IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTION

When using electrical appliance, basic precaution should always be followed including the following:

  • Read all instructions.
  • To protect against risk of electrical shock do not put the appliance unit cord or plug in water or other liquid.
  • Close supervision is necessary when an appliance is used by or near children. Unplug the appliance when not in use, changing accessory or before cleaning.
  • Avoid contacting moving parts.
  • If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by manufacturer or its service agent or similarly qualified in order to avoid a hazard.
  • The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire, electrical shock or injury.
  • Do not use outdoors.
  • Do not let cord to hang over edge of table or counter
  • Keep hands and utensils away from moving blades or discs while processing food to reduce risk of severe injury to person or damage to the food mixer.
  • Blades are sharp, take care of your hands.
  • Care must be taken when handling sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and cleaning.
  • To reduce the risk of injury, never place cutting blades or discs on base.
  • Never feed food by hand, always use food pusher
  • Turn off the machine before replace attachment
  • Use the product and assemble the accessory as mentioned on user manual only.
  • Switch Off the appliance before changing accessories or approaching parts which move in use.
  • This appliance can be used by children over the age of 8 and people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, if they are under constant supervision or instructed in the safe use of the appliance and understand the possible dangers. Children should not play with the appliance.
    Cleaning and customer service should not be performed by children without supervision.

Turn the appliance on

The appliance will stop automatically when continuous working time reach 10mins.

OPERATION POSITIONS

Warning!

  • Do not operate the machine continuously more than 10 minutes.

  • After one time use, the machine should be cooled down for 30 minutes.

  • Do not make pasta exceed 1000g flour continuously, after making pasta with 1000g flour, the machine need 30 minutes rest to cool down.

  • Operate the appliance only when the accessory/ tool is attached according to this table and is in the operating position.

  • Risk of injury from the rotating tools!

  • While the appliance is operating, keep fingers far away from the mixing bowl.

  • Do not change tools until the appliance is at a standstill and have been unplugged.

How to use Beater, Balloon Whisk and Kneading Hook

  1. One hand press the head down, then the other hand press the tilthead button (as picture shown)

  2. Lift the head up. Assemble the bowl into base in clockwise.

  3. Assemble bowl cover clockwise.

  4. According to your needs, assemble beater, balloon whisk, kneading hook into rotating axis then revolve them clockwise.

  5. One hand press the head down, then, the other hand press the tilt-head button, until you hear the «click» sound, set the head to the position as picture shown. Power on, set appropriate speed.

  6. After food is ready, press button «OFF», unplug. One hand press the head down,

  7. Then, the other hand press the tilt-head button, lift the head up, until you hear the «click» sound. Remove beater, balloon whisk kneading hook counter-clockwise.

  8. Remove bowl cover counter-wise.

  9. Remove bowl with prepared food counter-clockwise.

Meat grinder
  1. Take off the front cover as picture shown.

  2. Following their sequence shown as picture, assemble worm shaft, blade and cutting disc into cutting meat tube, then assemble cutting screw bar clockwise.

  3. Following the sequence shown as picture, assemble worm shaft, cover, sausage canister into cutting meat tube, then assemble cutting screw
    clockwise.

  4. Following the sequence shown as picture, assemble worm shaft, conductor, meatball (kibbeh) canister into cutting meat tube, then assemble cutting screw clockwise.

  5. Following the sequence shown as picture, assemble worm shaft, blade, cutting plate and the first part of cookies maker accessory into cutting meat tube, then assemble cutting screw clockwise.
    Then slide the second part of the cookie maker accessory into the holes in the first part of the cookie maker accessory so that the desired shape is in the center of the square.

  • Please remember to disassemble cutting tube from the machine, when changing these accessories.

    1. Align arrow on cutting cylinder to the other one on arm then assemble prepared cutting meat tube into arm counter-clockwise shown as picture.
      Fasten cutting screw after cutting meat tube fixed correctly.

    2. Assemble loading tray into cutting meat tube then place bowl to outlet of cutting meat tube.

    3. Powder on for running.
      Turn switch to appropriate speed then put food into feeding inlet with pusher to push down.

    4. Turn switch to “OFF” when food is ready then unplug. Remove pusher and loading tray.

    5. Press release button, remove cutting meat tube from arm clockwise.

Blender
  1. Take off the body cover up wards.

  2. Place the jug on the arm and push it down until it is securely locked into place.

  3. Put food to be processed into the jug.

  4. Place the lid firmly on the jug, insert the small cup into the lid opening and turn it clockwise to lock.

  5. When use blender, please press button ‘P’ or speed 1-6 to operate this machine.

Grater/shredder
  1. Take off the front cover as picture shown.

