Safety
The product is for home use only. Please read this manual carefully and keep it properly before use.
- The product is only used for floor cleaning in the home environment. Do not use it in outdoor, non-floor, commercial or industrial environment.
- The product should not be used by persons with physical, sensory or intellectual disabilities and persons without relevant experience and knowledge (including children), unless supervised or directed by a guardian to ensure that they can use the product safely.
- Do not allow children to use the product as a toy. Please supervise children and pets to keep them away as far as possible.
- Do not touch the plug or any live part of the product with wet hands to avoid the electric shock.
- Do not flush or submerge parts of the body other than the detachable parts of the product. Do not expose the product to the sun or burn it.
- The product may be dangerous if used on the power cord.
- The product should be unplugged before cleaning and maintenance.
- The damaged power cord must be replaced with a special cord or a special component purchased from its manufacturer or maintenance department.
- Do not use the product to absorb high-temperature substances (such as cigarette butts, matches or hot ashes that are not extinguished), ultrafine substances (such as lime, cement, wood chips, gypsum powder, ash, carbon powder, etc.), dangerous substances (such as solvents, scale agents, etc.), corrosive chemicals, foam liquid and other substances with uncertain physical properties.
- Do not use the product to absorb flammable or explosive liquids such as gasoline. Do not inhale toxic solutions such as chlorine bleach, ammonia, sewage cleaner or other liquids.
- Do not use the product to absorb sharp substances (such as glass fragments, toys, pins, paper clips, stones, gypsum, large pieces of paper, etc.), which may cause blockage and damage the product.
- Do not use the product to absorb stains with strong grease, viscosity or dyeing, such as shoe polish, paint and pigment.
- Do not block the drying outlet of the base to avoid failure.
- Do not charge and store the product near heat source or damp area (such as radiator, kitchen and bathroom).
- In case of any failure of the product, such as overheating, abnormal noise, odor, weak suction, etc., it is recommended to contact the official after-sales service, and do not repair it by yourself.
- Please pay attention to personal safety when using the product to clean the stairs.
- Do not use the product in an environment that is higher than 40℃ and lower than 5℃.
- Do not disassemble and assemble the parts other than the detachable parts described in the manual, otherwise it will result in danger.
- Charge the product at the rated voltage on the base.
- Please pay special attention to prevent falling when cleaning the stairs.
- Do not lift and carry the operating product up and down, or tilt the product to one side and lay it flat, to prevent liquid reflux into the motor.
- Do not use the clean water tank and sewage tank if they are not properly installed.
- Do not place any small objects at the outlet or block the outlet, and promptly remove all small objects that may hinder the smooth airflow at the outlet to prevent the product from overheating.
- Do not wet the device body to avoid fire or electric shock due to short circuit.
- In order to ensure the product quality, the product will be subject to quality inspection before delivery. It is normal if a small amount of water remains in the water tank, so please feel free to use it.
- Please use the product according to the manual. Any loss caused by improper use shall be borne by the user.

Installation
Installation of handle
Vertically insert the connecting pipe of the handle assembly into the
corresponding interface of the device body in the direction of arrow as shown
in the figure, until there is a “click”. It is recommended to confirm again
that the handle is installed stably without looseness.
Installation of base
- Insert the power plug into the power connector on the back of the base, wind the excess power cord on the power cord holder, and leave a proper length of power cord to clip it into the power cord slot.
- Place the base against the wall, and then connect the power cord to the reliably grounded wall socket.
- Install the cleaning brush holder on either side of the base stand, and place the cleaning brush in the cleaning brush holder.
Caution:
- Do not place it near heat source or damp area (such as radiator, kitchen and bathroom).
- Do not disassemble, repair or refit the base without permission.
- Do not use any third-party battery or rechargeable base. Only use it with the base model DEM-VX910W-JZ.
How to Use
LED Display
Note: When the product fails to work normally, a fault prompt will be
shown on the display. For solutions, please refer to [Troubleshooting].
Water filling in base tank
- Open the base tank cover in the direction shown in the figure. It will open completely if there is a “click”.
- Fill the clean tap water from the water inlet of the base tank.
- Put the base tank filled with clean tap water back to the base in the direction shown in the figure.
Caution:
- Do not fill liquids other than tap water and special detergent to avoid danger.
- Do not exceed the highest water level when filling water.
Automatic water filling in main unit
After the base is powered on normally and the base tank is filled with water,
the main unit can be placed on the base as shown in the figure. After main
unit is placed properly, the water will be filled automatically until the
clean water tank is full. There will be relevant prompts on the display in the
process of filling water.
Note: If water is not replenished automatically, please check whether
main unit is placed properly or whether there is water in the base tank.
Note:
- Do not remove main unit when water is filled automatically.
- If main unit is not fully filled with water and there is water in the base tank, the main unit will activate the automatic water filling again.
- In case of a fault during the automatic water filling, the main unit will stop water filling and will be charged if the fault is not removed within a short time.
- When the base tank is short of water, the automatic water filling will fail if you open the base tank cover directly to fill water. You need to take and place the base tank again or press the Power key to start automatic water filling.
Charging
The main unit will be automatically charged after automatic water filling,
until it is fully charged and the display goes out.
Note:
- It is recommended to use the product after full charge.
- The main unit cannot be charged in case of automatic water filling, self-cleaning and drying.
- It is recommended to charge the product for 12 hours each time for the first three times. Later, in daily use, the product can be charged at any time. Self-cleaning, drying and automatic water filling are not allowed during charging.
- After main unit is used continuously, the battery temperature is high and the charging is slow, which is normal.
Cleaning in power-on state
Remove main unit from the base, bend the device body, and then press the ” ”
key to start the device.
Caution:
- The product is suitable for hard floors such as floor, ceramic tile and marble.
- Do not use on the surface of carpets, blankets and other fabrics.
- In case of a fault during use, the main unit will pause for standby or shut down if the fault is not removed within a certain period. After the fault is removed, press ” ” key to power on again.
Note:
- When the rolling brush is used for the first time or the rolling brush is dry, it is recommended to first wet the rolling brush and then wipe the ground, which can achieve better cleaning effect.
- Clean the sewage tank in time to avoid odor.
- Do not soak or wash the product.
- To prevent sewage from flowing out, do not lay flat or shake the main unit violently! Remove the clean water tank and sewage tank before cleaning the floor brush.
- Do not suck foam liquid, otherwise it is easy to trigger the false alarm that sewage tank is full.
Change of modes
During the cleaning, press the ” ” key to change the cleaning mode: automatic,
sterilization and water absorption.
| Automatic mode (daily stain cleaning)
The automatic mode is activated by default in the power-on state. In this
mode, the suction will be adjusted according to the dirt condition of the
ground.

