Charging
How can I charge the earbuds?
- Put the earbuds into the charging case in their correct orientation to charge them.
- A solid Green LED will indicate that the earbuds are being charged. Once completely charged, the LED indicator turns off.
Note: Before using the earbuds for the first time, it is recommended to fully charge the earbuds and also keep the charging case’s lid closed while charging.
How to charge the case?
- To charge the case, plug one end of the cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer or a wall adapter, or a power bank.
What to do if the charging case is not charging?
- Check if the stickers on the charging points of the earbuds are removed. If not then it should be removed and the ear pods will start charging once put inside the charging case.
- Check if the charging cable connected to the case is not broken, use another charging cable, and also ensure that the charger being used is not of 9V or 12V as that will damage the case.
- The LED lights located on the charging case indicate the battery status of the case.
- Check if the Type-C port on the port is damaged.
What to do if the earbuds are not charging?
- Ensure that the earphone case is charged for charging the earbuds.
- Check to see if the earbuds have been put inside the case in the right orientation, and a red light on the earbuds will indicate they are still being charged. This light will go off once the earbuds have been completely charged.
- Clean the magnetic connector pins on the case and place them on the earbuds with a clean cloth with mild alcohol and check the charging of the earbuds again.
- After cleaning, put both the earbuds into the case in their correct orientation and close the lid. The LED in the case will flash in purple for 5 seconds.
- Once both the earbuds are charged, the LED on the case will blink in Cyan colour to indicate the same.
What to do if the earbuds not charging inside the charging case even when the case is charged?
- Check if the charging pins of the case are clear and there is no obstruction.
- Check if the charging pin of the earbuds is clear and there is no obstruction.
- Check if the orientation of the earbuds inside the case is correct and if they have been properly inserted inside the case.
- Check if the pogo pins are clean. You may do so by gently cleaning it with cotton swabs and alcohol.
Device Controls
How to Power ON/OFF Airdopes 411 ANC?
Power ON: There are two ways to switch ON the earbuds:
- To automatically switch the earbuds on (Smart Power On) simply take them out from the charging case.
- To manually switch the earbuds on (Manual Power On). OR Long touch the CTC for 3 seconds on both Left and Right earbuds for switching them ON.
- Both the earbuds will automatically pair with each other. The earbud will enter the connection mode.
Power OFF: There are two ways to switch OFF the earbuds:
Smart Power Off:
Step1: After usage, remove both the earbuds from your ears.
Step2: Place the earbuds back into the charging case in their correct
orientation.
Step3: The earbuds will automatically switch off (and enter into charging
mode).
Manual Power Off:
Step1: Long touch the CTC on both earbuds for 8 seconds to manually power
off the earbuds.
Step2: Once the earbuds get turned off, place them back inside the case
and close the lid.
How to factory reset my earbud?
Step 1: Place the earbuds inside the case
Step 2: When the earbuds are inside the charging case, keep the lid of
the charging case open, long press both the CTCs of the earbuds for 6 seconds
until the LED of the charging case blinks thrice in red colour.
Step 3: Close the lid and then reopen it after a few seconds
Step 4: Perform a fresh connection attempt again. Your Airdopes are reset
to the factory settings.
Congratulations! Your Airdopes 411 ANC has been Reset.
“Note: Below are the cases where factory reset may be helpful”
- One earbud is not working
- Earbuds are not getting connected or scanned
- Earbuds get disconnected during a phone call
- If there are exceptions in usage
Before performing a reset, clear “Airdopes 411 ANC” from the pairing
device history by forgetting the device
How can I use a single earbud (Mono mode) at a time?
Step 1: Please note that both the earbuds can be used in mono mode. Use
either of the two options; Smart Power ON or Manual Power ON for switching ON
the desired earbud.
Step 2: The selected earbud will automatically enter the connection mode
indicated by alternating Green and Red LED flashes.
Step 3: Turn on Bluetooth on your phone/media device and search for
‘Airdopes 411 ANC’ to connect.
Note: To switch to Stereo mode, simply take out the other earbud from the case. It will automatically power on and pair with the previously selected earbud, hence enabling Stereo usage. You cannot skip tracks or return to the previous tracks in Mono mode.
