How To Use GlocalMe Cloud SIM Service?

  1. Download GlocalMe APP
    • Download and install the GlocalMe app on your mobile phone
  2. Create a GlocalMe Account In the App
    • Click [Login]-[Register
    • Follow the steps to register an account(You can register using an email or mobile number)
  3. Link Device with the GlocalMe App
    • Open the GlocalMe App and click [My Devicel – [Link Device)
    • Scan the device’s QR code
    • Note: The information in the user manual is based on the actual software
  4. Purchase In-App GlocalMe Data Plans
    • Choose the data plans that suit your needs, Restart the device after purchasing the flow package. (Skip this step if you have already ordered a data plan with the purchase of your device)
  5. Turn on the device and wait until the Wi-Fi indicator is on
    • Method 1 Plug it in
    • Method 2 Insert the charger into the USB-C3 port (above 5V-2A)
  6. Connect To Wi-Fi
    • Find the WiFi name and password on your device
    • Open mobile wireless network search and connect to GlocalMe WiFi

How to use a converter socket?

Note that the built-in multi-country plug is suitable for different countries, and the corresponding plug is matched according to the socket standard used To ensure safe use, only one plug can be pushed out at a time.

  1. American plug/Australian plug
    • Press the button and continue to push down the product as marked”USN/AUST” plug, release the button after the plug is pushed to the bottom, Make sure the key has a pop-up lock pin.
    • After the plug is pushed to the bottom, release the key and rotate the pin piece into the shape of “\/”. Please make sure that the key has a spring locking pin.
  2. British plug
    • Press the button and continue to push down the “UK” plug marked on the product, When the plug is pushed to the bottom, release the key. Make sure the key has a spring locking pin.
  3. European plug
  • Press the button and keep pushing down the “EU” plug on the product,
  • After the plug is pushed to the bottom, release the key. Please make sure that the key has sprung the locking pin.

How do I replace a fuse

Remove the fuse cover with a hard conical object

Notice:
