Installation Instructions:
- Check for ADA regional & local installing/mounting requirements.
- Locate the mounting bracket and screws. Position the bracket approximately 36 inches from the floor and 7-9 inches from the front edge of the toilet. Use a level to mark holes for screws and attach the mounting bracket to the wall.
- Position the dispenser over the bracket, aligning recesses on the back of the dispenser with the tabs on the bracket. Ensure the dispenser is fully seated on the bracket.
- Mark and pre-drill bottom mounting holes. Attach the bottom of the dispenser to the wall using screws through the molded-in holes at the bottom corners of the dispenser back.
Loading Instructions:
- Install the first roll on the right side of the dispenser by sliding the access door to the left.
- Ensure the first roll unwinds counterclockwise. Align the roll’s dimple with the arrow on the dispenser and push upward to lock it into place.
- To install the second roll, slide the access door from left to right, blocking the first roll. Align and install the second roll following the same procedure as the first roll.

IMPORTANT! For secure mounting, follow instructions thoroughly. Ensure
that proper mounting hardware is used for appropriate wall composition, as
enclosed hardware may not be compatible with your wall surface.
- Locate the mounting bracket and screws in the hardware packet provided. Using a level, position the bracket approximately 36” from the floor and 7-9” from the front edge of the toilet to the center of the bracket and use as a template to mark holes for screws. Screw the mounting bracket into the wall, using marked holes as a guide (Figure 1).
- Position the dispenser over the bracket, aligning recesses on the back of the dispenser over the 2 tabs protruding at top of the bracket. Push down firmly to make sure the dispenser is fully seated on the bracket (Figure 2).
- Using the bottom holes as a guide, mark the location of the bottom mounting holes. Pre-drill the bottom 2 holes using a #25 drill (0.150” diameter).
- Attach bottom of dispenser to the wall, installing screws through the molded -in holes at bottom left and right corners of dispenser back (Figure 3).
Loading Instructions
Note : The right side must be loaded first or you will be unable to load the second roll of tissue.
- Install the first roll on the right side of the dispenser by sliding the access door to the left (Figure 1).
- To install the first roll: Make sure the roll unwinds in a counter clock-wise direction. Then align the dimple in the center of the roll with the arrow on the front of the dispenser. Push roll upward until it locks into place.
- To install the second roll of tissue, slide the access door from the left to the right, blocking the roll you just installed (Figure 2).
- Make sure the roll unwinds in a clock-wise direction. Then align the dimple of the second roll with the arrow on the left side of the dispenser front. Push the roll upwards until it locks into place.
