INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS
WARNING: Risk of electric shock and serious injury. SHUT OFF BREAKER AT
PANEL BEFORE INSTALLING.
Caution:
- Risk of fire or electric shock. Check for damage to luminaire, electrical, and structural parts before installation.
- This luminaire is intended for installation by qualified electrician only.
- Disconnect electrical power to circuit before installation or maintenance.
WIRING DIAGRAM
- Switch off or disconnect AC Circuit power to installation site or pole.
- Locate electrical wires and identify color coding per Wire Diagram.
- Inspect wires to ensure there are no cuts or abrasions
- Mount luminaire to pole or wall (see Universal Mount Installation Instructions). Universal Mount provides for mounting onto 2-3/8in round slip fit tenon or direct to square pole/round pole/flat wall surface.
- Locate and remove side access cover and gasket on side of mounting bracket.
- All electrical connections are made using this access point.
- Ensure that electrical wire connectors are made securely and conform to prevailing standards and codes. See Wiring Diagram.
- Reinstall access cover with gasket reinstalled to ensure IP65 /UL wet location luminaire rating is maintained.
SENSOR LOCATION
- Install photo cell, shorting cap or other control devices to the NEMA socket provided.
- Note north orientation for photo cell sensor to ensure proper photo cell operation.
- If motion sensor option is being used, install sensor to socket provided. (see sensor installation detail below).
- Switch on or reconnect AC Circuit power to installation site or pole.
MOTION SENSOR INSTALLATION & PROGRAMMING
- Remove motion sensor cover by removing mounting screws.
- Motion sensor is factory installed with line voltage and dimming wires installed. Do not remove or alter factory wiring.
- Set motion sensor active features using dip switch combinations labeled 1-8. (See dip switch diagrams below)
- Replace motion sensor cover to ensure IP65/UL wet location luminaire rating is maintained. combinations labeled 1-8. (See dip switch diagrams below)
- Replace motion sensor cover to ensure IP65/UL wet location luminaire rating is maintained. Electrical wire connectors are made securely and conform to prevailing standards and codes. See Wiring Diagram.
- Reinstall access cover with gasket reinstalled to ensure IP65 /UL wet location luminaire rating is maintained.

UNIVERSAL BRACKET INSTALLATION
Wiring Diagram:
ADJUSTABLE FITTER MOUNTING & DIRECT MOUNTING
ADJUSTABLE FITTER MOUNTING
Step 1: Remove the spare parts from universal bracket. (Figure 13)
Step 2: Loosen the four bolts on Universal Bracket, connect the wires
correctly and pull the wires into the poles. (Figure 14)
Step 3: Place the bracket into the pole and lock the four bolts. (Figure
14) Notice: Adjustable angle is 0-90° (Figure 14)
DIRECT MOUNTING
Step 1: Remove the four bolts from Universal Bracket, remove the four
rubber plugs from installation bar, put the four rubber plugs on the place
where the fours bolts were previously placed on the bracket for waterproof
purpose. (Figure 15)
Step 2: Fix Universal Bracket to square pole with bolt, open the cover of
universal bracket junction box, pull the wire into bracket junction box,
connect the wire properly and cover the junction box. (Figure 16)
Notice: Adjustable angle is 0-90° (Figure 16)
Same as round pole installation, please remember to use the adapting plate for
round pole installation. (Figure 17)
