Maxxima MSL-12600W Hardwired LED Under Cabinet Strip Light
WARNINGS
- Risk of fire or electric shock.
- Do not cover the tape lights, can cause melting, overheating, or fire.
- Do not operate tape lights when they are coiled.
- Do not puncture, cut, shorten, or splice the tape lights.
- Do not submerge tape lights in liquids or install them near flammable liquids.
- Do not subject tape lights to continuous flexing or sharp corners.
CAUTIONS
- Do not install where tape lights will be stepped on or subject to physical damage.
- To prevent overheating, maintain at least 1/2 inch spacing between light cables.
- Do not install closer than 10 feet from a swimming pool.
- Do not overload. Do not connect more than 100 feet.
- Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Ensure that power has been turned off by switching the circuit breaker or by removing the fuse from the fuse panel.
- Using the provided screws, install the mounting clips in the desired location as seen in Figure 1. Space clips accordingly to ensure the strip is supported on each end and the middle to avoid “drooping”.
- Using a standard junction box, if installing outside ensure the j-box is weatherproof with a GFCI breaker, and using the necessary strain relief connectors (not included), insert both the source and supply wires into the j-box.
- Connect the neutral wire to the white wire, and connect the hot wire to the black wire. Secure using the supplied wire nuts as seen in Figure 2.
- Ensure the wires are tucked into the j-box and no wires are being pinched or misplaced. Secure the j-box as seen in Figure 3.
- Installation is now complete. Restore power and check the operation of the LED tape lights.
Troubleshooting
Some LEDs are not functional| Ensure the product has not been bent
excessively, potentially breaking connections.

Lights are flickering| Verify the tape lights are connected to a 120 VAC, 60
Hz circuit.
Lights will not illuminate| Ensure the main power is turned on. Check wiring.
