SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING!
Read all the safety instructions and other instructions. Failure to follow all the instructions and safety instructions can result in the risk of electric shock, fire, and/ or serious personal injury. Save all warnings and instructions for future reference.
- Be careful when using the appliance in places where there is a flammable material.
- Do not apply to the same point for too long.
- Do not use in an explosive environment.
- Be aware that heat can be conducted to flammable material that is not visible.
- Put the product on its stand after use, and allow it to cool before putting it away.
- Do not leave the appliance unattended when it is switched on. Keep the work area clean and well-lit. Dark and cluttered work areas increase the risk of accidents and injuries.
- Persons with pacemakers or other medical implants should not use the product. Such persons should stay at least 1 meter away from the workplace when the product is in use.
- The product generates an electromagnetic field, which can affect pacemakers or other electronic implants.
- Do not wear jewelry, a watch, or a brooch when using the product.
- Do not wear clothes with metal buttons or zips when using the product.
- The product can heat up metal objects very quickly, which can result in serious burns or set clothes on fire.
- Fumes, smoke, and/or gas from hot/ burning glue are toxic. Wear a dust and fume-filter face mask.
- Use always uses heat-resistant safety gloves, otherwise, there is a risk of burn injuries.
- Do not touch the heating coils, the soft heating coil, or the casing when plugged in.
- The heating coils are hot after use. Handle them with care.
- Always have a fire extinguisher or fire blanket handy when using the product.
- Never use the product near flammable objects or substances.
- Do not use the product within 150 mm of an airbag. The heat from the product can trigger the airbag unexpectedly.
- Never use the product if you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication.
- Do not use the product if the power cord or plug is damaged. A damaged cord or plug must be replaced by an authorized service center or other qualified personnel to ensure safe use.
- The product must be connected to a correctly installed and earthed power point.
- Do not expose the product to rain or moisture, and do not immerse in water or any other liquid.
- If water gets into the product, this will increase the risk of electric shock.

DESCRIPTION
Induction gun heater with LED in front. Grip friendly with an ergonomic handle. Supplied with soft and malleable induction loop and three induction coils 18, 22, and 28 mm.

USE
PREPARATIONS
WARNING!
Check that the mains voltage corresponds **to the rated voltage on the type
plate. If the voltage does not correspond with the data on the type
plate there is a risk of serious personal injury and/or material damage.**

Check before use that the induction coil is firmly in place.
-
The product can be used continuously for no more than 5 minutes, after which it should be switched off for at least 5 minutes before using it again.
The product has overheating protection, but accessories are not protected and must not be used continuously for more than 5 minutes. -
Check that the cooling fan starts when the power switch is pressed. Do not use the product if the cooling fan is not working properly.

The soft induction coil must not be turned more than four times. 2 or 3 or 4 turns are optimal for best functionality.

Do not leave the induction coil connected to the product when the product is not in use.

Do not dismantle the product or attempt to repair it. Contact the retailer if you have any problems or questions.
HOW TO USE
IMPORTANT:
Do not connect the product to a portable generator. An irregular voltage can
damage the product and will invalidate the warranty.
- Chose the induction coil that fits best to the workpiece, but leave a gap of 10 mm between the induction coil and the workpiece. The insulation on the heating coil burns in time on contact with hot objects.
- Put the ends of the induction coil in the connections and tighten the wing screws.
- Start the product with the power switch and wait for 1 to 3 minutes for the workpiece to warm up enough to stop corrosion.
- Switch off the product by releasing the power switch and allow it cool for at least 20 minutes. Avoid handling the product or accessories before they have cooled – the risk of burn injury.
- When the product has cooled, check that it is switched off and pull out the plug.
MAINTENANCE
WARNING!
Allow the product to cool before putting into storage, otherwise, there is a
risk of fire and/ or material damage.
CLEANING
Remove grease, oil, and dirt from the product and power cord with a clean,
soft cloth.
STORAGE
Store the product in the original packaging.
