USE

Before first use
Remove the appliance and its accessories from the packaging. Before disposing of the packaging, be sure to remove all components. Check that the appliance and any accessories are not damaged.
Wipe the outside of the appliance with a cloth slightly dampened in water. Wipe dry.
Feet installation
Put a blanket or another soft underlay on the floor. Then place the heater on this blanket. On the underside of the heater there are holes on each side. Align these holes with the holes in the feet and using the supplied screws, fix them to the underside of the heater. Tighten securely. Ensure the feet are properly mounted to the heater and are not moving. Turn the heater over and place it carefully on the ground.
Turning On/Off

  1. Install the heater on the place where you want to use it.
  2. Fully unwind the power cord and connect the plug to the power socket.
  3. Set the main switch to position I (on). The heater enters the standby mode and only the On/Off button is active. The display is off.
  4. Press the On/Off button to turn the heater on. The display will show the current room temperature (TEMP) and set temperature (SET).
  5. After having finished using, press On/Off button briefly and the heater will enter the standby mode. To switch the heater off completely, set the main switch to position 0 (off) and disconnect the plug from the power socket.

Note:
When you turn on the heater for the first time, or after a long time, you may notice slight smell, or see light smoke. This is a normal phenomenon that will disappear with use.

Temperature setting

  1. Press the button twice.
  2. The temperature value (SET) will flash on the display. Use the +/- buttons to set the desired temperature. You can set the temperature in the range from 5 to 37 °C.
  3. The value will be saved automatically, and heater will heat up to the set temperature.
  4. When the room temperature (TEMP) reaches the set temperature (SET), the heater stops heating, but the temperature sensor stays active.
  5. When the room temperature (TEMP) exceeds the set temperature (SET) by 1°, the heater stops heating, and the temperature sensor turns off.
  6. When the room temperature (TEMP) drops 1° below the set temperature (SET), the heater will restore the operation.

You can change the temperature while the heater is running, and in standby mode.

Power setting of the heater

  1. While the heater is running, repeatedly press the button to set the desired power: 1,000 W – 1,300 W – 2,300 W – ANTI-FROST.
  2. The display will show the corresponding value. This will be automatically saved in the memory after a moment of inactivity and the heater will operate at the set power.

ANTI-FROST function
The ANTI-FROST function protects the heater from freezing. Set this function in case you install the heater in the room with a very low temperature.
When the heater is in standby mode and the room temperature drops below 5 °C, the heater will automatically start at maximum power (2,300 W) and will operate until the ambient temperature rises to 9 °C. Then, the heater will turn off and enter the standby mode.
This will maintain the temperature until you cancel the ANTI-FROST function or switch off the heater with the main switch.
Fan setting
While the heater is running, repeatedly press the button to turn it on or off. The display will show the fan symbol which means it is on, or it disappears from the display which means it is off.

Timer setting
The heater enables to set the time interval after which the heater turns off and enters the standby mode.

  1. Press once the button.
  2. Use the +/- buttons to set the time interval in the range from 1 to 24 hours.
  3. The time interval is saved into the memory after 5 seconds, and then, the countdown starts.
  4. Once the time interval has elapsed, the heater turns off and enter the standby mode.

Note:
The timer can be used together with the temperature, power, or fan setting if needed.
Temperature unit setting
Press the button to change the temperature unit from °C to °F. To change the temperature unit back to °C, press the button again.
Memory
The heater is equipped with a memory chip that saves last set temperature before entering the standby mode. When turning on again, the heater starts at this temperature.
Overheating protection
The appliance is equipped with a thermal fuse that automatically turns if off when overheating.
In such a situation, turn the appliance off and disconnect it from the power socket.
Then allow it to cool down for at least 15 minutes.
Before you put the appliance back into operation, check its vents are not blocked.
If you are unsuccessful putting the appliance back into operation, please contact an authorised service centre.
Using the remote control
The buttons on the remote control correspond to the buttons on the control panel.
The principle of control is the same as the above-described procedures of setting the appliance and its functions.
The remote control is supplied with inserted batteries from the manufacturer. To use the remote control, remove the protective film from the battery compartment. It protects the battery from discharge and damage during transport.
If you want to use the remote control, point it to the signal receiver on the appliance. The maximum range of signal sent from the remote control is 6 m. If obstacles are located between the remote control and the appliance, the signal cannot be transmitted.
If the inserted battery is empty, it needs to be replaced by the same type. Proceed as follows:

  1. Slide the cover with the battery compartment from the bottom of the remote control.
  2. Remove the depleted battery and insert a new CR2032 battery. Observe correct polarity when inserting a battery.
  3. Insert cover with the compartment back into the remote control.

If you will not use the remote control for a long time, we recommend removing the battery. If the battery leaks into the interior of the remote control, it could damage it.
Warning:
Never put batteries in fire, short circuit or damage them in any way. After the end of their lifetime, discard them in environmentally friendly manner. Never dispose of batteries in house hold waste.
