[How To Use GlocalMe Cloud SIM Service?]
1. Download GlocalMe APP
Download and install GlocalMe app on your mobile phone.https://www.glocalme.com/download/downloadPage?goto=default
2. Create a GlocalMe Account (In App)
Click [Login] – [Register] Follow the steps to register an account
(You can register using an email or mobile number)
Please note that the information in the user manual depending on the software version.
3. Link Device with GlocalMe App
Open GlocalMe App and click [My Device] – [Link Device] Press button for the QR code, use the QR code scanner to scan it.
4. Purchase In-App GlocalMe Data Plans
Choose the data plans that suit your needs, Restart the device after purchasing flflow package. (Skip this step if you have already ordered a data plan with the purchase of your device)
5. Turn On Numen
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds (if you cannot turn on the new Numen, please charge the device and wait for device to be fully charged)
if the device has been powered up before binding , you need to restart it.
6. Connect To Wi-Fi
The first start-up will take few minutes, please wait patiently.
Press the key to switch to the Wi-Fi and password screen or you can find the Wi-Fi network name and password at the back of Numen.
On your mobile device(s) under Wi-Fi settings search for the network and -
[How To Use A Physical SIM Card?]
(Numen is default to run on Cloud SIM services, but it also supports the use of local SIM cards) .
1. Insert A SIM Card
Open the SIM card tray with a pin and insert the SIM card as shown. in the picture below. Numen device only supports Nano-SIM cards.
2. Switch SIM card mode
If you install the SIM card when the device is off , it will automatically switch to SIM card mode once you power on the device.
If you install the SIM card when the device is on , you need to reboot to make it switch to SIM card mode automatically.
3. Unlock the SIM Card (If PIN protected)
lf the SIM card is protected by PIN code , please go to the Numen detail information page in the GlocalMe App to click [SIMcard management], and then click [PIN/PUK] Please follow the steps to input the PIN code to unlock the SIM.
4. Set The APN Manually
If you still cannot connect to the network after the above steps, click ( SIM card management] , under the SIM card mode , click (APN setting] – (Add APN] Enter the APN of your SIM card operator and click save. -
How To Use Offloading?
Connect the Wi-Fi
Open the device detail page in the APP and open (Device management] Open (Offloading] click the start button in the current page;
Click the button for adding Wi-Fi, find home WiFi and add it to your Wi-Fi list, it’ll automatically switch to the home Wi-Fi and connect after few seconds;
The Offloading function can choose the best network by analysing the quality of the network.
How to set the network for children use
Children network setting is divided into two modes: free mode and blacklist
mode. The system defaults to free mode and users can also manually switch to
blacklist mode

Blacklist Mode
Click blacklist to switch to blacklist mode
Click app type card to set the network for apps
Click website blacklist to set the network for websites
All websites and apps in the blacklist can’t access network -
Free Mode
All websites and apps in the free mode can access network without any controli.
How to check the connected devices and set network for them
Click [connected devices] in the
device detail page to check the informationi.
Click [add to blacklist icon] to add the device to blacklisti.
Devices in blacklist can’t connect to Wi-Fi.
Note
This equipment generates uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if
not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful
interference to radio communications.
However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur during
installation. If the device does cause harmful interference to radio or
television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment offff
and on, the user is suggested to try to correct the interfernce by the
following measures:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the distance between the equipment and receiver
- Connect the equipment to an outlet on difffferent circuit to the receiver
- Consult the manufacturer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
**Information on the disposal and recycling of the devices.
This symbol (with or without a solid bar) on the device, batteries (if
included), and/or the packaging, indicates that the device and its electrical
accessories (for example, a headset,adapter,or cable) and batteries should not
be disposed of as household garbage. These items should not be disposed of as
unsorted municipal wasted and should be taken to a certified collection point
for recycling or proper disposal. For detailed information about device or
battery recycling, contact your local city office, housedhold waste disposal
service, or retail store.
Disposal of the device and batteries ( if included) is subject to WEEE.
Directive recast (Directive 2012/19/EU) and battery dirctive (Directive
2006/66/ec). The purpose of separating WEEE and batteries from other waste is
to minimize the potential environmental impacts and human health risk of any
hazardous subsatances that may be present.

Warning
Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) refers to the rate at which the body absorbs RF
energy. The SAR limit is 1.6 watts per kilogram in countries that set the
limit averaged over 1 gram of tissue and 2.0 watts per kilogram in countries
that set the limit averaged over 10 grams of tissue. During testing, the
device are set to their highest transmission levels in all tested frequency
bands, although the SAR is determined at the highest certified power level,
the actual SAR level of the device while operating can be well below the
maximum value.
EU Regulatory conformance
The device complies with RF specifications and when used with an accessory
that contains no metal and that positions the device a minimum of 0.5 cm from
the body.The SAR limit adopted is 2.0W/kg averaged over 10 grams of tissue.
The highest SAR value reported for the device when properly worn on the body
complies with the limit.
FCC Regulatory conformance
For body worn operation, the device complies with FCC RF exposure guidelines
and when used with an accessory that contains no metal and that positions the
device a minimum of 1.0 cm from the body.The SAR limit adopted by the FCC is
1.6W/kg averaged over 1 gram of tissue. The highest SAR value reported for the
device when properly worn on the body complies with the limit.
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC rules. Operation is subject to
the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful
interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received,
including interference that may cause. Undesired operation. Any changes or
modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance
could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
Note: This equipment has been tested and complies with the limits for a
class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are
designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a
residential installation.
