IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

IMPORTANT! READ CAREFULLY AND KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

  • STROLLER The instructions for use must be kept for the entire life of the universal belted enhanced child restraint system.
  • WARNING Never leave the child unattended.
  • WARNING This product is suitable from birth to weight of the child up to 22 kg or years, whichever comes first.
  • WARNING Ensure that all the locking devices are engaged before use.
  • WARNING To avoid injury ensure that the child is kept away when unfolding and folding this product.
  • WARNING Do not let the child play with this product
  • WARNING Use a harness as soon as the child can sit unaided.
  • WARNING This seat unit is not suitable for children under 6 months.
  • WARNING Always use the restraint system.
  • WARNING Check that the pram body seat unit or car seat attachment devices are correctly engaged before use.
  • WARNING This product is not suitable for running or skating.
  • WARNING This product is designed to be used from the baby’s birth. You shall use the most reclined position for newborn babies. The newborn child is not able to sit and hold his or her head up unassisted. Therefore do not fix the backrest in the sting position for children under 6 months. No additional mattress/ cushion shall be added.
  • WARNING This carrycot is intended for a child who cannot sit up unassisted, turn over, or get up on their hand and knees. Maximum weight of the child: 9 kg
  • WARNING When using the car seat: the car seats are not meant to replace a cot or a bed. If your child needs to sleep, you need to place them in a suitable pram body, cot, or bed.
  • WARNING Only spare parts delivered or recommended by the manufacturer/ distributor can be used.
  • WARNING Keep all plastic packages away from children to avoid the risk of suffocation.
  • Parking devices shall be engaged when placing and removing the children.
  • The shopping basket can take a maximum load of 2 kg.
  • Any load attached to the handle and/or on the back of the backrest and/or the sides of the vehicle will affect the stability of the vehicle. Maximum load of the accessory bag 1 kg. Do not hang any additional bags.
  • Regularly check for loose parts. Make routine inspections, and regularly maintain, clean, and/ or wash the vehicle.
  • The vehicle shall be used only for one child.
  • Accessories which are not approved by the manufacturer shall not be used.
  • Make sure that the safety belts are placed properly.
  • Only spare parts delivered or recommended by the manufacturer/ distributor shall be used.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS WHEN USING THE CARRYCOT WITH THE STROLLER

  • WARNING: This product is only suitable for a child who cannot sit up unaided.
  • WARNING: Only use on a firm, horizontal level and dry surface.
  • WARNING: Do not let other children play unattended near the carrycot.
  • WARNING: Do not use if any part of the carrycot is broken, torn, or missing.
  • WARNING: Do not leave flexible carrying handles inside the carrycot.
  • WARNING: KEEP AWAY FROM THE FIRE!
  • WARNING: The handles and the bottom of the carrycot should be inspected regularly for signs of damage and wear.
  • WARNING: Make sure that the head of the child in the carrycot should never be lower than the body of the child.
  • WARNING: Do not add another mattress on top of the mattress provided or recommended by the manufacturers.
  • WARNING: This carrycot is intended for a child who cannot sit up unassisted, turn over, or get up on their hand and knees. Maximum weight of the child: 9 kg
  • Use only replacement parts supplied or approved by the manufacturer;
  • Do not place the carry cot near an open fire or other source of strong heat;
  • The handles and the bottom of the carrycot should be inspected regularly for signs of damage and wear;
  • Before carrying or lifting, make sure that the handle(s) is (are) in the correct position of use;
  • Before carrying or lifting the base shall be adjusted in the lowest position;
  • The restraint system shall be removed/hidden/covered when the product is used outside the car for unattended sleeping;
  • The head of the child in the carrycot should never be lower than the body of the child;
  • Do not add another mattress on top of the mattress provided or recommended by the manufacturers.

CAR SEAT
The instructions for use must be kept for the entire life of the universal belted enhanced child restraint system.

WARNING!

