  • There is too much weight on the scale before turning on, please remove the weight and restart.

  • The sensor has been damaged due to improper use.

  • Weight lock function has been turned on, the weighing result will be frozen even if you remove the object.
NOTE : Hold function only works on the top layer scale.

  • Weight lock function has been turn off.

  • It means the top layer platform scale is on but without the top layer platform lid on it, please put the platform lid on. Continued use of top layer platform scale without lid would damage the base layer platform scale sensor.

RECYCLING YOUR ELECTRICAL

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires UK distributors to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of WEEE.

UK distributors (including retailers) are required to provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge.

As a responsible retailer, we have met these requirements by offering all customers buying new electrical and electronic equipment free take-back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis.
