Product Usage Instructions

  1. Step 1: Level Dishwasher
    Ensure the dishwasher is level to prevent any operational issues.

  2. Step 2: Hot Water Connection
    Connect the dishwasher to hot water supply. Use a straight side with filter 3/4 fitting to connect to the wall.

  3. Step 3: Drain Hookup
    Connect the dishwasher flexible drain hose to a WYE fitting. Do not connect it to a TEE fitting.

  4. Step 4: Electrical Connection
    Consult a qualified installer to make electrical connections based on the specifications provided. Ensure proper voltage and phase requirements are met.

  5. Step 5: Chemicals
    Refer to the manual for detailed instructions on pump adjustments. Use commercial-grade, high-temperature, low-suds liquid detergent and liquid rinse for optimal cleaning results.

All plumbing and electrical connections must be made by a qualified installer in accordance with your state and local codes.

STEP 1: LEVEL DISHWASHER

  • Place dishwasher in its permanent location and use the leveling feet to ensure the unit is level and stable.

STEP 2: HOT WATER CONNECTION

  • The optimal water temperature is 140°F. For best results, the water temperature should be no lower than 125°F.
  • Install the included 5′ flexible water hose, filter, and gasket as shown in Fig. 1.

STEP 3: DRAIN HOOKUP

  • Open drain connection (1 1/2″ minimum IPS) (Fig. 2).
  • Connect dishwasher to drain using the gray flex drain (Fig. 3). Clamp it to the wall so that it remains in place.
  • Max. drain height: 10″ (Fig. 4).
  • DO NOT CONNECT DRAIN INTO A DISPOSAL.
  • DO NOT INSTALL P-TRAPS ON THE DRAIN HOSE.
  • DO NOT MAKE ANY DRAIN HOSE LOOP CONNECTIONS.

STEP 4: ELECTRICAL CONNECTION

  • Check amps consumption on data plate to size breaker correctly.
  • Have a qualified electrician direct connect the unit to the wall. Verify that all jumpers match your configuration (Fig. 5).
  • Write the model and serial number in the manual and keep in a safe place.

STEP 5: CHEMICALS

  • Dishwasher comes standard with built-in adjustable detergent and rinse pumps.
  • On the back of the dishwasher, locate clear tube marked “Detergent” and place inside detergent container (Fig. 6).
  • The unmarked clear tube is to be placed inside your rinse container (Fig. 6).
    NOTE : Refer to the manual for detailed instructions on pump adjustments.

STEP 6: PREPARATION FOR USE

  • Open door and CUT tie wraps from the wash and rinse arm. DO NOT PULL OFF.
  • Remove rack support, filter, and scrap basket (Fig. 7).
  • Verify the overflow tube is placed and secured with O-ring.
  • Place rack, filter, and scrap basket back into the unit.
  • Turn on water and verify there are no leaks.
  • Turn on power.
  • The unit will begin to fill both the wash tank and booster. Then, begin heating both tanks until the wash tank is above 150°F and the booster is above 180°F. Depending on your incoming water, this may take up to 30 minutes to achieve temperature.

Run machine to verify that all electrical, water, and drain hookups are correct, chemical amounts are adequate, and there are no leaks.
