Operation

Unravelling the hose

  1. Pull the irrigation hose 9 out of the hose box 3 to the desired length ( see fig. K). ****
  2. Reduce the tension. Due to the product’s STOP function, the irrigation hose briefly retracts until it is held by the retraction block.
  3. Open the tap.
  4. Open the spray nozzle 10 ( see fig. L ). ****

Note : The STOP function makes it possible to stop the hose at any desired point. This makes it possible to work without consistently pulling the irrigation hose. Briefly pull on the irrigation hose 9 to release the retraction block.

Re-raveling the hose

RISK OF INJURY AND DAMAGE! If the irrigation hose is not guided, the spring tension of the automated raveling system can cause it to spin around and lead to injury and property damage. Always guide the irrigation hose by hand. Ensure that no other people are nearby when traveling. Never reach inside of the housing.

  1. Close the spray nozzle 10.
  2. Close the tap.
  3. Open the spray nozzle 10 to release the water pressure. Close the spray nozzle.
  4. Hold the irrigation hose 9 by the spray nozzle 10. Briefly pull on the irrigation hose to release the attraction block. Guide the irrigation hose by hand while it automatically rolls up to the limit stop 5 into the hose box 3 ( see fig. M ). ****
  5. Swivel the hose box 3 towards the wall to save space (see fig. A).

Connecting other devices using water

  • To connect other devices that use water, remove the spray nozzle 10 from the hose connector with the water stop 11 ( see fig. N). The water stop integrated into the hose connector will prevent water from flowing backward.

Winter storage

Protect the product against frost. The freezing residual water in the hose will expand and may cause damage.

  1. Disconnect the connection hose 12 from the tap.
  2. Completely drain the connection hose 12. Make sure that the irrigation hose 9 is also emptied.
  3. Allow all parts to dry fully.
  4. Remove the hose box 3 from the wall bracket 1 (see fig. F).
  5. Store the hose box 3 so that it is protected from frost.

Improper use of the product may result in damage to the product.

  • Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or sharp or metal cleaning tools such as knives, rigid scrapers, etc. These can damage the surfaces.

Cleaning

Clean all parts with a lightly moistened cloth.

Maintenance and care

After every use:
Re-ravel the irrigation hose 9 to the limit stop 5 after each use to release the pressure on the retaining spring.
