How to use

Install the contact points

Charging the device

Use USB type-C cable to charge the device for about 2 hours.

After charging the receiver, close the waterproof cover .

Remote control on / off

Press the [switch / unlock] button for 1 second to start the device Long press the [switch / unlock] button for 3 seconds to turn off the device

receiver on / off

Press the [on / off] button for 3 seconds to switch on and off.

Pairing method

Long press the [switch] button of the receiver for 3 seconds, and the light will flash when the receiver is turned on, At the same time, press and hold the button of the remote control to complete the pairing.

Direction for use

This product is only suitable for healthy dogs and non-aggressive dogs. Please read the instructions carefully before using this product. Do not let children play with this product, it is not a toy. Charge the product according to the instructions, if done inappropriately it may cause fire and or explosion.

Risk of skin injury：

Choose the appropriate metal contact length, adjust the appropriate neck collar tie length, avoid the pet wearing the receiver unit for more than 12 hours every day, or it may cause damage to the dog’s skin. If there is skin damage, you should stop use it immediately. Keep the metal contacts and receiver clean and wipe with a soft cloth weekly.

Waterproof tips：

The waterproof grade of the remote control is IP53. In any case, please do not put the remote control in water. When the receiver is protected by the silica gel cover of USB interface, the protection level is IP67. Make sure closed the silica gel cover before use. If the silica gel cover is not properly closed during use, it may cause permanent damage to the device in rainy days or when the dog jump into the water.

LED Indicator Status

Charging the device

Use the attached USB in the accessory to connect one end of type-C to the remote control or neck loop unit, and the other end to the USB charger, the device can be charged. When the device is charging, all training functions will be automatically disabled,and there will be no action when the button is pressed.

Device On/Off

Remote control on / off Power

• On: press [unlock ] button to start the device.
• Standby：when no button is pressed, the remote control unit will go into dormant mode after 15 seconds. When in dormant mode, the screen will be displayed and the back light will be off.
• Wake up: when the remote control is in standby, press any button can wake it up.
• Power off: the device will be off automatically after 2 minutes of standby mode, or can press { } for 3 seconds to turn it off.receiver on / off
• Power On: press and hold the [on / off ] button continuously. After 3 seconds, the LED indicator lights up and release the button.
• Power off: press the [on / off ] button, the LED indicator lights up. After pressing the button continuously for 3 seconds, the LED indicator lights off, and release the button.

If the device fails to power on normally, please try to charge the device first.

Device pairing

1. 1. Turn off the receiver first.
   2. Press and hold the [on / off ] button continuously, and do not release it even after the device is turned on. Press and hold the button continuously for 10 seconds until the LED indicator of the receiver starts to flashing

Channel selection

1. When the remote control is on or standby, long press { }to enter the channel selection.
2. Press [ ] button to subtract one digit from the channel selection, press [ ] button to add one digit, the selected channel will flash, and you can select channels from 1-4.
3.  Press any button of{ } to confirm the channel selection.

Strength selection

1.  The remote control can select the output intensity of sound, vibration and shock when it is on or standby.
2.  Press the [increase ] button to increase the intensity, press the [decrease ] button to decrease the intensity ,the selected intensity display will flash, and the intensity level 1-4 can be selected.

Sound function

1.  The remote control can send a signal to trigger the receiver to make a sound when it is on or standby.
2.  Press the [sound ] button of the remote control to send a signal.
3.  Press and hold the button continuously to send out a signal, and it will stop automatically after 15 seconds.

Vibration function

1.  The remote control can send a signal to trigger the receiver to generate vibration when it is on or standby.
2.  Press the [vibration ] and [unlock ] buttons of the remote control at the same time to send signals.
3.  Press and hold the button continuously to send out a signal, and it will stop automatically after 15 seconds.
4.  By default, the vibration function will accompany with sound at the same time, can also turn off the sound if needed.

Shock function

1.  The remote control can send a signal to trigger the receiver to generate shock when it is on or standby.
2.  Press the [shock ] and [unlock ] buttons of the remote control at the same time to send signals.
3.  Press and hold the button continuously to send out a signal, and it will stop automatically after 15 seconds.
4.  The shock function will make sound at the same time by default, and the accompanying sound can also be turned off.

Device disposal

This product contains plastic, PCB, chip, polymer lithium battery and other parts. After the product life cycle is reached, it should not be mixed with ordinary domestic waste. Please discard the equipment to the electronic product recycling facility. Please comply with the local environmental protection requirements to dispose of the electronic equipment that containing lithium battery.

• Q: how old can a dog use the training system?
  • A: your dog can recognize and obey basic commands, such as “come here” or “sit”. This product is suitable for most big, medium and small dogs.
• Q:How may receiver can i add?
  • A:The remote control has four communicate channels,maximum can control 4 dogs.
• Q: how far is the control distance?
  • A: it can reach a radius of 500 meters in the open area without any interference. However, magnetic field, machine station, obstacles, battery power, other wireless devices, different terrain, and other factors may affect the remote control signal transmission and the actual remote control distance.
• Q: how do I know if the device needs charging?
  • A: the screen of the remote control can display the power of the remote control and the receiver unit. When the power is only half or less than half, it will display 1 grid (insufficient power). When the power is seriously insufficient and is about to be off, a blank space will be displayed. In order to ensure a better experience, please pay attention to the power and charge it in time.
• Q: how long is the battery life of the device?
  • A: the remote control and receiver unit use polymer batteries, which can be charged 400 times.
• Q:Can I tie the dog leading leash to the receiver unit?
  • A: this may cause the metal contacts against the dog’s neck during the pulling. We suggest to tie to a separate collar
• Q: how much shock and vibration gear does my dog need?
  • A: it is suggested to start with the lowest gear (1st gear), gradually increase the gear according to the actual training effect, and finally select the suitable gear.
• Q: what other methods helps training ?
  • A: it is suggested that you prepare some snacks for the dog as a training reward, which will be more effective. After effectively stopping bad habits, give the dog some snacks appropriately, and tell the dog what can and can’t do. After training many times, the dog will understand what you like and what you don’t like it to do.
• Q: when the device is put on the dog’s neck and the remote control button is used to send instructions, the dog does not respond. What is the problem?
  • A: Check if the remote control unit and receiver unit have power. Check if he remote control unit security lock is unlocked . Check if the receiver unit is switched on. Make sure that the metal contacts of the receiver unit is in good contact with the dog skin, and the receiver can not be worn too loose. You can check the wearing detection icon on the screen to indicate whether the contact is good. When the dog’s hair is too long, please replace the long metal contact. Try to re pair the remote control and the receiver unit
