• Antenna: Put up the antenna that will achieve the best range.
• Power switch: Press and hold to power on/ off the device, and press to enter into sleep mode.
• Microphone: The microphone of the monitor, is used to collect the talking sound.
• Indicator light: Blue is in working mode, red is in charging mode, and green is fully charged.
• Speaker: Play the sound of the display.
• TF card slot: Local data storage, maximum support 128G TF card.
• Reset: when the screen monitor not working properly, use a pin to press the hole one time the monitor will restart to work.

1. Direction key: In preview mode use this button to control the pan and rotation of the camera, The shortcut menu, or in main menu mode use this button to select menu items.
2. OK: In the sleeping mode use this button to wake up the display, in menu mode press this key to confirm.
3. Menu: In preview mode press this key to open or close the shortcut menu.
4. Zoom: In preview mode press this key to enlarge the image 1 or 2 or 4 times.
5. Talk: In monitoring mode press this key enter into two-way talking, and press again to exit talking.
6. Back: In shortcut menu or main menu mode, press this key to back to the previous menu, in talking mode press this key to end talking.

• Code/Reset: Press three times to pair with the screen monitor. Press and hold till it sounds to reset.
• Call/ Pair: Press and hold till it sounds enter into pairing APP status, users can add a device to the app. Press one time to enter into talking status.

Installation method

1. First, fasten the base to the wall with screws.
2. Fix the camera on the base.

App download

1. Download: Search ” Tuya Smart” in the app store or scan the below QR code to download.
2. Register: After selecting the location, you can use your email or phone number to register, or use the third-party media account to log in.
3. If can not find the App in the app store, pls use your phone browser to scan the below QR code to download it.

Pair the product with the Tuya Smart App

Attention:

1. Please operate close to the Wi-Fi router.
2. Make sure your smartphone connects with your 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi.
3. Make sure the power supply of the camera and the LED indicator is red.
4. Make sure the Wi-Fi signal is good and the password is correct.
5. If you want to unbind the device from the app please go to settings to remove the device or press and hold the device icon to remove the device.

• Tip 1: If you want to use a new Wi-Fi or the Wi-Fi password was changed after the camera paired with the Tuya Smart app, you can follow the steps of “Scan to pair” to pair the camera with the App again. Or press and hold the reset button to restart the camera then follow ” pair by bluetooth” to pair the camera with the Tuya app again.
• Tip 2: If you want to remove the device from the app after the camera was powered off or need to use a new Tuya account to pair with the device, you can press and hold the reset button to restart the camera first, after restart and pair again the camera with Tuya Smart app by “bluetooth”

Pair the product with the Tuya Smart app (Bluetooth)

1. Connect your phone with 2.4G wifi, Go to the phone setting to open bluetooth and enable the bluetooth access permission of the Tuya Smart APP.
2. Power supply the camera, after hearing a prompt tone it is powered on successfully.
3. Press and hold the power switch key to turn on the display, it enters to monitor the status after turned on.
4. Press and hold the “CALL” button on the camera until it sounds “di di” then release.
5. Open the Tuya Smart app, it shows “device to be added”, then click “Add”.
6. Confirm your phone used wifi and password, then press “Next” (product only supports 2.4G wifi).
7. After being paired successfully camera will sound “duan” to prompt, and the app enter into monitor status.

Automatic discovery

1. Power supply the camera to make it on working status, and press and hold the “CALL” button to go to pair status.
2. Open bluetooth and enable the bluetooth access permission of the Tuya Smart APP.
3. Open the Tuya Smart app and go to the home page, Press “+” on the top right corner, and select “Add Device” go to the Add Device interface and search to find the device.
4. After finding the device press “Add”, confirm you use 2.4G wifi and input the right password, then press “Next”
5. After adding successfully press “Done” and the app automatically goes to monitor status.

Scan to pair

1. Power supply the camera and make the camera in working status.
2. Open the Tuya Smart app enter into the home page, and press “+”, then select “Add device”
3. Select “Camera&Lock”, then select “Smart Camera(Wi-Fi), and press “Next”.
4. Confirm you are using 2.4G wifi and input the correct password, then press “Next”, the screen will show the QR code.
5. Press and hold the “CALL” button on the camera untill it sound ” di di”
6. Use the camera to scan the QR code, after scanning successfully camera will sound “di”
7. Press “I heard a Prompt” on the app.
8. After connecting the device successfully, press “Done”, and the app automatically goes to monitor status.

5. Call and intercom
   When you press the “CALL” button on the camera it will sound “du du”, display, the display will sound a calling alarm and smartphone app will get a notification of ” Someone is calling “, press “Someone is calling” will go to real-time answer screen, you can change voice during intercom.

6. Real-time monitor
   When you want to see your baby just press the device icon on the app then can see the real-time video. You can take pictures, record videos, full-screen view, talk to your baby, play lullabies, set a detection alarm, adjust the volume, etc.

7. Storage function
   You can record local video and store photos if install a TF card on the camera and can see all recorded video by playback. You can set it to be ” Event recording” or “Non-stop” “Non-stop” record video every two minutes and record all 24 hours.

8. Share friends
   you can share with your families to use the device with them in home management, then all families can use the device.