How to pair both the earbuds (Stereo mode)?
Step 1: Switch ON the earbuds, a red and white light will flash to
confirm that they have been switched on. Both the earbuds will pair with one
another automatically.
Step 2: The earbuds will enter into the connection mode, indicated by
alternating red and white LED flashes.
Step 3: Turn ON the Bluetooth functionality on your phone/media device
and scan.
Step 4: Search for ‘Airdopes 411 ANC’ and pair accordingly. Enter ‘0000’
as the passkey if asked.
Congratulations! Your earbuds are now connected successfully via Bluetooth.
How to activate Voice Assistant?
Triple tap on the CTC of either of the earphones to activate the voice
assistants such as Google Assistant or Siri
How to answer/hang-up calls?
Single tap the CTC of the left/right earbud to answer an incoming call and
once again to hang-up an ongoing call.
How to reject calls?
Long touch the CTC of either of the earphones for 2 seconds would result in
rejecting incoming calls
How to play/pause music?
While playing music, double tap on the left/right CTC result in a pause, and
another double tap will result in play.
Note:
- For play/pause, our right earbud offers the in-ear detection technology.
- To pause tracks, simply remove the right earbud from the ear, whereas in order to play the track again, simply put the right earbud back inside the ear.
How to change tracks?
Navigating to the previous/next track would only be done from the media device
the Airdopes are connected to.
Poor Sound Quality
What to do if the sound is distorted/low volume/low bass/low quality?
1. Check if the connected device does not have any equalizer settings
applied.
2. Check if the problem still occurs if the device is moved closer and all
obstacles in the middle are removed.
3. Check if the distortion or quality lowers at all volumes or only at high
volumes.
4. Check the sound on different media players and different devices and if
the distortion happens on all devices or only on specific ones.
5. Check if the problem occurs at all levels of charging or only at low
charging levels.
6. Check if the earbuds do not have water droplets, in case they do, use the
blow dryer to dry out any water from a distance.
7. Check if the earbuds are clogged with ear wax, simply clear the earbuds to
restore the original sound.
What to do if the sound output is muffled?
- Check if dust has accumulated inside the earbuds or if there is any obstruction.
- Check if ear wax has accumulated inside the earbuds.
- Check if there is no damage to the tips of the earbuds and see if changing them helps.
- Check if sweat or water has gone inside the earbuds.
Bluetooth Connectivity
What to do if the device is not connecting via Bluetooth?
1. Check if the device is in pairing mode and indicated by the LED blinks on
either earbud.
2. Check if the device is in the range of Bluetooth (usually 10m) and if
there are any obstructions in between.
3. Check if the connected device supports Bluetooth connections.
4. Check if it is a passcode issue and if so then enter 0000 / 1234.
5. Check if the connected device has any software issues – Check to forget
the device on Bluetooth, and update the mobile software, if it still does not
work try factory resetting the device.
What to do if the device is not entering stereo mode / is stuck in mono?
- Check when both the earbuds are taken out of the charging case, the earbuds will enter the Connection Mode, indicated by flashing Blue LED on the right earbud and solid Blue on the left earbud.
- If one of them fails to smart power on, to manually switch the earbuds on (Manual Power On), long touch the CTC for 2 seconds on both Left and Right earbuds for switching them on until the LED light begins to flash blue.
- Place the earbuds in the charging case and then try using them again. Check if it connects automatically.
Try to Factory reset the device.
What to do if the device occasionally disconnects/ the right earbud keeps
disconnecting?
1. Check if restarting the device resolves the issue.
2. Check if the same problem happens for different devices and media players.
3. Check if there are any obstructions between the earbuds and the device and
clear them, move the device at a closer range to the earbuds and see if it
still affects it.
4. Try factory resetting the device.
Why is one side of my earbud not working?
Simply place the earbuds back into the case and take them out or perform the
factory reset.
Dysfunctional Voice Assistant
What to do if the voice assistant does not wake up?
