Download & connect with APP

To get detailed records of your day to day activites and health status, you can download “DaFit” App. You can connect your smartwatch and device with simple steps. Connect with the “DaFit” App and enjoy the features.

Check out the following steps to download and install DaFit App to begin your fitness journey:

• Scroll down on watch face
• Click “Settings–QR code”
• Use your device to scan QR code to download & install “DaFit” App
• Alternatively, you can download and install “DaFit” App from Play Store for android device and App Store for iOS device.

• Open “DaFit” App, select “Add Device” on the device page, and follow the instructions written below on the screen.

Call with Bluetooth feature

Android Devices
Once the watch is connected to “DaFit” App correctly: 

• Connect device through bluetooth to the smartwatch
• Pop-up reminder will appear as “PAIR”
• Choose to pair with “beatXP Marv Neo”
• Your device is now successfully connected
• Go to settings page of your device
• Select and connect with “beatXP Marv Neo”
• Click to pair
• Bluetooth call feature can be used once paired successfully

iOS Devices
Once the watch is connected to “DaFit” App correctly: 

• Go to settings page of your device
  • Select and connect with “beatXP Marv Neo”
  • Click to pair
  • Bluetooth call feature can be used once paired successfully

Tips to Boost the Performance:

1. Please upgrade the “DaFit” App to the latest version to get a better experience.
2. Recommended device system: Andriod 5.0 or above and IOS 9.o or above.
3. For connecting for the first time with iphone, “Pair” reminder will pop-up, click to pair, then incoming calls and instant messages will be displayed.
4. For the first time connection with android, “Permissions” reminder will pop-up, please follow up the guidance and allow permissions to ensure that all functions are working properly.
5. To connect successfully, please turn on mobile phone’s bluetooth, GPS and network.
6. If the device cannot be searched or connected during use, please reset or turn off the watch and try again.

Operating Instructions

• Shortcut page: Slide down from the main page to enter the shortcut page.

• Read notifications : To read the notifications, scroll up from the main watch interphase. In case of no updates, “No notification” will be displayed.

• Change menu style: To change menu style, go to settings–menu style–select the desired one.

• Split-screen : Swipe left to right from the main page to enter split-screen. Long press the function icon in the split-screen to customize function icons.

• Smart component: Slide right from the main page enter into smart components page, there are 7 components, click”+” to add components, long press to delete.

• Power on/off: Press the side button for 3 seconds to switch on/off the watch

• Change watch faces: Long press the watch face on main page, slide left or right to choose watch faces.

Product Features

• Sports modes: There are multiple sports modes in your beatXP Marv Neo smartwatch, you can select the desired sports mode.

• Drink water reminder: Set drinking water alerts on your smartwatch to keep you hydrated all the time.

• Sleep monitor: Record and view the total sleep, deep sleep and light sleep duration of the previous night. More detailed information analysis and records can be viewed in the App.

• Health status: You can record steps, distance, calories for the day. Detailed information analysis and data records can be viewed and analyzed in the App.

• Heart rate monitor: Measure real-time heart rate value; beatXP Marv Neo can record and display the heart rate value throughout the day and keep a record in the App

• Blood pressure: You can easily measure real-time blood pressure and view the detailed report in the App.

• Blood oxygen level: Measure real-time blood oxygen value and save data for every ten minutes. Also view the detailed information and recorded data in the App.

• Breathing exercise: You can perform respiratory exercise for two minutes to keep your lungs healthy. ****

• Weather: You can check the weather conditions for next 4 days. Smartwatch must be connected to the App before taking the readings. If the connection is disabled for a long time, the weather information will not be updated.

• Music control: Once connected with the device, beatXP Marv Neo can control the music play/pause/previous/next song on the mobile phone, and the volume can be adjusted.

• Message: You can view text notifications, upto 8 latest messages will be shown.

• Alarm clock: You can set 3 alarms. During alarm, watch will vibrate, ring and display will turn on.

• Flashlight: Light up the screen to turn on the flashlight.

• Camera control: After connecting to the phone, the watch can be used as a remote control for the phone’s camera, and click on the watch camera control icon to control the phone camera.

• Find device: You can find your device with your smartwatch. Make sure your watch in connected with the App.

• Game: Enjoy games like 2048, Thunder Battleship and Young Bird.

• Al voice assistant: Click Al voice function icon, make sure the bluetooth is successfully connected before you make commands.

• More functions: Torch / Calculator / World Clock/ Timer /Stop Watch/ Dial, can also be accessed through the watch.

• Calling with watch: Connect with your device and you can call or receive the incoming calls with the smart watch. You can also check contacts and calls record.

Charging

• Attach the charging cable to the watch charging port, ensure the metal pins are fully connected
• Please use the correct charging adapters which are SV or O.SA and above

Note: If the smart watch can not be powered on after being charged for a long time, please clean up the charging metal pins and make sure that it is getting charged.

Warranty

• One year replacement warranty on a manufacturing defects

Following reasons will discontinue the warranty:

• Personal assemble or disassemble.
• Got damaged by falling.
• Users caused damage or due to the third party’s fault, improper use (such as: water in the smart watch, external force shattering, scratch during use etc.)
• Please submit your details using warranty card to initiate the warranty period of beatXP Marv Neo.
• Please contact beatXP customer support team for warranty claim.
