Thank you for purchasing our “Platinum” Bowl Mixer. Each unit has been manufactured to ensure safety, reliability, and ease of use. Before use, please read these instructions carefully and save them for future reference.

When using your “Platinum” Bowl mixer, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid hazards.

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge concerning the use of this product unless they are supervised or have been given instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

Always ensure that the voltage on the rating label corresponds to the voltage in your home.

You must read all instructions carefully before using this appliance.
- Remove all packaging material and please check carefully, making sure that your food mixer is in good condition. It must have no cracks on the unit and no damage to the cord/plug.
- Do not discard any packaging until all accessories have been found.
- You must confirm that the voltage indicated on the food mixer corresponds with the voltage in your home.
- Remove any adhesive labels or stickers before use.
TO USE YOUR BOWL MIXER
Preparing the Dough Hooks or Beaters
- Always check the mixer is switched off at the mains.
- Inserting the Dough Hooks or Beaters
- Insert the two dough hooks (J & K) into corresponding holes, and turn slightly until they engage.
- Insert the two beaters (L & M) into corresponding holes, and turn slightly until they engage.
- Never use Beaters and Dough Hooks together.
Using your Dough Hooks or Beaters
CAUTION: Do not run this appliance for more than 3 minutes without interruption. Allow the appliance to take 30 minutes to cool down before continuing operation.
- Turbo button: for a short high-speed burst. Press and release for pulse action. The speed will be increased to the maximum when the turbo button is pressed, then the appliance is operated at max speed and the operation period shall not exceed 1 minute at this speed.
- Speed control (total 5 speeds) : 0: stop / 1: slow / … / 5: fastest
- To remove Dough Hooks or Beaters To detach Dough Hooks / Beaters, press the Ejection Button.
Notes : The injection button will not work if the speed is not at the “0” position.
Short-time operation
- The appliance is designed to process average domestic quantities of food, it can be operated without interruption for a maximum of 3 minutes, then it should be allowed to take 30 minutes to cool down before continuing operation.
OPERATION PROCEDURE
- Ensure the speed control is at “0” position.
- Press the lock button (E) to release the main body (D).
- Press the release Button (G) to release the stand lower housing (F) then put it upwards from the bowl (I). Put flour, egg whites or Cream…etc. into the bowl.
- Insert the plug into a mains socket (AC 230V / 50Hz) and switch on the appliance.
- Thrust the unit’s beating accessory into the material to be beaten. Adjust the speed control:
- “1” Dough Hooks: butter, potatoes
- “2” Beaters: sauces, milk products and cream
- “3” Dough Hooks: light pastry dough
- “4” Dough Hooks: light pastry dough / Beaters: whipped desserts, cream
- “5” Dough Hooks: light pastry dough / Beaters: egg whites, whipped cream
- Make sure the mixer is placed a flat and stable surface.
TIPS FOR USING YOUR BOWL MIXER
Procedure to yeast dough for dough hooks accessories
Use a vessel with a height of 130 mm and an inner diameter of 170 mm at the
top, tapering down to 150 mm at the bottom to contain the yeast dough made
with 520g flour + 400 ml water, for 3 minutes. Procedure to egg whites for
beater accessories It can be operated without interruption for a maximum of 3
minutes made by 8 egg whites or 500ml cream, then it should be allowed break
30 minutes to cool down before continuing operation.
CARE AND CLEANING
- Switch off the appliance and unplug from the mains before cleaning and maintenance.
- Clean the exterior of the appliance using a damp cloth after use.
- To detach dough hooks or beaters, press the ejection button.
- Note : The ejection button will not work if the speed is not at the “0” position
- Clean the beaters or dough hooks in warm soapy water. Rinse and wipe dry. Please note that the beater and hooks are suitable for the dishwasher.
- Warning: Never immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid.
- We recommend cleaning the accessories immediately to remove any food residues from the accessories after use. This will make cleaning easier and prevent bacterial growth.
- Never use any abrasive cleaning agents or a sponge with a rough surface for cleaning the main body.
- Dry thoroughly before storage.

WARRANTY
PLEASE AFFIX YOUR RECEIPT/PROOF OF PURCHASE HERE. IN THE EVENT OF A CLAIM UNDER THIS WARRANTY THE AFORESAID RECEIPT/PROOF OF PURCHASE MUST BE PRODUCED TOGETHER WITH THIS WARRANTY.
- The party selling the product (“the seller”) to the original purchaser of this product (“the customer”) hereby warrants that this product will be of good quality and, in good working order, free of defects, and suitable for its intended purpose under normal household use, for a period of 1(one) year from the date of purchase (“warranty period”) of this product.
- In the event that the warranty period has not lapsed and the product is not of good quality, or in good working order or, is defective or is not suitable for its intended purpose under normal household use, the customer may, subject to paragraph 3 below, return the product to the seller and have the following options available:
- Within the first 6 (six) months of the warranty: to receive a refund of the actual price paid or to exchange the product for the same or similar product of the same purchased value; 2.2 Within the second 6 (six) months of the warranty: to have the product exchanged for the same or similar product of the same purchased value.
- The seller will not replace the product or refund the customer in terms of this warranty if the product:
- has been altered contrary to the instructions provided in the product manual;
- has been misused, abused or tampered with;
- is defective or not in working order due to ordinary wear and tear;
- is damaged resulting from the customer’s gross negligence, recklessness, malicious behavior, or criminal conduct;
- has been utilized for commercial use.
- This warranty applies only to the product that has been purchased from the seller and not to any expendables attached to or installed on the product by the customer.
- Any claim in terms of the warranty must be supported by the original proof of purchase.
- Note that the exchange item will only carry the balance of the warranty period from the original date of purchase.
