Q: How do I know if the earphones are fully charged?
A: When there is no LED flashing, it means that the earphones are either off or fully charged.

Earphones LED indicators
The earphones’ LED indicator informs about the connection and battery state:
- Blue LED flashing: When the blue LED is flashing it means that the earphones are on.
- White LED flashing: white LED When the is flashing every 5 seconds it means that the connection is successful, the music is paused, and there is an incoming call or low battery.
- No LED flashing: When there is no LED flashing it means that the earphones are off or fully charged.
Initial setup
When you turn on the earphones for the first time, you will see an intro animation on the screen and hear music. Press the button to activate the earphones for the first time. After Hello plays, choose the language and dial of your choice.
Earphones usage method
- ON/OFF To turn them on or off, long-tap the earphones button for 3 seconds.
- Play/Pause Press the button of any earphone once
- Volume -/+ To decrease the volume, tap the left earpiece button 3 times. To increase the volume, tap the button on the right earpiece 3 times.
- Previous/Next song To play the previous song, double-tap the button on the left earphone. To play the next song, double-tap the button on the right earphone.
- Answer/Hang up calls To answer or hang up a call, press the button of any earphone once. Reject calls To reject an incoming call, long-press the button on any earphone
- ANC noise To enter the ANC noise reduction
- reduction mode, long-tap the button on the left earphone
- Voice assistant To activate voice assistants, long-press the button on the right earphone

Turn on/off the earphones
- To turn the earphones on, open the charging case, then the earphones will turn on and pair with each other automatically. To turn them off automatically, place the earphones into the charging case and close the case, the earphones will be powered off automatically and start to charge automatically. To turn them on manually, tap the button on both earphones for 3 seconds, you will then hear the word “Poweron”. To turn them off manually, long-press the buttons of both earphones.
3.2 How to pair the earphones
- Take the earphones out of the charging case to activate the pairing mode automatically. Activate the BT on your device, search for “KSIX VISION” on the available BT devices list, and select it. Once the connection has been successful, you will hear the word“Connected”. Once the earphones have been connected to a device, they will pair with it automatically when taken out of the charging case.
3.3 How to reset the earphones
- To reset the earphones, you can do it from the Settings menu.
Charging the earphones
- To charge the earphones, place them into the charging case and close the case. To charge the charging case, connect the USB-C end of the cable included in the package to the charging case, and the USB-A end of the cable to a wall charger, power bank, or computer output. It takes about 2 hours to charge the charging case and about 1.5 hours to charge the earphones
Troubleshooting
If the earphones do not turn on automatically, it should be due to a low battery. Please, charge the earphones. If they do not pair with your device properly, reset the earphones from the Settings menu.
Troubleshooting 2 :
If you are having issues hearing or speaking during a call, it could be because you do not have your earphones enabled for either of these 2 features. Open the list of devices paired to your phone, select the Settings option for the earphones, and make sure you have the permissions enabled.
Display features
Dial setting
From the dial interface, tap and hold for 3 seconds to enter the dial selection mode. Tap the left and right buttons to select the dial of your choice. Tap on the image to select it.
Music Control
You can control the music from the display on the case. To access this mode, swipe to the right until the “Music” feature
Equalizer
The Vision wireless earphones allow you to choose between 7 different equalizers. On the top right, you will find the button. By pressing it, you can choose the one you prefer. Each one has predefined sound effects. The modes are POP, ROCK, CLASS, JAZZ, VOICE, DJ and DISCO.
ANC noise reduction function
To activate the ANC sound reduction mode, the earphonesmust be on in order to correctly process the environmental sound. From this feature, you can also activate the Transparency mode.
Space audio function
This feature allows you to choose between 3 different modes: Game mode, music mode, or movie mode.
Control interface style selection
Go to the Style section of the main menu to choose how you want to display the menu. You have 3 different modes.
Search earphones
If you lose an earpiece, you can enter Search mode and choose which earpiece you want to beep to find it. Note: It is important that you do not have the earpiece in your ear while the beep is playing to avoid possible damage to your hearing.
Call interface feature
When the earphones are connected to the phone and you receive an incoming call, it will appear on the display of the case. You can answer, hang up, or reject the call.

If the product includes a battery, maintain the state of charge between 20% and 80% of its capacity to preserve the battery life.