9. Other operations
   You can set it to restart the device or remove the device from the app. Also can be set to turn on /off/Auto the IR night vision. “Device volume” is used to set the lullaby sound of the camera. Open “Motion tracking” and the camera will rote with the human figure.

10. Area detection
    “Detection Alarm Settings” – Open “Motion Detection Alarm” can set “alarm sensitivity level”. Open “Activity Area” can set “Surveillance Area Setting” and it will alarm only when detecting movements inside the set area.

Home management and device sharing

1. Home management
   New users register and log in (Pic 1), Click “Me”, select “Home management” (Pic2), click “My Home” (Pic3), and “Home Name” You can set the home name as you like (maximum 25 characters)

5. Set home name
   In the Home Setting page (Pic1), click “Location” can set the location (Pic2). You can use the default room name and also click “Room Management” (Pic3) to set a name for rooms. After completing the Home Management setting and then back to the home page(Pic4), the Home page shows “Weather, temperature, home name, etc”

10. Device sharing
    On the Home page click “Me” in the lower right corner, select “Home Management”, click the named home, click “Add member” (Pic1), can choose different inviting ways (Pic2), input account information then send an invitation (Pic3), the member invited will get invitation message on tuya smart app, he can “Accept” or “Reject” (Pic4), in the meantime message center also will get a notification(Pic5), back to Home Management (Pic6).

Display related Settings

1. Display settings
   Power supply the camera and turn on the display, display will automatically show video from the camera.

2. Rotate camera
   In monitor status, you can adjust the camera monitoring Angle through the direction button to get a better monitoring effect.

4. Press the menu button then select , and press “OK” and enter the interface.

5. Select time, choose the video or picture you want to view then press “OK”. In preview press “OK” to play or stop, press the direction arrow key can adjust the volume, and press to exit.

6. Play Music
   Press the menu button, select , press “OK” to enter the music interface, press the left /right arrow to choose music, and press the up/down arrow to adjust the volume.

7. Smart care
   You can open motion detection, sound detection, cry detection, motion tracking, etc, and then you can know your baby’s situation anytime anywhere .

8. Feeding reminder
   When you are busy or want to feed your baby regularly remind you to feed .

9. Temperature and humidity
   You can monitor the humidity and temperature of the baby room in real-time, and receive an alarm to take corresponding measures when the temperature and humidity exceed the set range.

10. Sleep mode
    Proper use of the screen can increase standby time.

11. Press the menu select settings, and choose  enter to interface.

12. You can set the device to use Power saving mode or a normal model.

13. You can adjust the screen lighting time by selecting the time.

14. In power-saving mode, the display goes to sleep and the sound is turned off. In normal mode, only the display light is turned off, the display does not enter sleep, and the sound will continue to play.

15. If you set it “Off”, the display standby time will reduce, please set the screen light time properly.

16. Date and time
    This is used to set local time on screen.

17. Device information and penetration mode

18. Press the menu button go to the menu settings, and select Go to device information.

19. Press the left/right arrow to select Display or Camera, and press “OK” to check if have new software.

20. If have a new version software, press “OK” to confirm to upgrade, after the upgrade successfully device restarts to work.

21. When you feel that the distance between the display and the camera is not enough, you can try to turn on the penetration mode. It may increase the distance but may violate the local wireless regulations, please confirm whether allowed to be used.

22. Safety protection
    You can open or close the Wi-Fi network channel, if you close it the device will lose connection with the app, and all users can not use the app to monitor the camera. You can view the records of the app access the camera, and also see the WIFI name and the WIFI signal.

Troubleshooting

1. The display cannot preview properly.
   A: Check if the display is paired with the camera. If not please pair first.

2. Cannot distinguish the coding button and the pairing button of the camera.

3. The screen is stuck or black and cannot be woken up. Pressing any key cannot work.
   A: Press the reset button on the monitor with the reset pin and wait for the monitor to restart.

4. The display and camera can not read the TF card.
   A: Please check if the TF card can be used properly, and format is FAT32.

5. The camera and App are paired and can monitor properly, but the smartphone Tuya Smart App can not receive notifications.

   • A: Check app is working on the phone and open the related notification function on the app.
   • B: Make sure you open the message notification and permission in the phone system setting.

Precaution

1. Please note that children are at risk of asphyxiation due to entanglement.
2. Keep power cables away from children at least one meter.
3. Do not allow children to use this product as a toy without supervision.
4. Do not leave the camera in the crib or enclosure.
5. The baby monitor kit is only a monitoring aid and does not replace the functions and responsibilities of guardian supervision.
6. Do not leave your baby unattended or stay lonely at home, babies need constant care and nurturing from adults.
7. Do not use this product in an environment where flammable gases may leak, or expose this product to rain or humidity.

All products are paired in the factory, no need to pair again. If a product can not work properly please contact your after-sales service.

Please confirm with your customer service before doing the below operation!

Attention

1. One camera only can pair with one app, but can share the device with other app users.
2. If you want to reset the display, go to the menu and select “Reset”
   • Press and hold the reset button on the camera until it sounds “di..”, the camera and App are unpaired. If you want to use the app to monitor the camera please pair the camera with App again.
   • If you want to set the camera to factory setting, press and hold the CALL button and Reset button until hear the sound “di..”, the camera will restart and sound the power on prompt tone, factory setting successfully.
