User Guide
Standard: Bluetooth V5.0
Pairing Distance: within 30cm
Compatibility: Plug and Play for Win 10/ Win 7, driver-free
Transmission Distance: Max.20 meters without obstacle. Special Function: can
answer/end calls via certain headset models, support only calls from Microsoft
Teams and Skype for Business.
Set-Up:
- Plug the dongle into any USB port on the computer.
- Put the headset close to the dongle(less than 30cm), turn on the headset, the blue status indicator flashs during pairing.
- It takes about 30 seconds for pairing to be successful.
- The blue status indicator will be continuously on after pairing successfully.
Very Important:
- The first time you connect the dongle with your Bluetooth device, it takes about 30 seconds for pairing to be successful. Please be patient! After that, it will connect fast and automatically with the last paired device within 10 meters (depending on different devices) when powered on.
- To connect the dongle with a new device, please turn off the Bluetooth of the paired device and re-plug the dongle into USB port on the computer.
