Headphones LED indicators
The headphone’s LED indicator informs about the state of the connection, among other aspects:
Pairing| An intermittent blue and red light will flash until the
headphones are paired.
---|---
Connected| A blue light will flash every 5 seconds.
Power on| A blue and red light will show once.
Power off| A red light will show for 2 seconds and then no light will
show.
Charging| A fixed red light will show while charging. When they are
fully charged a fixed blue light will show.
Turn on/off the headphones
To turn on the headphones tap the touch control for 2 seconds. To turn them off, tap the touch control for 6 seconds.
How to pair the headphones
- Activate the Bluetooth on your device, search for KSIX ASTRO on the available devices list, and select it. Once the connection has been successful, you will hear the word “Connected”. Once the headphones have been connected to a device, they will pair automatically when turned on.
- Troubleshooting: If the headphones do not turn on when tapping on the touch control for several seconds, it should be due to low battery. If there is any connection issue, reset the headphones as instructed later in this manual.
Usage method
Use the touch control to make use of all the functions of the device:
Power on/ Power off| To power on, tap the touch control for 2 seconds.
To power off, tap the touch control for 6 seconds.

Play/Pause| Tap the touch control once.
Previous/ Next song| To play the previous song, tap the touch control 4
times.
To play the next song, tap the touch control 3 times.
Volume – / +| To decrease the volume, tap the touch control 2 times.
To increase the volume, tap the touch control for 2 seconds.
Answer/ Hang up calls| To answer an incoming call, tap the touch control once.
To hang up, tap the touch control once.
Reject calls| To reject an incoming call, tap the touch control 3 times.
Voice assistants| To activate the voice assistants, tap the touch
control for 4 seconds.
How to reset the headphones
To reset the headphones, disconnect them, access your device’s settings, tap on KSIX ASTRO, and then on “Unpair”. Turn them off, then on, and repeat the pairing process.
Charging the headphones
- The headphones incorporate a USB-C port. To charge them, use the charging cable included in the box or any other compatible cable. Connect the USB-A connector of said cable to a wall charger or a computer output and connect the USB-C connector of the cable to the headphones.
- When the headphones are charging, the LED indicator will display a fixed red light. When they are fully charged the LED indicator will not display any light.
- Note: Please, if you use a wall charger to charge the headphones, make sure that it is a 5V charger.
Troubleshooting
If the headphone’s LED indicator does not turn on during the charge, it should be due to a power supply issue. Please, check if the charging cable is correctly connected to the headphones. Check both ends of the cable, as well as the power supply state and the device you are using to charge, whether it is a wall charger, a powerbank, or a PC port.
Maintenance recommendations
- Regularly clean the product with a dry cloth. The product must be disconnected or switched on when you clean it.
- Keep the connectors and/or ports free from dust, lint, etc. to prevent improper connections.
- Avoid breaking the device. Do not put objects over it or bend it too strongly.
- If the product includes a cable do not bend it too strongly and do not pull from it to unplug the product.
- Do not wet the product. Keep it always in a dry place, away from humidity.
- When not using the product, store it in a place free from dust, dirt, lint, liquids, etc.
- If water or other liquids enter the product interior, unplug it immediately from any attached power source or device it is connected to.
- Avoid dropping or hitting the product. It might be damaged.
- Do not use the product for anything other than its intended use.
- Please recycle the product according to local environmental laws and regulations.
