Thank You for purchasing Neno Cibo. Please refer to the user manual for information concerning safety, use and disposal. Please read the manual before use. Use the product only as intended. The pictures are only for reference.
WARNING
- Check if the voltage indicated on the bottom of the appliance corresponds to the input voltage before connecting the power.
- Do not use the appliance if the plug, power cord or the appliance itself is damaged.
- If the power cord is damaged, you must have it replaced by the Neno authorized service center to avoid hazard.
- If the blade is stuck, pull out the plug and remove the ingredients from the cup.
- To avoid burns, do not touch the water tank and stirring cup which could reach a high temperature when steaming. Use the handle instead.
- Beware of hot steam coming out from the stirring cup when steaming or opening the cup.
- Make sure the stirring cup is put in the right position. Otherwise, the appliance will not work.
- Please be careful when adding water or cleaning. Do not add too much water, otherwise, the water will overflow the appliance, which can cause a short circuit or other problems.
- Remember to test the food temperature on your wrist before feeding the child.
- After steaming, you can add more food to the stirring cup. After steaming, you can add more food to the stirring cup. Before opening, make sure the cup is not hot. Remember that food cannot exceed 300ml or the logo level of the stirring cup
- Empty the water tank and add purified water before steaming.
- Remember to add an appropriate amount of liquid to the food after steaming to avoid food sticking to the cup.
SAFETY
- Do not use accessories or parts produced by other manufacturers or not recommended by Neno. If used, the warranty will become invalid.
- Do not immerse the main body in water. Do not put the appliance on or near a stove or a cooker which are hot or in use.
- Do not use a sterilizer or microwave oven to disinfect the stirring cup or any parts of the appliance.
- The machine is designed for household use only. If operated inappropriately (used for commercial / semi commercial purposes or not according to the user’s manual) the warranty will become invalid. Neno will not be held responsible for damage caused by inappropriate use.
- Place the appliance on a stable, flat position and make sure there is enough space to avoid damage to surroundings caused by steam from the machine.
- Do not steam without adding water.
- If the appliance is damaged, do not use it again. Send it to an authorized Neno service center for repair.
- To prevent coating of heating plate or corrosion from acidic or alkaline foods, do not pour puree or juice into the water tank.
- Do not lift or move the appliance when in use.
- Do not insert any objects into water inlet or steam outlet.
- Do not add water to the tank when steaming, otherwise the hot water or steam may be expelled.
- Check the uniformity of food before serving to ensure there are no chunks in the cooked food.
- Wait 3 minutes before steaming the food again.
- Bones, nuts (walnuts, macadamia nuts) are forbidden to stir.
- Do not use the stir function on an empty cup. Do not stir food for more than 15 seconds at a time and wait 10 seconds each time before stirring again. Use the steam function twice before using the appliance, no less than 15 minutes each time.
- It is normal for the stirring cup to get stained by food. It will not change the quality of the cup, however, make sure to clean it regularly.
- Be careful when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl, and cleaning the appliance.
- Be careful when pouring a hot liquid into the appliance, as it can be expelled due to sudden steaming.
- Switch off the appliance and disconnect from the power outlet before changing accessories.
- This appliance is intended to be used in households and similar surroundings such as: – staff kitchen areas in shops, offices, and other working environments. – farm houses. – by clients in hotels, motels, and other residential type environments. – bed and breakfast type of environments.
- Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply when it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling, or cleaning.
- This appliance should not be used by children. Keep the machine and its cord out of reach of children.
- The machine can be used by people with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or with lack of experience and knowledge, if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance, and if they understand the hazards involved.
- Children can not play with the machine.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it should be replaced by the authorized Neno service center to avoid hazard.
- To avoid electric shock, do not immerse the main body, cord, or plug of the appliance in water or other liquids.

