drive to the maximum position. Release the whisks by pressing the release lock
button A2.
Recommendation
– Before beating egg whites (minimum amount is 2 pcs) ensure that the base and
bowl are dry and without oil residues. Egg whites should have room
temperature.
– Cool the cream or whipping cream to at least 6 °C (at least 200 ml.) before
processing.
– Never use whipping beaters for mixing tough materials, such as yeast dough!
Kneading hooks (C)
Use: Preparing spreads, mixing potatoes, spinach, mixing dough, etc.
Switch level: 1 – 3, kneading time about 1 – 5 minutes.

– The hooks and whisks can be released from the propulsion unit only when the
speed selector A1 is in position O.
– For whipping, only one whipping beater can be used in a suitable container.
Choose the size of the container according to the amount of the prepared mass.
– When preparing a larger amount of dough (max. 0.5 kg / 1 batch) process it
in several batches. Under no circumstances should you prepare more than two
batches after each
other.
– Various types of flour may differ significantly in the number of liquids
needed and the stickiness of the dough may have a major effect on the loading
of the hand mixer. If you
hear that the hand mixer is being excessively loaded, turn it off, remove half
the dough and process each half separately.
An immersion blender (D)
Use: for mixing and blending juices, milkshakes, milk, sauces, soups,
mayonnaise, children‘s and dietary food, for making purée, etc., in container
E or another suitable utensil.

Knife sharpener (I)
Use: Applicable to kitchen knives of various materials universal stainless
steel.
When working, hold with one hand the hand beater and hold the knife with the
other hand. Place the blade of the knife (specifically the part nearest to the
handle) into the wheel by pressing lightly and gently pulling the knife
towards you (fig. 7) for approximately 3 or 7 seconds. Once you have performed
this procedure 3 to 5 times, check that the knife has been sharpened
sufficiently. Please sharpen the knife according to the shape of the blade,
and don‘t use too much force (ensure constant force and uniform speed). Repeat
the procedure until the knife has been sharpened to the desired degree. Once
you have finished, unplug the appliance and clean the knife in hot water with
a detergent right after use, rinse it in clean water and wipe it till dry.
Selector level: 3

– Release the sharpener by pressing the release lock button (3 arrows), and
remove the sharpener from the hand beater.
Warning
– When sharpening the types of knives and chisels shown in picture no. 7B, do
not sharpen the blade all the way to the end, meaning all the way to the
handle!
– Do not sharpen knives with oil, water, and lubricants!
– Do pull backward instead of forward when the knife is in the sharpening
groove.
– In the case of very blunt knives or those with damaged blades, they will
need to be sharpened using a more aggressive method, in which case we
recommend you to have them sharpened professionally.
– Make sure that the cutting edge of the knife is not in contact with hard
objects that make them blunt and thus they reduce their effectiveness.
MAINTENANCE
Before any handling with the appliance or its maintenance, switch off the
appliance and unplug the power supply cord from the electric socket. Do not
use rough and aggressive detergents! Clean the drive unit A, connecting part
F8, lid F3, and knife sharpener I by soft and wet cloth with a little
detergent. Make sure that water does not get inside the appliance. Wash the
other accessories right after use in hot water with a little detergent added,
rinse them with clean water and wipe them till dry (you can also use a
dishwasher). Work very carefully when cleaning the blender D and sickle-shaped
knife F2, the knife is very sharp! Take care that the binding surfaces and the
sealing elements are functional. Make sure that the cutting edges of the
blender do not come in touch with hard objects that blunt them and thus
decrease their effectiveness. If you wish to remove the dust that is produced
during the sharpening operation and which gathers inside the sharpener. The
appliance shakes it to remove the dust that may be present around the opening.
Some ingredients can color the accessories in some way. But this does not
affect the function of the appliance and it is not a reason for a claim. This
coloring usually disappears in some time. Never dry plastic moldings over a
heat source (e.g. heater, stove, radiator). If the power cord becomes dirty,
wipe it with a damp cloth.