| Power mode (stubborn stain cleaning)
In this mode, there is large water output of floor brush and high suction of
main unit, which is suitable for cleaning stubborn stains
| Water absorption mode (water stain cleaning)
This mode is suitable for cleaning water stains because the water output of
the floor brush is very low.
Dirt indicator ring
The color of ring will change with the dirt condition of the substances
inhaled
Green: No dirt
Yellow: Slight dirt
Orange: Severe dirt
Pause cleaning
During the cleaning, if the device body is upright, the main unit will pause
cleaning. Bend the device body again within 3 minutes to continue the
cleaning. Press the ” ” key again to start the device after more than 3
minutes.
Water filling halfway
During the cleaning, when the voice or display screen shows that the water
tank is short of water, you can manually fill water to the water tank, or you
can put the main unit back to the base to automatically fill water.
Manual water filling
- Hold the two sides of the upper half of the water tank and pull it outward to remove it.
- Open the cover on the top of the clean water tank, directly fill the clean tap water, and cover the water tank after it is filled with water.
- Put the bottom of the clean water tank into the installation slot, and then powerfully press the top of clean water tank against the body. The tank is installed in place if there is a “click”.
Completion of cleaning
After cleaning, press the ” ” key to turn off the device, then stand the
device upright and return it to the base for self-cleaning.
Note: Shut down the main unit after 3 seconds in order to prevent sewage
residue.
Note:
- After use, put main unit into the base to prevent the wet bristles from touching the floor for a long time and damaging the floor.
- After use, it is recommended to self-clean and dry the rolling brush in time, or manually clean the rolling brush and place it in a cool and dry place to avoid moldy bristles and odor.
Self-cleaning and drying of rolling brush

Place main unit on the base correctly, and press the ” ” key to activate the self-cleaning of rolling brush.

After the self-cleaning of the rolling brush, the water will be filled automatically.

After water is filled, the rolling brush will be dried automatically
To complete the self-cleaning of rolling brush: Press ” ” or ” ” to complete the self-cleaning of rolling brush.
To complete the drying of rolling brush: Press ” ” to complete the drying of rolling brush.
After drying, it will automatically be charged. -
Independent drying: Double-click the self-cleaning to start drying, and press the power button or self-cleaning key to end drying.
Caution:
- The self-cleaning function can only be used when the product is charging and the power indicator shows one bar of green and above.
- During the self-cleaning, the device body will shake slightly, which is normal.
- During the drying, do not touch the rolling brush with your hands or other objects to avoid being involved, which may cause danger.
- In case of a fault during the self-cleaning or drying, the self-cleaning or drying can be continued if the fault is removed within 15 minutes. If not, the main unit will be charged automatically.
Maintenance
Warning: Shut down the device and unplug the power plug before cleaning
and maintaining the product.
Note: The self-cleaning function is mainly used to clean the rolling
brush and waterway. If necessary, refer to the maintenance instructions to
disassemble and clean the device.
Cleaning of sewage tank

Press and hold the Sewage Tank Removal key, and pull the sewage tank outward at the same time.

Lift up and take out the filter element and solid waste storage box.

