INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS

WARNING: Risk of electric shock and serious injury. SHUT OFF BREAKER AT PANEL BEFORE INSTALLING.
WARNING:
- To reduce the risk of death, personal injury or property damage from fire, electric shock, falling parts, cuts/abrasions, and other hazards read all warnings and instrucons included with and on the fixture box and all fixture labels.
- Before installing, servicing, or performing roune maintenance upon this equipment, follow these general precauons.
- Commercial installaon, service and maintenance of luminaries should be performed by a qualified licensed electrician.
- For the installaon: If you are unsure about the installaon or maintenance of the luminaries, consult a qualified licensed electrician and check your local electrical code.
- To prevent wiring damage or abrasion, do not expose wiring to edges of sheet metal or other sharp objects.
- Do not make or alter any open holes in an enclosure of wiring or electrical components during kit installaon.
WARNING:
- Turn off electrical power at fuse or circuit breaker box before wiring fixture to the power supply.
- Turn off the power when you perform any maintenance.
- Verify that supply voltage is correct by comparing it with the luminaries label informaon.
- All wiring connecons should be capped with UL approved wire connectors.
CAUTION:
- Avoid direct eye exposure to the light source while it is on.
- Account for small parts and destroy packing material, as these may be hazardous to children
- Risk of burn. Disconnect power and allow fixture to cool before changing bulb or hanging fixture.
NOTICE: Green ground screw provided in proper locaon. Do not relocate.
NOTICE: Minimum 90° supply conductors
NOTICE: Specificaons and dimensions subject to change without noce.
NOTICE: Suitable for Wet locaon.

GENERAL WIRING DIAGRAM

JSD-VP & JSD-VP-CPS VAPOR TIGHT LIGHT INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Always turn off the power supply from main circuit breaker first!

SURFACE MOUNTING

Locate drill holes for mounng brackets. Use hardware found in hardware kit. Mount bracket to surface.
Secure mounng clips to housing recesses by firmly pressing them into place unl both sides of the clip are secured.
Release latches by pulling top of latch away from housing.
Without touching LED boards, detach LED tray and lens from fixture.
Connect power to driver as shown in the figure (the flexible cord supplied by others)
Follow General Wiring Diagram at Page 1 for reference.
Make sure the power supply is disconnected before installing.
Reaach LED tray and lens to fixture by reversing Step 4 of this Instrucon.
Secure lens to housing with lens latches.
Surface Mounng Installaon Complete.

CHAIN SUSPENDED MOUNTING

Aach V-bracket to each mounng clip by spreading the ends of the V-bracket apart and then inserng the legs into the holes in the side of the mounng clips.
Secure mounng clips to housing recesses by firmly pressing them into place unl both sides of the clip are secured. Hang fixture from customer supplied chain using V-brackets
Hang fixture from customer supplied chain using V-brackets.
Release latches by pulling top of latch away from housing.
Without touching LED boards, detach LED tray and lens from fixture.
Connect power to driver as shown in the figure (the flexible cord supplied by others)
Follow General Wiring Diagram at Page 1 for reference.
Make sure the power supply is disconnected before installing.
Reaach LED tray and lens to fixture by reversing Step 5 of this Instruction.
Secure lens to housing with lens latches. Chain Suspended Mounng Installation Complete.

FIELD ADJUSTABLE WATTAGE & CCT

Product users may adjust CCT (color temperature) and Power (lumen output) respecvely by two DIP switches. Each DIP switch is accommodated with 3 opons (le, middle and right), corresponding to 3 color temperatures and 3 power opons respecvely, which can perform the desired color temperature and lumen output combinaon.

DIP switches are located onto the side of the fixture.
Select a waage and color temperature by sliding switch le or right respecvely to the desired value.
