OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Important! Read the user instructions carefully before use. Save them for

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read all the instructions and safety instructions carefully before using tools.
- Do not use the product as a scaffold/ step-ladder. Do not stand or climb on the product, it can tip over and cause serious personal injury.
- Do not overload the product. The maximum permitted load is 227 kg.
- Do not put an unbalanced load on the product, it can cause it to tip over.
- Do not store the product outdoors or in a damp place.
- Keep the work area clean and well lit. Do not place the product on a slippery or unstable surface.
- Keep onlookers, especially children, and pets at a safe distance when using power tools. Distractions can cause you to lose control. Persons nearby should also use the same personal safety equipment as the user.
- Always follow the safety instructions for the power tool in use.
- Wear safety glasses or a visor when using a power tool.
- Wear suitable clothing. Do not wear loose-fitting clothing or jewellery. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves away from moving parts. Loose-fitting clothing, jewellery and long hair can get caught in moving parts. Wear non-slip shoes. Wear a hair net if you have long hair. Fold long sleeves up above the elbow.
- Secure the workpiece on a stable surface with clamps, or the like. Holding the workpiece in your hand or against your body will not give you a sufficiently firm grip and can cause you to loose control.
- Check all screws before mounting tools on the product.
- Regularly check that all screw are properly tightened.
- Use suitable screws to mount tools on the product.
- Do not allow familiarity with similar products to lead to exaggerated self-confidence and to neglect the safety instructions for the product. A moment of inattention or carelessness can result in serious personal injury.

Never modify the product in any way. Do not use the product for any other
purpose than the one it is intended to be used for.

ASSEMBLY
All the parts of the product are supplied in the same pack.
- Check the pack for transport damage before opening it. Contact the carrier immediately if the pack has been damaged in transit.
- Carefully unpack the product and check that no parts are missing or damaged.

NOTE:
Fit all the components except for the top and equalisation device with round-
headed screws and nuts.
Do not fully tighten the screws until the product is fully assembled. Always
put the screw in from outside.
- Join one long top crossbar together with 2 legs with screws and nuts.
- Fit a long bottom crossbar on the legs. Place the long bottom crossbar so that the shelf can rest on the recess.
- Repeat these steps for the other long crossbars and the other legs.

- Fit the 4 legs together with the short top and bottom crossbars. Fit the short top crossbars so that they overlap the long top crossbars as shown in figure 3. Fit the short bottom crossbars so that the shelf can rest on the recess.
- Tighten all the screws.
- Parts are supplied to make one of the feet adjustable. Put the screw head in the damper, screw the nut on the screw and fit the foot, flat washer and nut.
NOTE:
Adjust the foot by screwing the nut in or out on the screw. The adjustable
foot can be moved to an optional leg if necessary.
Fit the feet on the bottom of the legs.
NOTE:
The top can be adjusted to 356 or 508 mm for mounting larger tools. Follow the
instructions in the section for adjusting the top
- Put the front and back parts of the top with upper side down on a level surface.
- Put the assembled frame on the top.
- Align the predrilled holes in the underside of the top to the slots in the short top crossbars. Screw the top on the short top crossbars with 8 wood screws and 8 washers.

- Align the predrilled holes in the middle of the top to the slots in the long top crossbars and screw tight with 2 wood screws and 4 washers. Put another washer between the long top crossbar and the top.
- Turn over the product and stand it on its feet.
- Put the parts of the bottom shelf in place so that they rest on the recess.

USE
WARNING!
Firmly tighten all the screws before use. The maximum load capacity is 227 kg.
If a power tool is mounted on the product the total height above the floor
must not 152 cm.
If the product is used together with a table saw, adjust the top to the
maximum slot to avoid the accumulation of sawdust.
Drill holes in the top, if necessary. Always mount power tools with screws
(sold separately).
IMPORTANT:
Avoid drilling in the crossbars.
ADJUSTING THE TOP
NOTE:
The top can be mounted in three different positions. The parts of the top can
be put together to form one surface. The top can be adjusted to 356 or 508 mm
for mounting larger tools.
- Undo the 8 screws on the short top crossbars. Remove the 2 screws and washers in the middle of the long top crossbars.
- Pull out the top parts and align the slots in the middle of the long top crossbars with the predrilled holes for 356 or 508 mm. Fix in place with screws, flat washers and nuts. Put another washer between the long top crossbar and the top.
- Tighten all the screws

MAINTENANCE
WARNING!
Only use identical spare parts when servicing.
The use of other parts can result in a risk of personal injury and/or material
damage. Servicing and maintenance should be carried out by qualified personnel
to ensure safe use.
Keep the product clean, dry and free from oil and grease. Always use clean rags for cleaning. Never use brake fluid, petrol, oilbased products or strong solvents to clean the product. Chemicals damage plastic parts, which can result in serious personal injury.
