Headset Button Introduction

Button Function

Microphone & Outer Ringer Volume +/-

| Adjust microphone volume when on call. Press “+”or “-“button on headset base to

increase or decrease volume.

Adjust ring tone volume when the headset is in idle state. Press “+”or “-“button to hear ring tone, then press “+”or “-“button

to adjust volume.

Telephone Compatibility Switcher

| 7 kinds of compatibility setting for different IP phones, slide the switch button among A and G to choose correct compatibility for

your IP phone

Computer Button

| Tap the Computer Button to switch connecting device from telephone to PC

while the headset is in charging or idle state

Long press the Computer Button to pairing headset, the blue ring light flashes when

the headset is pairing mode

VoIP Button

| Tap the VoIP Button to switch device

connecting from computer to telephone when the headset is in charging or idle state

Long press the VoIP button to find the paired headset. The ring light of paired headset will flash red and green alternately with a beep

sound (for 20s)

Charge Headset : Place the headset on the charging base, align the charging port on headset with the charging pole on headset base unit

Switch to Computer Connection

Power On and Pairing

  1. Connect the power adapter cable to headset base unit

  2. Turn on the headset
    Press and hold the multi-function button till the colorful running ring light is on and then release, the green light will be continous on {the light will be off after 1 Os when it enters into idle state)

  3. Pair the headset with base unit

  4. Long press the computer button until the call status indicator flashes blue

  5. Long press the headset microphone mute button until the ring light flashes green, wait a few seconds, the pairing is successful when both indicator lights are off.

Connecting Instruction

Connect headset with desk phones having handset

  1. Step 1: With telephone cord included in your phone system, connect telephone socket on headset base unit to headset port on desk phone
  2. Step 2: Connect the other end of handset cord to the handset port on headset base unit

Connect the headset with desk phone without handset:

With telephone cord, connect telephone port on headset base unit to headset port on telephone

Connect headset and telephone with EHS cable:
EHS cable enables remote answer or end call by using multi-function button on headset.
Refer to EHS Cable Installation Guide.

Very Important : After connecting the headset with your telephone, please slide the telephone compatibility switcher to test out the best position for best performance of headset speaker and microphone.

Connect headset with computer

  1. Step 1: Connect the type C USB data cable to USB port on headset base unit
  2. Step 2: Connect the USB-A USB data cable to USB port of computer

Troubleshooting

  1. The headset cannot pair with base unit Make sure to press the computer button firstly, then press the headset microphone mute button after the call indicator on headset base unit flashes. It is an important sequence to pair successfully.
  2. Low microphone volume
  3. Check the microphone is not muted.
  4. Check the position of microphone is 2 fingers away from your lips.
  5. Adjust the microphone volume on headset base unit.

Cautions

  1. Please keep the headset battery safely. Do not put the battery into water or fire to avoid explosion
  2. Please use the headset volume at a moderate level. Do not use the headset with high volume for extra long time, which may cause hearing loss.
  3. Do not charge the headset with high voltage device, which may cause damage to it.

1. Ear cushions broken.

2. Fail to follow the user manual or disassemble the headset.
