WEIGHT FRAME ASSEMBLY

TOOLS REQUIRED:
METRIC WRENCHES OR SOCKET SET

SLIP RUBBER SHOES (PP) ONTO THE FEET OF THE LEFT AND RIGHT SUPPORTS(I & J).
SLIP REDUCERS (LL) OVER THE TOP OF SUPPORTS (I & J).
THREAD IN LOCKING PULL PINS (GG) INTO THE LEFT AND RIGHT SUPPORTS THREE TURNS.
SLIDE WEIGHT HOLDERS (D) INTO LEFT AND RIGHT SUPPORTS AND LOCK INTOPLACE WITH PULL PINS (GG). USE M12 x 75MM BOLTS (AA), INSERT THROUGH WASHERS (CC) INTO LONG CLAMP PLATE (OO) THROUGH THE LEFT AND RIGHT SUPPORTS INTO WEIGHT FRAME (H).
INSERT WASHERS (CC) AND THREAD ON M12 LOCKNUTS (DD) HAND TIGHT.
WHEN ALL BOLTS AND NUTS ARE INSTALLED TIGHTEN THEM WITH A PAIR OF 19MM WRENCHES.

MAIN FRAME ASSEMBLY

DELTECH FITNESS DF1000 Olympic Weight Bench - MAIN FRAME
ASSEMBLY

INSTALL MAIN FRAME (G) TO WEIGHT FRAME (H) USING M12 x 75MM BOLTS (AA), M12 WASHERS (CC), AND M12 LOCKNUTS (DD) AND SHORT CLAMP PLATES (NN).
MAKING SURE THAT THE BENCH IS ON A FLAT SURFACE, TIGHTEN ALL NUTSSECURELY.
SLIDE REDUCER (LL) ONTO MAIN FRAME.
THREAD LOCKING PULL PIN (GG) INTO THE MAIN FRAME THREE TURNS.

SEAT PAD ASSEMBLY

USE M10 x 25MM BOLTS (EE) AND M10 WASHERS (FF) TO SECURE THE BACKREST (A) AND THE SEAT (B) TO THE SUPPORTS (E) AND (F).
START ALL BOLTS BY HAND BEFORE TIGHTENING.
HAND TIGHTEN ALL BOLTS FIRST, THEN TIGHTEN SECURELY WITH A 17MM WRENCH.
INSTALL RETANGULAR CAPS (II) INTO THE ENDS OF BACKREST SUPPORT (F) AND SEAT SUPPORT (E).

BACKREST INSTALL

DELTECH FITNESS DF1000 Olympic Weight Bench - BACKREST
INSTALL

ATTACH THE BACKREST ASSEMBLY TO THE MAIN FRAME USING THE M12 x 79MM BOLT (BB), THE M12 WASHERS (CC) AND THE M12 LOCK NUT (DD).
ATTACH THE SEAT ASSEMBLY TO THE MAIN FRAME USING THE M12 x 79MM BOLT (BB) , THE M12 WASHERS (CC) AND THE M12 LOCK NUT (DD).
TIGHTEN BOLTS WITH A PAIR OF 19MM WRENCHES UNTIL THE BACK REST
SUPPORT AND SEAT SUPPORT ARE STABLE AND DO NOT WOBBLE, BUT STILLMOVE.

LEG SWING ASSEMBLY

SLIDE LEG YOKE (C) INTO MAIN FRAME (G) AND LOCK INTO PLACE WITH THE PULL KNOB. TIGHTEN THE PULL KNOB.
INSTALL SQUARE CAP (JJ) INTO THE TOP OF LEG YOKE (C).
SLIDE LEG PAD TUBE (N) THROUGH LEG YOKE AND INSTALL LEG PADS (M) ON EACH SIDE, MAKING SURE THAT LEG PAD TUBE IS EVEN ON BOTH SIDES. USING A RUBBER MALLET, INSTALL MUSHROOM CAPS (MM) INTO EACH END OF LEG PAD TUBE.
INSTALL INCLINE SUPPORT (K) ON THE WEIGHT FRAME AND LAY THE BACKREST DOWN ONTO IT.