  1. This car seat provides optimal safety in all installation positions for which it was designed.
  2. This is an i-Size Universal Belted Enhanced Child Restraint System (40-87 cm). It is approved under European Regulation 129 (ECE R129), for use in i-Size compatible car seats as indicated by manufacturers in the car owner’s manual. If you have questions, please consult either the Universal Belted Enhanced Child Restraint System manufacturer or the distributor.
  3. This is an ‘i-Size Universal Belted Enhanced’ child restraint system, approved under European ECE R129, for its general use in cars, although it is not suitable for all cars.
  4. It should be installed in cars for which the manufacturer states in its car owner’s manual that the vehicle is suitable for an ‘i-Size Universal Belted Enhanced’ child restraint system for this age range.
  5. The product has been approved under European regulation ECE R129 and can be used for heights between 40 and 87 cm and a maximum weight of 15 kg.
  6. Make sure that the buckle is correctly fastened before starting to drive.
  7. Any straps holding the restraint to the vehicle should be tight, any support leg should be in contact with the vehicle floor, any straps or impact shields restraining the child should be adjusted to the child’s body, and the straps should not be twisted.
  8. Ensure that any strap or belt that holds the child is not folded or twisted and remains tightened.
  9. Ensure that the abdominal belt or strap rests as low as possible over the child’s hips, on both sides.
  10. In the event of an accident, even if there are no apparent damages, the seat may be unsafe. The seat should be replaced after being subjected to the sudden and strong stresses associated with an accident.
  11. Instructions and illustrations are for informational purposes only. The child universal belted enhanced restraint system may contain small differences compared to the photographs or images in the instructions manual. These variations do not affect its approval by Regulation ECE R129.
  12. Under no circumstances should the car seat be installed in the car’s passenger seat opposite the direction of travel if there is an active airbag.
  13. Please read the instructions carefully, as incorrect installation could result in serious injury. In this case, the manufacturer shall not be held liable.
  14. Ensure that all the locking devices are engaged before use.
  15. It is dangerous to undertake any changes or additions to the safety seat without approval from the competent authority. It is dangerous to not strictly follow the installation instructions provided by the child car set manufacturer.
  16. Please never use the safety seat without its cover or the harness protectors.
  17. Make sure to protect the child safety seat from direct sunlight as it could heat up and hurt the child.
  18. The car seat should remain permanently installed in the vehicle, even when the child is not in it. Never leave the child unattended when sitting in the car seat, even when the seat is outside the vehicle.
  19. Make sure that any luggage or objects that could cause injuries in the event of an accident are fastened securely.
  20. The cover of the universal belted enhanced restraint system should not be replaced with another unless recommended by the manufacturer, because it is an integral part of the system for securing children!
  21. It should be installed in cars for which the manufacturer states in its car owner’s manual that the vehicle is suitable for an ‘i-Size Universal Belted Enhanced’ child restraint system for this age range.
  22. Security is only guaranteed if the child restraint is fitted per these instructions.
  23. For the i-Size universal belted enhanced child restraint system, the user must read the instructions manual of the vehicle’s manufacturer.
  24. Don’t use it in forward-facing positions.
  25. Do not use rearward-facing child seats in seating positions where an active frontal airbag is installed. Death or serious injury can occur.
  26. It is important to ensure that any lap strap is worn low down so that the pelvis is firmly engaged.
  27. The instruction must be retained on the child restraint for its life period.
  28. The hard components or plastic parts of safety devices for children should be deployed and installed in a way that during everyday use of the vehicle not be jammed by the movable seats or doors. Prevent harness/vehicle belt from getting trapped between car doors or rubbing against sharp parts of the seat or body.
  29. All belts that fix the restraint system to the vehicle must be tightened, and all belts retaining the child must be adjusted according to the child’s body. Twisting of the belts shall not be allowed.
  30. Don’t use another support point of contact except the ones described in the instructions and marked on the universal belted enhanced child restraint system.
  31. If the universal enhanced belted child restraint system offers an alternative support point of contact and you consider that using that alternative route is not satisfactory, please contact the manufacturer of the universal belted child restraint system.
  32. Install the car seat in the seating positions indicated in this instruction.
  33. Do not use the car seat in the house. It is not designed for home use and should only be used in the vehicle.
  34. Before you set any mobile or adjustable part of the child seat, you need to remove your child from the child seat.
  35. Check regularly the belts for wearing by paying special attention to the fixing points, the safety guards, and the adjusting devices.
  36. Do not leave the buckle partially closed, it must be locked when all parts are engaged. You must be able to remove the child from the seat immediately in case of emergency. You have to teach the child not to play with the buckle.
  37. Keep the child’s chair in a safe place away from children when not in use. Avoid placing heavy objects on the chair. Prevent contact of your vehicle chair with corrosive substances, for example acid from the battery. This product complies with ECE R129.

    • ?2 CAN NOT BE USED FOR SEATS with a 2-point belt!

