General Safety Instructions

• Read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into operation and keep the instructions including the warranty, the receipt and, if possible, the box with the internal packing.
• This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as: -staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
  -farm houses;
  -by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
  -bed and breakfast type environments.
• The appliance is designed exclusively for private use and for the envisaged purpose.
• This appliance is not fit for commercial use. Do not use it outdoors (except if it is designed to be used outdoors). Keep it away from sources of heat, direct sunlight, humidity (never dip it into any liquid) and sharp edges. Do not use the appliance with wet hands. If the appliance is humid or wet, unplug it immediately. Do not put it in water.
• When cleaning or putting it away, switch off the appliance and always pull out the plug from the socket (pull on the plug, not the cable) if the appliance is not being used and remove the attached accessories.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. Never leave the appliance unsupervised. To protect children from the dangers posed by electrical appliance, make sure that the cable is hanging high and that children do not have access to the appliance.
• Check the appliance and the cable for damage on a regular basis. Do not use the appliance if it is damaged.
• Do not try to repair the appliance on your own. Always contact an authorized technician. To avoid the exposure to danger, always have a faulty cable be replaced only by the manufacturer, by our customer service or by a qualified person and with a cable of the same type.
• Use only original spare parts.
• Pay careful attention to “Special Safety Instructions”.

Special Safety Instructions

• Use only cold water when filling.

• The water level must be between the MAX. and MIN. marks! If the kettle is overfilled, boiling water may be ejected, which might arise a hazard to the user.
  CAUTION! Ensure that the kettle is switched off before removing it from its base station.

• The surface of the heating element remains hot after use.

• The kettle is only to be used with the stand provided.

• The appliance must not be immersed.

• The appliance can only be used for household only

• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

• Always ensure that the lid is tightly closed.

• The base and exterior of the machine must not become wet.

• This device can be used by children over 8 years of age and persons with physical or sensory or mental disabilities or with insufficient experience and knowledge, if they are under constant supervision or instructed in the safe use of the device and they understand the possible dangers.

FUNCTION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Boiling function

2. When the power is on, indicator light and working light flash once at the same time, and buzzer rings twice for reminder.

3. Press on/off button (notice: it enters into the 100 ° boiling mode directly, and buzzer rings once for reminder), and the working light is on (notice: the indicator light is in off ), then it start to boil. When the water is boiled to 100 °, buzzer rings twice for reminder and the working light turns off.
   Press the selection button, you will see four temperature indicators that have the corresponding water backlight: 50 °green, 70 ° – blue, 80 ° – purple, 90 ° – light green, to select options. After selecting the temperature level (notice: indicator light will turn on accordingly when you select the temperature level, each time you press the button the buzze will ring once), and press on/off button second time, working light turns on and the kettle starts boiling. When water reaches the setting temperature, the working light will turn off and the buzzer will ring twice for reminder (notice: standby for one minute then the indicator light turns off ).

4. Keep-warm function
   When the power is on, indicator light and working light flash once at the same time, and buzzer rings twice for reminder. Press selection button and there are 50/70/80/90 ° four temperature level for options. After selecting the temperature level (notice: indicator light will turn on accordingly when you select the temperature level, each time you press the button the buzze will ring once), press power button and hold for 2-3 seconds, indicator light flash and working light turns on, then the kettle enter into keep-warm mode. When the water is boiled to the setted temperature, buzzer rings twice for reminder. After 30 minutes of keeping warm, indicator light and working light will turn off at the same time.

5. In any condition when the kettle is with power, press on/off button, the appliance comes into power off.

First Use of the appliance
Please read these operating instructions carefully and keep them in a safe place. Before using for the first time, boil fresh water at least twice in the appliance. Use only water without any additives or ingredients.
Use

• Place the machine on a flat surface.
• Press the lid opening button to open the lid. The lid opens partially when user hold on the button. By releasing the lid opening button, the lid will open completely. Then fill in some water. The water level can be read off using the water level indicator on the kettle. Please do not overfill the kettle.
• Place the kettle flush on the base.

Electrical Connection

• Switch on the kettle with the on/off button on the top of the handle. The indicator light turns up.
• The kettle switches off automatically when the water has boiled. Now disconnect the kettle from the mains power supply. Always hold the lid closed when pouring the water out. Beware of scalding!

CLEANING

• Always pull out the plug from the socket before cleaning!
• The exterior of the machine should be cleaned, if necessary, with a slightly damp cloth without additives.

DECALCIFICATION

• The frequency of the decalcifying operation depends on the hardness of the water and on how often the appliance is used.
• If the machine switches off before the water boils, it probably needs to be decalcified.
• Please do not use vinegar but a commercially available decalcification agent on the basis of citric acid. Only use the quantities stated in the instructions.

Warranty conditions:

The plant guarantees normal operation of the product within 12 months from the date of the sale, provided that the consumer complies with the rules of operation and care provided by this Manual.
Service life of the product is 5 years. In order to avoid any misunderstanding we kindly ask you to carefully study the Owner’s Manual, the terms of warranty, and check the correctness of filling the Warranty Card. The Warranty Card is valid only if the following information is correctly and clearly stated: model, serial number of the product, date of sale, clear seals of the company-seller, signature of the buyer. The model and serial number of the product must correspond to those specified in the Warranty Card.
If these terms are violated, and if the information specified in the Warranty Card is changed, erased or rewritten, the Warranty Card is considered invalid.
Setup and installation (assembly, connection, etc.) of the appliance are described in the attached documentation; they can be carried out both by the user, and by specialists having the necessary qualification sent by USC or selling companies (on a paid basis). In this case, the person (the institution) installing the appliance shall be responsible for the correctness and quality of installation (setup). Please pay attention to the importance of the correct installation of the appliance, both for its reliable operation, and for obtaining warranty and free service. Require the installation specialist to enter all the necessary information about the installation in the Warranty Card. In case of failure of the appliance during the warranty period by the fault of the manufacturer, the owner is entitled to free warranty repair upon presentation of the correctly filled Warranty Card together with the appliance in the factory configuration packed in the original packaging to the warranty workshop or the place of its purchase. Satisfaction of the customer’s claim due to the fault of the manufacturer shall be made in accordance with the law «On Protection of Consumers’ Rights». In the case of warranty repair the warranty period shall be extended for the period of repair and shipment.

WARRANTY CARD

We ask you to keep the coupon during the warranty period. When purchasing a product, require a full warranty card.

1. Warranty service is carried out only if there is a correctly and clearly filled original warranty card, which indicates: product model, date of sale, serial number, warranty service period, and the seller’s seal. *

2. The service life of household appliances is 5 years.

3. The product is intended for consumer use. When using the product in commercial activities, the seller / manufacturer does not bear warranty obligations, after-sales service is performed on a paid basis.

4. Warranty repair is carried out within the period specified in the warranty card for the product in an authorized service center on the conditions and terms determined by applicable law.

5. The product is withdrawn from the warranty in case of violation by the consumer of the operating rules set forth in the instruction manual.

6. The product is removed from warranty service in the following cases:
   · misuse and non-consumer use;
   · mechanical damage;
   · damage caused by the ingress of foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects;
   · damage caused by natural disasters (rain, wind, lightning, etc.), fire, domestic factors (excessive humidity, dust, aggressive environment, etc.)
   · damage caused by non-compliance of power and cable network parameters with state standards and other similar factors;
   · when operating equipment in the power supply network with a missing single ground loop;
   · in case of violation of seals installed on the product;
   · lack of serial number of the device, or inability to identify it.

7. The warranty does not cover consumables and accessories, as well as filters, shelves, drawers, stands and other containers for storing products.

8. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of sale.
