PACKAGE CONTENTS:

Unpack all items and check with Figure 1 and “Replacement Parts table” (see page 8). Make sure all items are accounted for before discarding any of the packing material. SAFETY WARNING:

Read, understand, and follow your power tool manufacturer’s instructions for safety. Always wear safety glasses or eye shields before commencing power tool operation. Always keep hands, face, hair, loose clothing, and body at a safe distance from spindles and cutting tools. Always keep a firm grip on tool handles when in operation. Always disconnect from power source before adjusting power tools.

CABINET DOOR KNOB INSTALLATION:

  1. Place knob on door and mark (For finished door, mark on tape to protect the finish) the desired location for centerof hole. (image 1)
  2. Measure distance from mark to the side of door, and measure distance from mark to the bottom of door. (image 2)
  3. Remove the two Adjustable Drill Guides, Set Main Stop to measurement obtained from the side of door and tightenknob. Set End Stop to the measurement obtained from bottom of door and tighten knob. (image 3)
  4. Position HardwareJig tm on edge of door with the End Stop on the bottom and the Main Stop on the side of the door anddrill through Main Ruler Drill Guide. Reverse tool for oppositedoor. (image 4)
  5. For opposite door, reverse HardwareJig™ and position on the bottom of the door and drill through Main Bushing
    Set measurement according to alignment of the back of the slide stop.

CABINET DOOR PULL INSTALLATION:

  1. Place pull on door (image 1) and mark the desired location for hole at the bottom of the pull (For finished door, mark on tape to protect the finish), Measure distance from  mark to side of door and bottom of door (image 2)

  2. Set Main Stop to measurement from side of door and tighten, Set End Stop to measurement from bottom of door and tighten (image 3)

  3. Measure the center to center distance for the pull mounting holes, this distance may be noted on the package IE. C/C = 2.52” (64mm). Using one of the Adjustable Drill
    Guides mounted opposite of the Sliding Stop, set the Adjustable Drill Guide to the center to center distance for the pull. (image 4)

  4. Position HardwareJig™ on door edge and drill through Main Ruler Drill Guide and Adjustable Drill Guide. Reverse tool for opposite door. (image 5)

CABINET DRAWER KNOB INSTALLATION:

  1. Measure width of drawer face and mark center line on top of drawer (For finished drawer, mark CL (Center Line) on tape to protect the finish).
  2. Measure height of drawer face and set Main Stop to ½ the height, Place HardwareJig™ on top of drawer and align centering notch in Main Stop with center line (image 1)
  3. Drill through Main Ruler Drill Guide (image 2)

For Drawers under 11-1/2” (292mm) in width, you canuse the End Stop to center the jig. (image 3)
For custom knob placement, place hardware, measure, and set jig accordingly. (image 4)

CABINET DRAWER PULL INSTALLATION:

  1. Measure width of drawer face and mark center line on top of drawer, (For finished drawer, mark CL (Center Line) on tape to protect the finish). Measure height of drawer
    face and set Main Stop to ½ the height (image 1).

  2. Measure the center to center distance for the pull mounting holes, this distance may be noted on the package IE. C/C = 2.52” (64mm). Using the two Adjustable Drill Guides, set the Adjustable Drill Guides to half of the center to center distance of the pull from the center of the Centered Ruler. (image 2)

  3. Place HardwareJig™ on top of drawer and align center- ing notch in Main Stop with center line (image 3)

  4. Drill through Adjustable Drill Guides (image 4)

Caution: Do not use the Main Ruler Drill Guide when drilling for 2 hole drawer pull.