STROLLER ASSEMBLING

  1. Unfolding: As shown in the picture. Hold the handlebar and fully open the stroller. When you hear the “click” sound, pull to open the second part. The frame is now opened. (Fig 1-3)kikka-boo-SELINA-3-In-1-Stroller-Set-fig-1 \(2\)
  2. Install the front wheels (according to the design): Insert the front wheel fold joint into the front slot. When you hear a “dick” sound, the front wheel will be in the right place. If you want to remove it, just hold down the iron part and pull out the wheel (Fig. 4-5).
  3. Install the rear wheels: as shown in the picture, put the wheel gasket into the rear axle of the wheels accordingly. Then insert the pin into the hole of the wheel axle and fix it firmly. Finally, install the cover wheel.
  4. Install the rear wheels: as shown in the picture, put the rear wheel fold joint into the rear slot. When you hear a “click” sound, the rear wheel will be well installed (if you want to remove it, just hold down the iron part and pull out the wheel). (Fig.6-7))
  5. Install the front armrest: as shown in Fig. 8, insert it into the railing holes (if you want to remove it, just press the button and pull out the armrest).
  6. Install the canopy: as shown in Fig. 9, fasten the canopy joints on the side rails. Then, as shown in Fig. 10, if you want to fold the canopy fasten it on the button which is behind the canopy. (Fig.8-10)

USE OF BRAKE

  1. The stroller is equipped with a foot brake located on the rear axle. Press the brake down; the brake is activated when you hear the locking sound (Fig. 11). The brake is unlocked by pressing it upwards.
  2. Adjust the leg rest: Use both hands to hold the leg rest tightly. Use your index fingers to press it and then move the leg rest as the arrow in the picture indicates. Adjust the leg rest in the desired position. When your baby sleeps, fully raise the leg rest to make it more comfortable. (Fig. 12-13)
  3. Adjust the Pram canopy: shown as a diagram, the drawback to using such an arrowhead direction is opening the Pram canopy by pulling it in the opposite direction. To tuck the canopy, press the buttons on both sides with both hands and push the pram canopy down. (Fig. 14-18)kikka-boo-SELINA-3-In-1-Stroller-Set-fig-1 \(10\)
  4. Adjustable backrest: the button of the backrest regulates sliding up and down. The back can be adjusted at any angle you want.

    • FOLDING: When folding the stroller, press the two lock buttons located on the handle (Fig. 22). Then fold the stroller following the arrows (Fig. 23). The stroller is now folded. RELEASE Y-SHAPED BELTS

  • See A2:
1. 0pen the buckle (press the red button of the buckle);
2. Put the child into the child car seat;
3. The height of the shoulder straps should be slightly higher than the child’s shoulder. There is no distortion knot and winding in straps.

RELEASE Y-SHAPED BELTS | TIGHTEN THE HARNESS

  • See A3:
    • Step 1. Put the two buckle latches together. Figure 1
    • Step 2. Put locked latches into the safety buckle, When you hear the “dick” noise, it means that the safety buckle has been completely locked. Figure 2 When inserting locked latches into the buckle, make sure to hear a crisp “dick” noise.
    • Step   3. Check the harness is correctly locked by pulling the shoulder straps upwards and downwards. Figure 3 Shoulder belts should be securely locked with your child, and the lap straps should be as low as possible.
    • Step 4. Tighten the adjuster strap, but keep the degree of comfort for your child. Loose and baggy straps are dangerous. Check the tightness every time. Figure 4 The max clearance between the shoulder belt and the child’s shoulder is about only one finger’s width.

INSTALLATION STEPS

  • This car seat is approved for use with the following types of installation methods:
  • This is a Universal Belted Enhanced Child Restraint System suitable for a newborn with a weight of 0-13 kg. and an approximate height of 40-87 cm.
  • Three-point car seat belt + harness of safety seat (rear-facing installation)

  1. Install the child car seat on the vehicle seat rearward-facingly, and ensure that it is close to the backrest of the vehicle seat. Figure 12. Put the lap strap of the vehicle belt across the slots that are in the child’s car seat and insert the latch of the vehicle belt into its buckle. Figure 23. Put the shoulder strap of the vehicle belt across the headrest which is in the child-safety chair and tighten it. Figure 34. Tighten the seat belt to ensure that it has been tightened without loosening. Make sure the seat belt is not twisted and knotted.
