Product Usage Instructions

Installation Requirements:

1. The product should be installed, inspected, and maintained by a qualified electrician following local regulations.
2. Always turn off the power before checking, installing, or removing the product.
3. Ensure the voltage matches the product’s specifications.
4. Use wires compliant with UL or local standards.
5. Avoid installation in hazardous environments or wet weather conditions.
6. Use listed waterproof strain relief bushings when connecting.
7. Avoid testing the LED lamp with an electric generator.

Installation Instructions with Yoke Mount:

1. Fix the Yoke to the heat sink with M10 screws.
2. Lock the angle fixing piece to the heat sink and yoke, then secure it with a screw.

Installation Instructions with Adjustable Slipfitter Mount:

1. Fix the mount in place.
2. Lock the angle fixing piece to the heat sink and yoke, then secure it with a screw.
3. Fix the assembled bracket to the mount.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

• Q: Can I install the product in wet conditions?
  A: No, the product should not be installed in wet weather conditions to avoid damage and ensure safety.

• Q: What wire gauge should I use for different voltage ranges?
  A: For AC100-277V, use wires no less than 14AWG, and for AC277-480V, use wires no less than 16AWG to ensure proper installation and safety.

INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS

WARNING:

1. The product should be installed, inspected, and maintained by a qualified electrician by local and national electrical safety regulations.
2. Please turn o the power before checking, installing, or removing.
3. Ensure that the voltage used is the voltage within the product identification range.
4. Use wires that comply with UL or other local standards for wiring. The voltage ACIOO-277V should be wired with no less than 14AWG, and the voltage AC-277- 480V should be wired with no less than 16 AWG.
5. Do not install in a hazardous environment. The ambient temperature must not exceed the rated operating temperature of the product.
6. Do not install the product in wet weather conditions. Avoid the danger of lightning strikes and the prevention of accidents.
7. Please use with listed waterproof strain relief bushing when connecting the power supply cord to the outlet box.
8. Cannot use the electric generator to test the LED Lamp.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS WITH DIFFERENT BRACKETS

YOKE MOUNT

• Step 1: Fix the Yoke to the heat sink with MIO screws (Figure 1).
• Step 2: Lock the angle fixing piece to the heat sink and yoke, then fix it with screws after adjusting to the required angle. (Figure 2).

ADJUSTABLE SLIPFITTER MOUNT

• Step 1: Fix the mounting adaptor vertically on the heat sink (Figure 3).
• Step 2: Lock the angle fixing piece to the heat sink and yoke, then fix it with screws after adjusting to the required angle. (Figure 4).
• Step 3: Fix the assembled bracket to the mounting adaptor with screws after adjusting to the required angle (Figure 5).

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS WITH DIFFERENT BRACKETS

Installation Method One (Pole Mounting)

Step 1: Mark the hole distance S1 shown in the product to be installed (Figure 6).
Step 2: Drill two holes of distance S1 on the mount
Step 3: Install the luminaire on the crossbar and secure it with nuts, spring washers, and flat washers (Figure 8).
Step 4: Use an open-end wrench and hex wrench to loosen the adjustment screw used to adjust the angle (Figure 9).

ADJUSTABLE SLIP FITTER MOUNT

• Step 5: Adjust the projection angle according to the desired angle (Figure 10).
• Step 6: Complete the projection angle adjustment and lock the adjustment screw.
• Step 7: Fix the light shield to the luminaire with a screwdriver as required (Figure 11).
• Step 8: According to the previous wiring diagram select one desired method for wiring.

Installation Method II (Disc Holder Installation)

• Step 1: Fix the product on the disc holder and lock the screws, no need to make it too tight (Figure 12).
• Step 2: Adjust the rotation to the desired lighting direction (can be 360 degrees) tighten with the screws when the adjustment is completed (Figure 13)
• Step 3: Use an open-end wrench and hex wrench to loosen the adjusting screw for adjusting the angle (Figure 14).
• Step 4: Adjust the projection angle according to the desired angle (Figure 15)
• Step 5: Complete the projection angle adjustment and lock the adjustment screw.
• Step 6: Fix the light shield to the luminaire with a screwdriver as required (Figure 16).
• Step 7: According to the previous wiring diagram select one desired method for wiring.

Installation Method II (Pole Mounting)

• Step 1: Loosen the four bolts on the slip fitter bracket. Connect the wires correctly and pull the wires into the poles (Figure 17).
• Step 2: Place the slip fitter into the pole and lock the four bolts (Figure 18).
• Step 3: The adjustable angle is 0-90°.

DIMMING METHODS

NOTE:
This product has dimming capabilities. This product is compatible with the following three types of dimming methods:

• 1-10vc Dimming
• PWM dimming
• Resistor dimming

According to the user’s needs, choose the wiring, dimming method, and installation.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR LASER POINTER INSTALLATION

THE PURPOSE OF THE LASER POINTER IS TO PROJECT THE POINT THAT SIMULATES THE DIRECTION OF THE LAMP’S LIGHT PROJECTION AND ASSIST IN THE LIGHT INSTALLATION.

LASER POINTER DESIGN

1. Place the laser pointer in front of the light along the edge.
2. Tighten the mounting screws to secure the laser pointer to the fixture.

INSTALL THE LIGHT ACCORDING TO THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS, AND THEN REMOVE THE LASER POINTER AFTER FINALIZING THE LAMP INSTALLATION.