Product size: 295x140x259mm Connect the appliance to the power supply and the light on
the panel will get red. Press and hold the button to turn on the blender, and
the power button will light up. The rest of the buttons will appear grayish
white and the time display will show “00”. After you press any button, the
button will turn bright white.
Water shortage warning light : If there is not enough water in the tank and
the tank is too hot, the water shortage warning light will turn on. To cool
down the tank, add water and the warning light will turn off.
Time display : Shows the working time of all the functions.
Time increase + : Working time can be increased manually for steam or
disinfect functions.
Disinfect/Defrost : Press the button and the screen will display “10 minutes”
with a “di” sound. You can adjust the time according to personal preferences.
After disinfection, the machine will set off a continuous “di” sound.
Pulse : Press the button and the appliance will start with a “di” sound and
display panel will light up. To stop, release your finger from the pulse
button and the machine will stop.
Time reduction – : The working time can be manually changed for steam or
disinfection.
Steam : Press the button ce-5 to turn on the steam function. The appliance
will start with a “di” sound and the screen will display “15 minutes”. After
steaming, the appliance will set off 5 short “di” sounds.
Automatic cleaning : Press the button to turn on the automatic cleaning
function, and the appliance will start with a “di” sound. After cleaning the
appliance will set off 5 short “di” sounds.
Stir : Press the button to turn on the stir function. The appliance will make
a “di” sound and the display panel will light up. After stirring, the
appliance will set off 5 short “di” sounds.
Power button : After connecting the appliance to the power supply, the power
button light will get red. To turn on the blender, press the button and hold
it until the button light changes to white. To stop the appliance, press the
button. To resume working, press the button again. To turn off the blender,
press and hold the button.

PREPARATION
To add water to the tank, pour purified water or distilled water into the tank
up to the MAX logo and then screw the lid on the tank.
Caution:
- Do not use tap water or mineral water, risk of accumulating scale!
- Make sure not to pour too much water into the tank. The water can not exceed the MAX logo.
- Only purified water can be poured into the tank.
FUNCTIONS
Neno Cibo is a 5 in 1 baby food processor (Steam, Disinfect, Automatic cleaning, Stir, Pulse). The appliance is designed to prepare fresh baby food. Use it according to the user manual. – STEAM
- Add water (about 200m1 of purified water) into the water tank before first use. (see picture 1 and picture 2). Press and hold button for 3 seconds and then touch the disinfect button to sterilize the water tank and stirring cup.
- After disinfecting, add water into the tank again (best to add purified water and reach the MAX logo). The amount of water should depend on the hardness and toughness of food. The more water added, the longer the steaming time. Make sure to add the appropriate amount of water into the tank.
- Hold the stirring cup and then rotate the lid clockwise. (see picture 2 and picture 4)
- Cut the solid food into small chunks (do not exceed 1.5cm) and put the food in the steaming basket. (see picture 5)
- Put the steaming basket in the stirring cup and cover the lid. Rotate the cup counterclockwise (the logo of stirring cup should be aligned with the logo of the handle. See pictures 6 and 7)
- Put the stirring cup on the cup seat and rotate the cup counterclockwise (the logo of stirring cup should be aligned with the logo on the cup seat). Turn on the power button and touch the steam button. Set the steaming time by touching the + and – buttons on the panel to adjust the time according to the “steaming time schedule” from user’s manual. (see picture 8 and 9)
– STIR, PULSE
- Remove the stirring cup and unscrew the lid after steaming. Take the steamed food from the steaming basket and put it in the stirring cup and cover the lid. The steaming basket should be placed near the appliance or cleaned immediately. (Add the other ingredients needed, such as purified water, milk, and sugar). See picture 10 and 11.
- To stir automatically, press the stir button. To pulse, press the pulse button on the panel. (The continuous time for stirring must be less than 15 seconds each time) Note: 1) If there are small pieces of food stuck to the cup wall, switch off the appliance and take out the chunks with a spoon. 2) If there are some bigger chunks that need more stirring, press, and hold the pulse button until done.
- After the mixer finished stirring, check the puree with a spoon to ensure there is no other chunks or lumps. Pour the puree into a cup or a bowl and feed your baby after it is cooled. (see picture 12)
– AUTOMATIC CLEANING
- After taking out all the puree, pour the water into the stirring cup up to reach the logo of MAX CLEANING (see picture 13). Put the spill-proof cover on the stirring cup, put the lid on the stirring cup and put the stirring cup on the cup seat. (see picture 14) Press the clean button to wash the stirring cup. After cleaning, remove the stirring cup and pour out the water. (It is best to clean the cup several times)
– MD DISINFECT 11. Please clean the stirring cup first before disinfecting accessories such as baby bottles, nipples, spoons, and teething sticks. Use: Remove the stirring cup from the appliance and unscrew the lid. Put the items into the steaming basket (see picture 15) screw the lid back on the cup and put the cup on the seat, make sure to screw it tightly. (see picture 16) Touch the disinfect button and the display will show “10”. To adjust the time press