LEG EXTENSION ASSEMBLY

ATTACH THE LEG SWING (L) TO THE LEG YOKE USING M12 x 80 MM BOLT (BB), M12 WASHERS (CC), AND M12 LOCKNUT (DD).
TIGHTEN BOLTS WITH 19 MM WRENCHES MAKING SURE THE LEG SWING STILL MOVES FREELY.
INSTALL LEG SWING LOCK (L) INTO THE LEG YOKE TO KEEP LEG EXTENSION ARM IN PLACE FOR THE NEXT STEPS.

SEAT INCLINE ADJUSTMENT

INSTALL SQUARE CAPS (HH) INTO THE ENDS OF LEG SWING (L).
SLIDE LEG PAD TUBES (N) THROUGH LEG SWING (L) AND INSTALL LEG PADS (M) ON EACH SIDE, MAKING SURE THAT LEG PAD TUBES ARE EVEN ON BOTH SIDES.
USING A RUBBER MALLET, INSTALL MUSHROOM CAPS (MM) INTO EACH END OF LEG PAD TUBES.
IF YOU’D LIKE TO USE 2 INCH OLYMPIC PLATES, SLIDE OLYMPIC ADAPTER (QQ) ONTO LEG SWING. TIGHTEN SET SCREW WITH ALLEN WRENCH. SLIDE RUBBER DONUT (RR) OVER THE OLYMPIC ADAPTER.

BACKREST ADJUSTMENT

TO ADJUST THE HEIGHT OF THE BACKREST SIMPLY MOVE THE INCLINE SUPPORTTO THE TOP POSITION FOR INCLINE, BOTTOM POSITION FOR FLAT, OR REMOVE THE INCLINE SUPPORT FOR THE DECLINE POSITION

SEAT INCLINE ADJUSTMENT

ROTATE SEAT TO DESIRED HEIGHT AND INSERT SEAT SUPPORT PIN (KK) THROUGH LOWER SEAT AND ALLOW PIN TO REST AGAINST MAIN FRAME. REMOVE SEAT SUPPORT PIN FOR FLAT POSITION.

LEG SWING LOCK

THE LEG SWING LOCK IS DESIGNED TO BE USED IN THE DECLINE POSITION AS A LEG HOLD DOWN. THERE ARE TWO POSITIONS TO CHOOSE FROMM WHEN LOCKING THE LEG SWING.

ADJUSTMENT

ADJUSTING THE WEIGHT ARMS: RAISE AND LOWER THE WEIGHT ARMS USING THE PULL PIN. TURN THE KNOB TO LOOSEN FOR ADJUSTMENT.
MAKE SURE THE PULL PIN IS SECURE IN THE ADJUSTMENT HOLE THEN TURN THE KNOB TO TIGHTEN BEFORE USE. (THE PULL PIN IS DESIGNED TO FIT TIGHTLY AGAINST THE TUBE AND WILL NOT ADJUST UNLESS IT IS LOOSENED FIRST.) THE LEG EXTENSION IS ADJUSTED THE SAME WAY.

  4. DO NOT USE THIS EQUIPMENT WITHOUT QUALIFIED SUPERVISION AND PROPER TRAINING. NEVER WORK OUT ALONE- ALWAYS HAVE A PARTNER.
  5. SECURELY TIGHTEN ALL BOLTS AND REGULARLY CHECK TO ENSURE ALL BOLTS HAVE NOT LOOSENED.
  6. WEAR GOOD RUBBER SOLE SHOES ONLY. DO NOT USE BARE FOOTED OR WITH SOCKS ONLY.
  7. DO NOT WEAR LOOSE CLOTHES SUCH AS ROBES, GOWNS, PANTS, LONG SHIRTS OR JEWELRY WHICH COULD BECOME ENTANGLED IN MOVING PARTS.
  8. DO NOT STAND OR KNEEL ON SEAT. ALWAYS SIT OR LAY SQUARELY CENTERED.
  9. KEEP HEAD, LIMBS AND BODY PARTS CLEAR OF MOVING PARTS AND WEIGHT PLATES.
  10. CHILDREN SHOULD NOT USE EXERCISE EQUIPMENT WITHOUT SUPERVISION BECAUSE OF POSSIBILITY OF INJURY FROM IMPROPER USAGE. THIS EQUIPMENT IS INTENDED FOR HOME USE ONLY.
  11. REPLACEMENT OF WORN OR DEFECTIVE PARTS MUST BE WITH FACTORY AUTHORIZED PARTS. IF OTHER THAN FACTORY AUTHORIZED PARTS OR ASSESSORS ARE USED ALL WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES BECOME VOID.