Pour out the sewage in the sewage tank, press the Cover Opening key of solid waste storage box as shown in the figure, open the cover of the solid waste storage box, and pour out the solid waste.

Clean the interior of sewage tank with a cleaning brush, and directly flush the sewage tank with clean tap water.

Clean the water full sensor with a clean damp cloth.
Note: The water full sensor should be cleaned frequently to avoid adhering stains that affect the detection accuracy. -
If the filter element is dirty and needs to be cleaned, it can be washed with clean tap water. After cleaning, put it in a ventilated place, and then put it back for use after drying.

Use a cleaning brush to clean the dirt detection sensor and the sewage pipe.
Note: It is normal that hair and solid wastes are adhered at the pipe opening, which can be removed by a cleaning brush. -
After cleaning, install the solid waste storage box, filter element and sewage tank in turn.
Caution:
- When taking out the solid waste storage box, do not press the Cover Opening key on it to prevent the waste from scattering.
- Do not invert the sewage tank, otherwise the sewage will flow out.
- The sewage tank and floor brush can be cleaned with a cleaning brush. After use, the cleaning brush can be directly washed with clean tap water. After washing, it shall be placed in a ventilated place. After drying, it shall be installed back into the cleaning brush holder.
- Clean the solid waste storage box in time.
Cleaning of rolling brush

Removal of cover
Press the upper removal cover button of floor brush, remove the upper cover, and repeat the steps to remove the rear cover of floor brush. -
Remove the rear rolling brush
Press the Removal key of the left end cover of rolling brush, remove the right end cover of rolling brush, and pull out the rear rolling brush. -
Clean the rolling brush
The rolling brush can be directly washed with clean tap water, and then placed in a ventilated place to dry.
During cleaning, the cutter of the cleaning brush can be used to cut off the hair wrapped on the rolling brush. -
Clean the floor brush
Use a cleaning brush to clean the hair, dirt and foreign matters stuck on the floor brush suction port.
Note: It is normal that there is hair and dirt around the suction port of the floor brush. Clean it by a cleaning brush. -
Install the rolling brush
Put the rolling brush on the roller shaft, push it inward until it is against the end cover, and then install the rolling brush end cover. It will be installed in place if there is a “click”.
Caution:
- If the rolling brush is involved with large foreign matters or excessive fibers during operation, the main unit will automatically power off to protect the motor. Clean the foreign matters in time.
- Shut down the device before removing or installing the rolling brush.
- When cleaning the rolling brush, if main unit needs to be tilted, first remove the clean water tank and the sewage tank to prevent water from flowing out.
- Be sure that the rolling brush is installed in place, otherwise there will be abnormal sound or it cannot be used.
Cleaning of device body
Use a dry rag or tissue paper to clean the adhered dust.
Cleaning of base tray and base
1. The dirty base tray can be cleaned with a damp cloth, or flushed with
clean tap water in the direction shown in the figure, until it is clean. It
can be reinstalled after drying in a ventilated place.| 2. After the base
tray is removed, any dirt on the base can be wiped with a damp cloth.

Note:
- It is normal that hair and dirt are adhered to the base tray. It can be washed by clean tap water.
- After the self-cleaning, it is normal that a small amount of sewage remains on the base.
Storage of complete device
- Insert a screwdriver into the handle removal hole behind the handle assembly, hold the handle assembly and pull it upwards, and then withdraw the screwdriver when pulling.
- Unplug the handle assembly, and then install it back into the packaging box together with main unit and base.
- If it is not used for a long time, it shall be packed well and stored in a cool and dry place, not in direct sunlight or wet environment.
Note: Do not forcibly pull out the handle assembly to avoid injury.
Precautions
Environmental instructions
The chemical substances contained in the built-in lithium-ion battery of the
product will pollute the environment. Before scrapping, it should be removed
by professional personnel and sent to a professional battery recycling agency
for centralized disposal.
- Battery must be taken out before discarding the product. The product must be powered off when taking out the battery;
- Battery should be disposed of safely.
Caution:
- Do not expose the battery to high temperature, otherwise it may cause explosion.
- In case of battery leakage and accidental contact, immediately flush with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
Removal of battery
The following information is only applicable when discarding the product, and
is not the instruction of daily operation.
- Press and hold the Handle Removal key on the back of the body with a non-sharp auxiliary tool, and pull out the handle vertically;
- Remove the sewage tank;
- Pry four buckles with a slotted screwdriver along the edge of the display screen assembly and the main unit cover to remove the display screen assembly;
- Remove the decorative cover of main unit;
- Unscrew the screws of the middle cover and holder of main unit, and remove the main unit holder;
- Unscrew the screws that fix the battery pack components, and take out the battery pack;
- Unscrew the upper and lower covers of the battery assembly, and remove the upper cover;
- Unscrew the fixing screws of the battery assembly, pull out the plug of battery assembly, and remove the battery pack.
Troubleshooting
When the product cannot work normally, please handle the abnormalities according to the display or voice prompt and in combination with the following table.