12. After disinfecting, pour the remaining water from the tank and put the cup back on the seat. Touch the steam button to heat the water tank to dry off the rest of the water and then turn it off.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Caution:
- Clean the appliance immediately after every use.
- Do not immerse the main body in water.
- Do not use a bleach or any chemical solutions / tablets in this appliance.
- Do not use steel wool, abrasive cleaners, or corrosive liquids (petrol, acetone, or alcohol) to clean the appliance.
Cleaning:
- Switch off the appliance and remove the stirring cup.
- Remove the lid from the stirring cup.
- Take out the blade and disassemble it. (see the picture on right)
- Wash the blades immediately after use. Remember to wash the inner side.
- Wash other parts immediately with warm water and detergent after using.
- Clean the appliance with a dry cloth if necessary.
- Check whether there are any food particles left in the tank. If yes, clean the tank. (Refer to the “cleaning and descaling the water tank” section)
- Keep the tank as dry as possible to prevent bacterial growth.
- Add water and detergent into the stirring cup up to the MAX CLEANING logo. Press the power button and the clean button to wash the cup. Remember to empty the tank before washing. It is recommended to repeat the cleaning process 2-3 times.

blade assembly, rotate the blade holder to the left.
– To remove the blade assembly, rotate the blade holder to the right
Caution:
- The blades are very sharp, be careful when handling the blade assembly to avoid injuries.
- After cleaning the blade assembly completely, you can put them in the dishwasher (any part of the appliance can be washed in the dishwasher except the main body).
DESCALING THE WATER TANK
Remove the scale every week to ensure 100% working efficiency. To reduce the
risk of accumulating scale in the future, use purified or filtered water.
To get rid of food particles and scale from the tank, follow the instructions
below:

Mix a small bag of citric acid (about 10 grams) with purified water (about 200m1) and pour it into the water tank.
Note: Use a mixture of 150m1 water and 50m1 vinegar (8%) to get rid of scale from the water tank. -
Press the steam button and set the steaming time to 5-6 minutes.

Pour out the cleaning solution from the water tank after steaming.
-
Wash the water tank and stirring cup thoroughly with water.
-
Before using the appliance, add 100-200m1 of water into the tank and steam the empty cup for 10 minutes to get rid of any remaining odor.

Keep the tank as dry as possible to prevent bacterial growth.

steaming, wait 2-3 minutes to work again or add more water and wait 1-2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
– SECURITY
The appliance has a built-in safety lock. When the stirring cup is rotated in
the wrong position or the lid is not installed properly, the motor will not
work. After assembling all the parts correctly, the built-in safety lock will
be unlocked, and the motor will work properly.
The appliance is equipped with overheating protection. If the interval between
two steaming processes is too short, the stirring time is too long or there is
too much food in the cup, the appliance will turn on the overheating
protection. When the overheating protection turns on, the appliance will stop
working. Switch off the power and then let the appliance cool off for several
minutes before using it again.
Electromagnetic Fields (EMF)
This product complies with all standards regarding electromagnetic fields
(EMF). If handled properly and according to the instructions in user manual,
the appliance is safe to use based on scientific evidence available today.
– ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Do not throw the appliance out with household garbage. To protect the
environment, hand it to the official recycling center. It is normal for the
smell of insulation paint to come out from the motor when first using the
appliance. The smell will gradually disappear.
– STORAGE
1. Empty the water tank before storing the appliance. 2. Make sure to keep
all parts clean and dry before storing the appliance. (for more look in
Cleaning & Maintenance section) 3. Place the blade assembly in the stirring
cup when storing the appliance to prevent any damage.
– ACCESSORIES Storage
Pour the cooked food in a baby food storage box (the box can be put in the
refrigerator for freshness) see picture 17.