  2. Following the sequence, assemble the accessories.

  3. Assemble the prepared grater/ shredder into arm counterclockwise.

  4. Fix the grater/shredder.

  5. Turn switch to ‘OFF’ when food was ready, then unplug and cut off power. Press release button. Remove grater/shredder from arm clockwise.

  6. Assemble the front protection cover downwards.

Recipes for reference
  • Balloon Whisk At least 4 egg whites Speed 6 For 5 minutes

  • Beater Cream or salad Speed 4-5 For 5 minutes

  • Kneading Hook 500g flour100g sugar  25g milk powder 10g yeast 75g
    butter 3 egg yolks 8g salt 225 ml water Speed 1-2 For 10 minutes

  • Blender Speed 6 Max. working time 2 min. to blend soft fruit.

CLEANING AND SERVICING

  • Never immerse the base unit in water or hold under running water.
  • Do not use abrasive to clean.
  • Wipe unit with a damp cloth, if required; use a litter washing up liquid.
  • Then wipe unit dry.
  • Do not wedge plastic parts in the dishwasher as they could be warped.
  • Rinse and dry thoroughly.
  • After washing and drying, immediately place attachment into the protective sleeve for storage

CORRECT DISPOSAL OF THIS PRODUCT

This marking indicates that this product should not be disposed with other household wasters. To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, Recycle it responsibly to promote to sustainable reuse of material resources.

Warranty Conditions

The plant guarantees normal operation of the product within 12 months from the date of the sale, provided that the consumer complies with the rules of operation and care provided by this Manual.

Service life of the product is 5 years.
In order to avoid any misunderstanding we kindly ask you to carefully study the Owner’s Manual, the terms of warranty, and check the correctness of filling the Warranty Card. The Warranty Card is valid only if the following information is correctly and clearly stated: model, serial number of the product, date of sale, clear seals of the company-seller, signature of the buyer. The model and serial number of the product must correspond to those specified in the Warranty Card.

If these terms are violated, and if the information specified in the Warranty Card is changed, erased or rewritten, the Warranty Card is considered invalid.
Setup and installation (assembly, connection, etc.) of the appliance are described in the attached documentation; they can be carried out both by the user, and by specialists having the necessary qualification sent by USC or selling companies (on a paid basis). In this case, the person (the institution) installing the appliance shall be responsible for the correctness and quality of installation (setup). Please pay attention to the importance of the correct installation of the appliance, both for its reliable operation, and for obtaining warranty and free service. Require the installation specialist to enter all the necessary information about the installation in the Warranty Card.

In case of failure of the appliance during the warranty period by the fault of the manufacturer, the owner is entitled to free warranty repair upon presentation of the correctly filled Warranty Card together with the appliance in the factory configuration packed in the original packaging to the
warranty workshop or the place of its purchase. Satisfaction of the customer’s claim due to the fault of the manufacturer shall be made in accordance with the law «On Protection of Consumers’ Rights». In the case of warranty repair the warranty period shall be extended for the period of repair and shipment.

WARRANTY CARD

Dear Buyer! Congratulations on your purchase of the ARDESTO brand appliance, which was designed and manufactured in accordance with the highest quality standards, and we thank you for choosing this particular instrument.

We ask you to keep the coupon during the warranty period. When purchasing a product, require a full warranty card.

  1. Warranty service is carried out only if there is a correctly and clearly filled original warranty card, which indicates: product model, date of sale, serial number, warranty service period, and the seller’s seal. *
  2. The service life of household appliances is 5 years.
  3. The product is intended for consumer use. When using the product in commercial activities, the seller / manufacturer does not bear warranty obligations, after-sales service is performed on a paid basis.
  4. Warranty repair is carried out within the period specified in the warranty card for the product in an authorized service center on the conditions and terms determined by applicable law.
  5. The product is withdrawn from the warranty in case of violation by the consumer of the operating rules set forth in the instruction manual.
  6. The product is removed from warranty service in the following cases:
    • misuse and non-consumer use;
    • mechanical damage;
    • damage caused by the ingress of foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects;
    • damage caused by natural disasters (rain, wind, lightning, etc.), fire, domestic factors (excessive humidity, dust, aggressive environment, etc.)
    • damage caused by non-compliance of power and cable network parameters with state standards and other similar factors;
    • when operating equipment in the power supply network with a missing single ground loop;
    • in case of violation of seals installed on the product;
    • lack of serial number of the device, or inability to identify it.
  7. The warranty does not cover consumables and accessories, as well as filters, shelves, drawers, stands and other containers for storing products.
  8. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of sale.
  • Tear-off maintenance tickets are provided by an authorized service center.
