Note

Before using this heater, please ensure all parts are completed.

  • Please note that the heater fan will still working 20 seconds until it completely shut off as to protect heating system and better for long-term use.
  • Please wait about 10s for the device resetting, when tip- over or sudden power outage.
  • Please place it on FLAT and HARD place instead of soft place like carpet which might trigger the tip-over protection and cause auto shut-off.
  • Please turn off the heater before you plug out.
  • Please pull the plug out if you don’t use the heater for a long time,
  • Please ensure the power is off and the plug has been pulled out when moving the heater.
  • Please stop using it and contact the customer service team, if the wires are found damaged.
  • Please switch off the heater, clean it with the soft cloth and soap, when there is dirt found on the surface of the heater.
  • Please keep the heater away from people which is of disability, sensory handicaps, intellectual deficiency or lack of experience and general knowledge (including children), except the usage is fully under the watch and guard by their guardians
  • DO NOT cover the heater or fouch the protection net when it is working.
  • DO NOT touch the protection net when it is working, and keep away from walls/block at least 8 centimeter.
  • DO NOT place the heater nearby curtain or something that is easy to be sucked in
  • DO NOT use the heater in the environment of inflammable and explosive. The environment temperature should not over 30° C. Keep the heater away from the inflammable object at least 1 meter to avoid fire hazard.
  • DO NOT twist or pull the wire, which might cause damage.
  • DO NOT touch the plug with a wet hand to avoid electric shock.
  • DO NOT use the heater in or around these places: bathtub, sprayer or swimming pool etc.
  • DO NOT place and use the heater below the electric socket.
  • DO NOT inject your finger or any object into the heater while it is working
  • DO NOT use the heater in condition of high temperature, humid, aunty or volatile place of acid, alkali and oil.
  • DO NOT clean it with the gasoline, alcohol and the organic detergent.
