Dear Customer,
Thank you for purchasing Neo electric wet wipes heater. The device is used for heating wipes or towels and is intended for home use. Read the instruction manual before use.
CAUTIONS
- Please read the instructions carefully before using the product.
- Do not put the product into water.
- Do not put the product in a steam sterilizer for disinfection.
- Do not place the product in a place accessible to children.
- Turn off the power when the product is not used for a long time.
- If the product is damaged, do not disassemble it yourself. Contact an authorized service center.
- The device can be used by children over 8 years and older and people with disabilities of physical, sensory, or mental abilities or without experience and knowledge if they are under supervision or got the instructions of using the device safely. Children are not allowed to play with the product. Children without supervision should not clean and maintain the appliance. The product is not a toy.

HOW TO USE
- The product has two touch buttons: the power button and the mode button. The power indicator and heating level indicators are shown in the figure above.
- Put wet wipes or a small damp towel into the device and connect the power. Press the power button.
- Press the mode button to select as appropriate: low, medium, or high heating level. The relevant indicators will light up. The temperature in the low mode is around 30-35 °C, in the medium mode about 40-45 °C, and at high about 50-55 °C.
TROUBLE SHOOTING

The heater does not heat up, does not respond to an attempt to start it.
Check the power plug is connected. -
Do baby wipes dry out after prolonged heating?
The product uses perimeter heating to evenly heat the temperature of each layer. It is normal for baby wipes to dry out. It is recommended to replace the content every 10 days. -
How long does it take to heat up a wet wipe?
Maximum heating time: up to 4 hours. -
How many wipes can the device hold?
The product can hold up to 150 wipes.