- Check if the pairing device has the feature enabled. Google Assistant or Siri should be enabled to use this feature from your device.
- Please follow the steps carefully, long-press the CTC for 2 seconds, and release, this should allow Google
- Assistant or Siri to pop up on the media screen of the device. Though this feature may or may not work on some devices which may be restricted by default.
Product Functionality
What to do if the device does not turn ON?
- Check to see if the device has been properly charged first, A red light on the earbuds will indicate they are still being charged. This light will go off once the earbuds have been completely charged. The LED on the charging case will also indicate the battery status.
- Check if the voltage of the charger is correct for the charging case and if the LED on the charging case is indicating that it is being charged.
- Check by manually switching ON the earbuds, press and hold the capacitive touch control for 8 seconds until the LED begins to flash blue.
- Check if the device was not subject to any mishandling, broken wires, or exposure to direct sunlight or hazards like fire.
What to do if the in-built controls of the device are not working?
1. Check if the controls do not work while connected to another device.
2. Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if the
controls do not function during calls or on other media players.
3. Check if the controls have been physically damaged or exposed to any
hazards.
4. Check if the control area has some sweat and oil as that might interfere
with the capacitive touch control and clean the control area to remove any oil
or sweat and the touch control should start working.
Instant Pairing
What to do if the Insta Wake & Pair (IWP) is not working for my Airdopes?
1. Make sure you have paired the Airdopes at least once to the device you are
trying to use IWP with before.
2. Check if Bluetooth is turned on for your media device and if it has the
Airdopes in the list of paired devices.
3. Try factory resetting the device.
4. Check if your Airdopes battery case has a battery in it to have IWP
functioning.
Microphone Functionality
What to do if the voice is muffled during calls or the microphone has muffled input?
- Check if restarting the device resolves the issue.
- Check if dust or ear wax has accumulated near or inside the microphone port, there is no blockage on the microphone.
- Check if sweat or water has gone inside the microphone.
- Check if there are any obstructions between the earbuds and the device and clear them, move the device at a closer range to the earbuds and see if it still affects it.
What to do if a problem related to any functionality occurs in Airdopes?
1. Check if restarting the device resolves the issue.
2. Place the earbuds in the charging case and then try using them again.

What is Insta Wake N’ Pair (IWP) technology?
Our IWP technology allows the earbuds to connect to your phone if they have
already been paired before instantaneously upon opening the case.
Simply open the case and ensure that the Bluetooth is turned on for your media
device, the buds will connect as soon as the case is opened without the need
to take them out of the case first.
How to enable IWP for my earbuds?
There is no special process to enable IWP, simply follow the steps to pair
your Airdopes to your media device first, then upon subsequent usage, the IWP
tech will be enabled automatically and the Airdopes will pair automatically to
your previously paired media device if Bluetooth is turned on your media
device.
Does the Airdopes 411 ANC support aptX codec by Qualcomm?
No. Airdopes 411 ANC does not support aptX codec by Qualcomm.
Does my Airdopes 411 ANC have a dual microphone?
No. Airdopes 411 ANC does not have a dual microphone.
Does Airdopes 411 ANC support Fast Charging?
Yes, Airdopes 411 ANC supports ASAP Fast Charging Technology. The earbuds take
1.5 Hours to charge whereas the case takes 2 hours to recharge.
What is the battery capacity of Airdopes 411 ANC? How long does it take to
charge the case?
The battery capacity of Airdopes 411 ANC is 40mAh for each earbud and the
charging case has a battery capacity of 500mAh. The earbuds take around 45
minutes (Earbuds) and around 2.5-3hours (Charging case).
How long does Airdopes 411 ANC last on a single charge?
Airdopes 411 ANC wireless earbuds offer battery backup of up to 5.5 hours (at
50% volume) on a single charge.
Can I use any adapter to charge my device?
Yes, you can use any Type-C compatible adapter to charge your Airdopes 411 ANC
Charging case.
Does my device support low latency for gaming?
The Airdopes 411 ANC does support low latency for entertainment and casual
gaming. But if you’re looking for professional gaming equipment, then Airdopes
411 ANC is not the right product.
