Step 1:
Install the support brackets(A) onto the hitch bar(B) on the outside of the welded brackets using 4 pcs M8x20 Bolts (H). Leave bolts hand tight.
Step 2:
Place the motorcycle rack (C)between the support brackets and install 4 pcs M8x40 bolts (G), washers (I), and nuts (J). Securely tighten all 8 pcs support bracket bolts.
Install the other motorcycle rack platform rotated 180°of the first motorcycle rack platform and repeated Steps 1&2.
Step 3:
Insert the hitch bar into the trailer hitch, and install the hitch pin (L). Put “U” size steel down to the hitch bar, then assemble the bracket as the right picture shows. Slide the anti-tilt bracket (F)towards the vehicle and tighten the bolts evenly. They will pinch the bracket on the collar on the hitch, preventing excessive movement of the rack.
Step 4:
The ramp (D) stores on hitch bar with 2 PCS M10x25 screws (E).
Ramp Usage
Put the ramp on the motorcycle rack. Motorcycles can move along the ramp.
Step 5:
The optional lock pin (K) can be inserted into the front of the motorcycle rack to make the front wheel gap smaller.
Step 6:
Secure each motorcycle to the rack with tie down straps (M). Use two ratchet straps attached to the handlebars, two straps attached to the rear frame of the bike, and two wheel ties.
Ratchet Belt Use Method
A. Installation And Tightening
1. Thread the tail of the webbing from the outside in under the center slot.
2. Thread the tail of the webbing through the center slot.
3. Pull the tensioner handle back and forth.
B. Unraveling Method
1. Use your hand to pull the spring buckle on the handle.
2. Open the handle in a zigzag position.
3. Pull out the webbing here to untie it.
