under a running tap or whilst plugged in.
  • NEVER touch the atomizer while the diffuser is plugged in as this could cause serious injury.
  • Do not remove the cover durning operation.

Filling the reservoir with water and essential oil

  • The aroma diffuser can be used in combination with natural  essential oils or alone with water as a humidifier.
  • When using and dosing essential oils, follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • If you will not be using the diffuser for more than 1 day, pour out the unused water from the reservoir and rinse the water reservoir with clean water.
  1. Place the appliance on a suitable flat surface.
  2. Pour water into the reservoir (do not exceed the MAX mark). If necessary, add a few drops of natural essential oil to the water.
  3. Put the cover on the tank.
  4. Connect the appliance to the mains using an adaptor.

Warning
When you finish using the diffuser, don’t pour the water out through the air outlet. Pour it over the edge of the water tank (see picture).

Accidental leakage
In the event of being knocked over during use, follow the steps below to avoid malfunction:

  • Unplug the diffuser from the mains and remove the glass cover carefully.
  • Pour out any remaining water from the water tank.
  • Shake the diffuser gently to drain any water from inside.
  • Allow 24 hours for the diffuser to dry thoroughly.

Controls
Button to turn on/off the diffuser (MIST)

  • 1st press: it starts to emit steam and after 2 hours it switches off automatically.
  • 2nd press: it starts to emit steam and after 4 hours it switches off automatically.
  • 3rd press: it starts to emit steam continuously (ON indicator lights up).
  • 4th press: switch off the diffuser.
  • Press and hold the MIST button for 5 seconds until the “Wi-Fi” indicator lights up, then it starts working under Wi-Fi control.

Button to turn on/off the lights (LIGHT)•

  • press: the lighting will switch on and its colour will change automatically
  • press: sets the current lighting colour to be maintained
  • press: set low/high light intensity
  • Long press: switch off lighting

Control via mobile app
This diffuser allows you to connect to your home Wi-Fi network and then control it using the universal TUYA app. You can download the app by scanning the QR code on page 3, searching for “Tuya Smart” on the App Store or Play Store, or by visiting https://smartapp.tuya.com/tuyasmart.
Once installed and launched, the app guides you through the controls and necessary settings.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • Clean the surface of the appliance and adapter, the water tank and its cover with a damp cloth. You can also use disinfectants, but always follow the instructions on the packaging.
  • Clean the ultrasonic transducer (inside the diffuser) with a cloth (sponge) and warm water and detergent. Use a lukewarm solution with citric acid or vinegar to remove limescale.
  • If you use the appliance frequently, we recommend cleaning it at least once a week. Note that a clogged ultrasonic transducer will not function properly!
  • Never use aggressive cleaning agents (e.g. gasoline, glass cleaner, furniture polish, paint thinner) or other solvents to clean the appliance!
  • After maintenance, allow the individual parts to dry properly. Never dry plastic parts over a heat source (such as a stove, electric or gas stove).
